Torello Lounge in Denbighshire

First time visitor, called in for brunch. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and great food. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area

Great coffee and relaxing atmosphere. No change. I like popping in for a cappuccino.

Come here a few times and I’m quite fussy so always change bits on my breakfast which is never too much trouble, staff never moan like other places. Food is always spot on and not to greasy just how we like it and never made a mistake considering how much I change around 🙈 Staff always friendly and polite.

Can’t have food without mushrooms in because it’s a Sunday. Nightmare if you can’t have mushrooms ………. When asked again was told it’s just too backed up to clearly care about the customer.

The place was very good! As it was a recommendation of a friend who lives there! Yes if I have the opportunity I will go there again!

Food and staff were lovely.Place is cosy and affordable place to dine in.I was disappointed with my watermelon drink because it didn't really have any taste of watermelon.Could you please check the taste of the drink you are selling before serving it to the costumer.

We had lunch today 10/02/2024 as a family group of 6 people. The atmosphere feels very welcoming and the staff are so helpful and helped us find a table as soon as we arrived . The food was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t fault anything about our meal . This place is a little gem in Prestatyn so give it a try you won’t be disappointed !!!

Had a lovely breakfast there this morning top notch,back tonight with family for birthday tea, looking forward to it keep up the good work very friendly and helpful staff also

The beef chilli brisket was amazing really tasty And the lamb goan curry The service was excellent and its Dog friendly even better fabulous place

I paid £20 for a steak the size of my palm do not recommend

Nicely located Lounges venue with good selection of beers, wines and cocktails. Food looks appetising (although just drinks for us). Easy to access from retail car park as well as main street. - Food is nice, back again and snacked on half soup, half pannier combo' :-)

Visited here last week. Felt welcome as soon as we arrived. We chose the bacon buttie..what a delight it was. Service was fast and efficient . Place was really pleasant and although busy didn’t seem crowded .

Proper good food, the place has a great atmosphere. Well worth the trip!

As soon as we walked in we were told we was not allowed to stand at the bar even though we had not even had a chance yet to place an order 🤔 although there was plenty of couples at the bar I can only assume 3 men in their late 50's and sixties are not allowed to make their bar area look scruffy and was ushered into the furthest corner very disappointing behaviour

Very tasty food, lovely chilled atmosphere

We have eaten here several times, all good. Today we had lunch, husband a burger, me a rice, chicken, prawn with a fried egg. (Can't remember what it was called). There were 2 x 3cm prawns, it was greasy and most definitely not worth the £12.75 we paid, got half a bowl, was hungry after. Really disappointed 😔.

Day trip un Prestatyn, popped in for breakfast , food was fast , hot , plentiful and tasty , would recommend.

Food breakfast quality gone downhill. Sausage cheaper type bacon not the same as was.when 1st started going it was quality. Price gone up quality gone down. BUT LATTE COFFEE WAS GOOD 👍. TASTE OF FOOD SHOULD BE PARAMOUNT.😳😳

We are trying the eateries of Prestatyn and saw reviews for this place. We tried it for a late lunch. It was busy even mid/late afternoon with couples groups and families eating and drinking (everything like wines, beers, teas, and coffees. It was warm and inviting. The waiters were attentive but not crowding and friendly, the food was a wide choice, and very tasty nat a reasonable price. Recommended

Been going to torello lounge for over 2years. Mostly for breakfast the last couple of times mushrooms we're awful. The mushrooms were pale no taste are they out of a tin. The rest of the meal is lovely. Staff are great. Service great.

We recently went here for a friends birthday the staff were amazing and very helpful, the food was absolutely delicious, we had the meatballs chicken wings and pulled pork tapas it was to die for the Betty blue cocktails wow , restaurant is lovely nice and cosy and also pet friendly!! , well worth a visit if your in the area we will definitely go back for sure !

