Lost a customer today, I am going to change my rating from 5 to 2 as the waiter that was on 12/05/24 at 10:30 was vary rude to me and other customers banging the please wait to be seat sign down and not vary politely. I am shocked as this has the best breakfast in Bicester.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and children are very welcome. They have a vegan and a gluten-free menu which is brilliant.

I've had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Torino Lounge multiple times and each visit has been delightful. Great food and service!

I like Torino. It's walls are covered in paintings,prints,and mirrors. There is a small book drop. It has a sort of Bohemian French atmosphere of years ago. The result is it manages to attract a wide variety of customers which is lovely. You will see mums with their kids, elderly people, some LGBTQ+, couples etc.On the whole its prices are reasonable. It does tapas plates at £3.50 each with reductions on multi buy. It sells burgers. All day breakfasts including vegetarian. There seems to be quite a few vegetarian options.It also has interesting main meals. I love the fresh orange juice. The staff are friendly and helpful if a bit chaotic when very busy, which is most lunchtimes. They also have serious concerns about allergies and try hard to be helpful. They do special offers on various days of the week. It can get a bit noisy.

Great place to have a quick snack.

Didn't have anything to eat but it's a tastefully decorated establishment and has a great atmosphere.

Every time I visit Bicester, this is my location, very friendly staff, my husband loved this place too, all our German friends and neighbors knew about it because it was just our happy place.

Very nice and local experience after shopping in the outlet. True locals here and half of the price as in the shopping outlet at (very) decent portions - the big lounge breakfast (served all day) feeds three, deducting one star only as the mushrooms arrived cold on that dish, but beef brisket chilli is highly recommended!

I love that place. It's a very cosy and warm atmosphere. Very often, change waiters but always very polite and friendly.

This is a regular haunt. Food always good, atmosphere relaxed and dog friendly too. We likecit and will come again

Visited twice during a weekend stay for our breakfast. We enjoyed the Pancakes, Poached Eggs & Lounge Breakfast. All were delicious, service was very quick and staff friendly. Only slight niggle was cold mushrooms at both visits but still edible and didn't stop us coming back again. Dog friendly throughout, providing water bowls for each pooch. Love the touch of the blankets being provided if you're sitting outside. Can either order at the table using a QR code on your phone or order at the bar. Lovely little place :)

Very nice atmosphere, staff are brilliant, the chefs produce really good food.

Good service and dog friendly. Nice Americano but the smashed avocado with a poached egg left a lot to be desired. The ciabatta base was cold, untoasted and rubbery, like it was uncooked. The tomato and avocado was tasteless and cold. The warm poached egg was fine but sat on top of everything else that so cold, the combination was unpleasant. Not sure we’ll be going back in a hurry.

Nice range of food and drinks. Good place for breakfast / brunch. Ordering is quick and easy and Service is always very efficient. Very interesting menu and good options for kids too. Have been here multiple times and it's always been a great experience. Thank you.

This was my first time here, and it was a great experience. The food was good, hot and fresh. The workers were very friendly and helpful, and the service was very prompt. I recommend this spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Torino is a nice location to relax and enjoy a meal or drink.

Had a meal on Saturday , Torino Lounge was busy and there was a nice atmosphere. I have given the food 3 stars as the portions were a bit on the small size for my son and myself but the meals were tasty. We found the restaurant cold from the draft from the door , dont think the heater above the door was working or if it was not correctly.

popped in on way past Bicester, very warm, cosy and friendly restaurant with great flavours for both drinks and food. Chocolate milkshake was so good we had two and the tapas was fantastic

the service from Niamh was Devine alongside the spectacular atmosphere. She truly placed a large smile on my face. I would in fact return, just for her amazing service. Thankyou Niamh. You are the reason I have faith in humanity.

Very cosy place to eat and hang out. The breakfast took a while to come out, but it was super tasty. Also really appreciated the little sticker on the milk to indicate it's soy. Definitely would love to go back again!

The 'Lounge' bars never disappoint. The staff are always nice and friendly, the food is good. I particularly like the bacon butty with streaky bacon.

Definitely coming back to taste more of their delicious food. After my shopping I was just strolling around the area where I found this place. Give it a try for my lunch and they never disappoint me. Superb atmosphere inside and food which I ordered was yummy with real taste.

It's one of my favourite places for breakfast, the dish is perfectly suit for me. Quality food for reasonable price, highly recommended.

If you want the best breakfast in Bicester. Come here! The Big Lounge Breakfast with a Mocha,(pictured, without tomato or black pudding) are extremely delicious. The staff were super attentive and friendly, constantly keeping on top of cleaning and the decor is quirky, similar to Cosy Club!

Top notch as always. We’ve been several times since Torino opened and always have a good experience. Sometimes just drinks, sometimes as a group and sometimes just us and the kids - the menu covers everything and the drinks are great. One of our kids has an allergy and this is always dealt with professionally - food coming out clearly labelled but also looking/tasting great. Highly recommend Torino lounge to anyone considering a visit - the brunch menu is a particular highlight.

Went there during lunch for a work event (not the first time either) and even though we submitted our meal choices 4 days prior to the event we waited an hour and a half for the food and was told that some of the dishes that we pre-ordered were not available. This is not the first time that we experienced this issue. Very disappointing ….. we will definitely not be back any time soon

No atmosphere, the place is a soulless barn. Slow service, food is nothing special.

Quite nice inside, decent music. Popped in day after my wedding for a lunch cocktail, tipped on the app before I drank it, big mistake... ended up with a flat cola for £9, then rude barstaff who have basically convinced me not to go back here again

Tapas Tuesday. Ordered from table once we got our heads around the wine to select (Not clear which is a house wine). Food lovely and served nice and hot.

Had brunch here and the food wasn't great. The service was fine but the brunch tasted as though it was reheated. Normally I have very good experiences at lounges but this time the food wasn't as good as usual.

Tasty food but chips portion is very mean... Not a fan of the little paper cone giving the illusion of a larger portion... Maybe understaffed when we were there - lots of uncleared tables. When we asked for the table to be cleaned the waiter swept alot of it onto my mum's new husband's lap. I thought it was funny, but he didn't.

Enjoyed lunch here, food was great and loved the fact that you can order online by scanning the qr code and then get everything to your table.

Fine enough for drinks but the food is disgusting. I’ve eaten here 3 times and each time… there’s something amiss. You leave feeling sick, like the food has been frozen for too long or they’ve used too much oil. It’s not fresh - the vast menu is a red flag: you can’t have that much on offer and expect it to be fresh. Some offerings are downright repulsive.

💪👍👌Good breakfast. We did go for breakfast and I enjoyed poached eggs with avocado 🥑 it was perfect. Staff is very helpful and friendly, service was quick as we didn’t have to wait at all. Menu is tempting we are thinking of returning maybe for lunch as well to try it out. I would recommend. 👍

Firstly we ordered a kids meal which is supposed to come with a snack pot. They did not bring it and we had to chase them for it. Not a big deal but worth the mention. Second we were waiting roughly 45 mins for our order which seemed like quite a long time considering that we were there before the lunch rush. Third, and this is what really constitutes the 1 star, the food was horrible. Really, horrible. I ordered a salmon teriyaki salad and it was a train wreck. The kimchi and teriyaki was a disastrous flavour combination. Both kimchi and teriyaki use a fermentation method which makes them quite salty. The combination made the dish disgustingly salty and the salmon honestly didn't taste like salmon at all, more like canned mackerel. It was horrendously fishy and salty. I would not be surprised if the salmon was either old or had come from a can. Fourth, I took the dish back and told them it was awful and they did not try to rectify the situation at all. I thought they would come over to apologize, offer me something else or at least refund me for the meal, but no. I paid £10 for a plate of salty, fishy lettuce. I will not be returning.

Centre of Bicester great food and service nice relaxed atmosphere

So came in for a quick bite to eat and the staff service was great! I ordered the big lounge breakfast with no tomato and mushroom and asked for extra hash browns instead (meat for meat, veg for veg). The food came fairly quick but was a little underwhelmed with it no black pudding as it says on the menu and has browns were a bit on the soft side. The savior of this breakfast was the the rest of it. There was no check back during the meal to see if everything was OK as I still haven't been able to tell the staff I had no black pudding

Great place to go especially if you have a dog in tow. Always found the Lounge group to be very dog friendly and food is very good also. The service of the food was fairly slow though

Nice place to get lunch in Bicester, food is always good quality but a smidge on the exspence side tbh. The place is nice and good selection of drinks. Loads of tables and you can't book so always easy to get a space (big it small), they also have a good selection of kids things to keep them going while you wait for the food / beer

Lovely friendly staff. Greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and invited us to sit where we liked as they were not busy. Great food for the four in our group who all had something different so a good choice on the menu. We were full after our main courses so shared a pudding - not a problem, we were brought extra sponsors, forks and plates. Decor is a little eccentric with no particular theme, but we liked it. Certainly gave us something fun to talk about - who knew Bicester was famous for bell making! All round a good choice and the final bill including drinks was good value for what we had. Would certainly visit again.

The service is ok and the food is good. I have had the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, this is sooooo good and will be going back just for this again. Quirky decor and good atmosphere. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

My partner and I are working away at the moment so popped into town one evening looking for food but nothing too heavy, so this place ticked the boxes with Tapas on offer. I actually forgot to take pics of the food when it came out but it was very nice, along with great service. We sat out the front which is perfect on a summers evening for sipping drinks and experiencing the different tapas dishes on offer.

We've been here a few times now. We have always had a good experience. Food is descent portions for the price and the menu is a good selection. You can order and pay off your phone at the table. This is very simple to do. No booking a table, just turn up and eat only.

I was not happy with my brunch. We arrived 4 of us and they didn't bother telling us there was no table service we had to scan a code and book through that, we repeatedly tried to get there attention and were ignored. We eventually found the code on our table and figured it out. There was very little effort put into our food. I had eggs Benedict, but the eggs were hard. My sister had avocado brunch which was not ripe avocado and tomatoes on two slices of bread no seasoning. It was just so disappointing and expensive.

Highly recommend! My sister and I went to Torino Lounge in Bicester on Thursday 2nd September. It was welcoming and wonderful place for brunch. I am a pickie eater but Jake who was serving us adapted for me. The service was quick, fast and beautiful presented. The food was delicious and tasty, fresh! Jake and Joe were friendly, bubbly which made the atmosphere relaxed, fun! We are definitely going again😊 Thank you to Torino Lounge team!

Terrible customer service with lots of attitude. Food was cold. Was waiting for several hours.

The music was way to loud. I had hash browns chips and garlic bread the hash browns were okay. The chips were good but you got almost none and the garlic bread was a bit black on the sides. but overall the restaurant is not that bad.

Went for steak they had none. Tapas...half not available, same with the rest of the menu. Excuse... brexit. The food we did order which ended up being side dishes were mostly burnt and lacking in portion. Staff were friendly but a complete waste of an evening