Absolutely gorgeous Lounge eggs and bacon

Food is expensive and low quality, wine is cheap - it's like an overpriced wetherspoons. Everything comes as described, no garnish or salad or anything to warrant the price of the food. Staff are nice and atmosphere is nice but nothing to write home again and would avoid eating here when there are so many other options than these lounges./

Nice place, the service was very quick and the servers were friendly, only down side is some of our eggs were a little too runny. I ordered the breakfast muffin with streaky bacon and lounge eggs with mushrooms and spinach pictured below.

Never been before, very impressed with the staff, they were very helpful and friendly and also it's great that you can take your dog into the restaurant.

One of my favourite places to eat and drink but was very disappointed with service received last night after being overcharged, I was told it was 'miscommunication' and that nothing could be done because it was when ordering my next drink when I discovered the overcharge and queried how much it was. I'm not quite sure how it can be 'miscommunication' when asking for a single but being charged for a double! The payment terminal is also positioned so that you cannot actually see the amount when using contact less. I do not normally leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion to suggest customers use the app to order drinks as at least then this would ensure you are not overcharged. Food was lovely as per normal but just very disappointed with service I received.

1st impressions. Not great. Not only our selves but customers after our party. Stood waiting at door. Waiting to be served.. Eventually female worker came over. Told us to just site anywhere! No menu nothing handed over. Sat at table Not knowing what to order how to order. Nothing explained! Eventually 1 of our party got up and order our refreshments. As we had Waited and waited for a member of staff to acknowledge us or even give us menu. Our party was going to dine aswell. We decided to leave eat elsewhere. All through our stay we saw ppl Waiting and waiting to be sitted Cafe was not full or busy. So lack of customer service was poor on this occasion. Once we got our refreshments the male server was polite and smiled at the party. Such a shame we had this experience as l of liked to of dined here. Will return again in hope this lack of service was a blip on the day. As other work colleagues do say it's very nice!

As it says on the label - the lounge is homely and welcoming, full of interesting stuff to look at! Bit like Aladin’s cave really - fab! Better than sitting in another big brewery chain pub! Came in for. brunch but wanted breakfast - when it came it was great, a cute breakfast served with a smile by Kyle - he’s great, always a friendly warm meet n greet at the bar and the rest of the team too🙂! This is a place where the staff don’t look bored and the food is amazing - menu imaginative and a credit to the chefs - always perfect - no ring a ding cheffing here😉! Top marks from me guys🥰

I often eat here. The menu is amazing. The quality has been excellent every single time. I can highly recommend the large veggie breakfast (out of this world but you’ll need a nap afterwards) and the Tapas is super tasty

Love the Lounges, always great food, service and atmosphere. Torello on a lovely summers evening with the back doors all the way open was just like being on a Mediterranean holiday but in 🌞 Wales!

Such a chill place, lovely staff, best steak I have had!

We were looking for something different as a takeaway and spotted the tapas here. Thank goodness we did! The food is excellent and so tasty! Considering it was a takeaway it was as good quality as eating in. We had 8 different elements plus churros and dipping sauces for around £35! I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back next time we are here!

Called in here on a Monday evening with two hungry kids aged 8 and 4. Delightful staff, quick service and good food. We would certainly come back. Pleasant bohemian atmosphere.

A hidden gem of Prestatyn, the food is very unique and the restaurant itself is lovely. Also very expensive gluten-free and vegan menus, and it's dog friendly. Need I say more?

I liked the Torello. If you are in Prestatyn give it a try. Food is well cooked. Service is excellent.

Sneaky little breakfast here today. All good apart from the cold mushrooms and well done toast on the Lounge Breakfast. Smashed avocado brunch was delicious and so was the Shakshuka (two poached eggs, spinach, chickpeas, yogurt and flatbreads) which is so filling. Everywhere was immaculate. Great service. We really love the decor here and not too loud music playing in the background. Outdoor seating rear and front. Can order and pay online at the table or at the bar with very quick service. Visiting the area my close friend recommended this place. Had my son with me and he liked the place. He is very picky. Had 2 great meals at the lounge. Breakfast was lovely and relaxing. Plus also had a evening meal. The place was busy but the service was quick and even going to the bar was a fast service. Many thanks for the visit. Will be back very soon.

Was taken to a dirty table, waitress took two glasses and left everything else. We asked three members of staff if they could clean table but all ignored So won’t be returning again

Very happy to get a nice table with space nearby for our buggy after turning up on spec. Terrific menu, we had a salad each, both fantastic, child enjoyed food and drink too. Ordered on the app, drinks/food came fairly quickly. All very clean and quirky, lovely staff. Great artwork on the walls. Recommended.

Second time we’ve visited here to meet friends … the staff are friendly, welcoming and very efficient. They have a great menu of vegan and gluten free options - and the food is superb. Definitely one to recommend - a credit to Prestatyn 👍🏻

Love all the different Lounges. This one had a slightly different feel!!!

We had lunch to Torello. It was a lovely experience, you order via a link from your phone and drinks and food get to the table very quickly. The kids menu is great and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food. We were staying for a week at Presthaven beach club, it's a shame we only discovered this nice place the day before leaving.

Such a cosy place and they even have an outside patio! We love going to the Torello lounges, we have also been to the one in Monmouth. We love going there for breakfast and they even have a separate gluten-free menu which is heaven for a person who is alergic to wheat. Great lemonade as well! They even have a book exchange and a board with local announcements and great recommendations. Everyone feels right at home there! Will definitely come again.

To expensive portions look smaller

It's okay, service is good, welcoming and friendly. The food is mediocre, and portions aren't big. Not cheap either, a pint of IPA £5.85. The only good thing is that they are dog friendly.

A lovely place, friendly staff and great food. We had a family meal, dining in and we had a fabulous time. Our 9-month old was accommodated really well and the general atmosphere was really nice. I had the tapas and I highly recommend this to anyone visiting, a great choice and my selection was incredibly tasty. A good selection of drinks and the staff were really attentive, our food arriving in really good time. If you haven’t tried it yet, you are in the area, then go and give it a go. Excellent - 5 stars.

Fabulous tapas as always and the staff are all so lovely and helpful. The front of house Evie on Friday evening was so cheerful & friendly, five stars from me we will be back.

Always a pleasant atmosphere but not the best value for money, but prestatyn has a weird ego now anyway and the prices are going stupid

Been there many times before food hit and miss definitely going backwards in most departments couldn't careless attitude when we complained

Soup was served luke warm but server did sort it out very quickly. Tasted ok but not sure I'd order it again. Strange that a sign at the entrance told us to wait to be seated yet the server said sit anywhere and order at the bar.

Love Torello Lounge. My partner and I go for breakfast there sometimes as a treat. It's a bit more expensive than other places but you can't find a better breakfast in the area. The food is spot on!

Best Veggie breakfast I've had, a bit pricey but well worth it

Average place. It was a bit of a strange atmosphere with order at table and wait at the front of house to be told, sit where you want. The food wasn't bad by any means but all the poached eggs were overdone.

The staff were absolutely lovely but the food was disappointing. The portion was tiny and the food didn't have any discernible taste.

Really loved this place. We went twice in the 5 days we were away. Lots of lovely vegan food. Nice and fresh and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Can't wait to return to Prestatyn just to go here.

Visited recently for brunch. We were on our way out for the day and needed to get something to eat. There wasn't many vegan options in other places but after doing some research we found that this place had a whole vegan and allergen free...

Celebrated Father’s Day here today! I love this restaurant and when in Prestatyn always head here for a great meal and fab service. Buttermilk Chicken is the meal I enjoy the most - Also today decided on a donut with ice cream - All I can say is fantastic .

The best breakfast we’ve had in a long time, very family friendly and accommodating towards children with snack pots and activity sheets. Great value as well.

The food here tastes really nice! The chilli beef brisket was really good. Nice melted cheese and spiciness as well as the rice. My friend defo liked his burger, nice thick beef patty and lots of cheese. The satay chicken wings tasted great. Still retained a bit of crispiness. Highly recommend the wings.
