Amazing food and friendly atmosphere with good service. Booked a table and glad we did as on Saturday night it was packed.

Tried the bottomless brunch yesterday as always food was lovely! our waitress Daniella was so attentive making sure we never ran out of drink and letting us choose when to have our food brought over. All the staff and the owner are always very welcoming and accommodating. I look forward to my next visit in the future.

A huge menu of veg & vegan options. I had the veg kebab with rice and fries. The kebabs were simply succulent. A must repeat. The pita bread with the hummus was so very soft and fresh.

THE best Turkish restaurant for miles.

Three of us went at 6 pm and had the three course early bird menu. Still had good choice, two of us had meatballs, the other chicken filo parcels. All good came with small mixed salad and a pitta toast share. Mains were chicken sizzler and two chicken casserole, came with rice. Deserts were back lava and toffee cheesecake. Included was a glass of prosecco. All for £19.99 and lovely staff made for a great dinner.

Live music was good and food was amazing. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend

Lovely, tasty, well presented dishes, in a warm, bright and friendly environment. Menus to suit all budgets. Something for everyone. It was quiet on the Sunday evening we went, but I believe the live acts evenings are very busy and brilliantly hilarious. Definitely eat here again 👍👍👍

Superb food. We had hit and cold mixed starters to begin with and mixed grills and lamb chops for mains. Delicious food. Service was excellent 👌

Went yesterday. Asked what cider they had Got offered a Guinness, I said no what cider. Then I got told we have John smith's Starter of meat balls, which were 2 small meat balls. Not bad but small. The main didn't taste fresh and was served on a cold plate. When I moved my plate, the table was stained with sauce, so I lifted my plate to see what was underneath. It was dirty, so cold plate and dirty underneath made me think that it had not been washed properly. I cancelled the desert paid left rapidly and will not return. It wasn't busy there's no need for such bad service and food.

Visited here last night to celebrate our daughters Graduation with family and friends . The food was excellent as were all the staff who were very helpful and friendly . Will definitely return again .

Updated Lovely food, great service from friendly and efficient staff. Prices are fair. Whats not to like, defo going back. That was my review from 2 years ago. Not been since due to living abroad so a visit was a must. How things change. Although the food was slow in coming that wasnt the issue, it was cold on arrival. Portion size was definitely smaller, especially the rice. We had to order extra rice and was shocked at the price and the less than half a cup portion size. That portion was a joke right !!!! For what you get and for the overall portion sizes .. it was well overpriced. It was busy with parties and celebrations so I guess they are now catering for large groups, which is a shame.

Called here for an early evening meal. We were the only ones there which tells you all you need to know. The food was bland and tasteless and I remembered why I hadn't been there for several years. I won't be rushing back.

I’ll start this review on a positive note: the food is great. But the service? That’s a different story: 1. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. 2. After the drinks arrived, we had to flag down staff to take our food order. 3. We finished our starters and mains and waited around 30 minutes. Several waiters clearly saw we were done but chose to ignore us, instead standing around chatting. We had to ask to have our table cleared by requesting the dessert menu. 4. With the table finally cleared, we again struggled to get someone to take our dessert order. 5. When dessert arrived, I asked for the bill immediately, hoping to avoid any more delays. The bottom line is, while the food hits the mark, the service falls woefully short.

Plonked me next to a booming speaker thrashing out happy birthday every ten minutes. The seats and table were too small and was quite expensive for what we ordered. And I wasn't impressed with the food either.

About the 6th time they've accepted then declined a takeaway order. Won't be going back

Quite simply our favourite restaurant in Stockport. Not been in for a while(health issues) but we were greeted with a very large smile and a hug and Jay even remembered what we usually order and our usual drinks. We really need to try different items on the menu but can’t resist the Peri Peri Chicken. It’s gorgeous. Would recommend you try it

The perfect venue if you are looking for first class customer service and excellent food. There were a few hiccups along the way with my booking and last minute no shows but nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out for me. Thank you so much Topkapi . A Turkish Paradise in Hazel Grove. My partner and I Nathan have been here on so many occasions every time it never fails disappoint. The food and service here are absolutely fantastic!! We are regular visitors (most Fridays) I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Quite simply my favourite restaurant… anywhere… thank you to Hassan and Apo and the team

Great night, I went with my family for a birthday meal and we all had an amazing time. Really tasty food, very generous portions, for a good price. Staff were lovely and the entertainment was fantastic as well as the atmosphere. Would 100% recommend and look forward to going again!

Great night out with family and friends to celebrate a very important 70th Birthday. Lovely restaurant which is spotlessly clean. It was an 80s night so the restaurant was full but this didn’t effect the service nor the quality of the food. Service was spot on and the food was delicious and well presented. Well done to all the staff. It was our first visit and although it isn’t on our doorstep we would definitely go again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Celebrated my dads 70th at the Topkapi. We had a fantastic night, great atmosphere, the food was absolutely delicious, well stocked reasonably priced bar, could not fault a single member of staff all very pleasant and efficient. We were well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend and will be going again.

I am not one to normally leave reviews however when I feel like service has been either exceptional or in this case the opposite end of the scale I will take out the time for other peoples benefits and too see if places will take onboard constructive criticism. We had booked a table to take our close friend out, who lives in Hazel Grove for her 40th Birthday. She had just returned from Turkey and worked a day shift finishing at 5.30pm. We had a table booked for 7.30pm for the 3 of us to have a Birthday celebration meal, nothing rowdy just a nice meal and a few drinks. From the outside this may have appeared to the contrary as we had put a sash and a birthday tiara on my friend. We had also dropped a balloon off along with a 40th glass and a cake topper an hour prior to the table booking and asked for a bottle of Cava to be ready for when we arrived. Everything was going smoothly and the restaurant had been accommodating. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse after we had our starter my friend who's 40th Birthday felt really poorly and had bad stomach cramps and felt sick. I took her to the toilet and she was unable to be sick however looked very pale. I took her back to the table and we suggested she just sipped water. Very shortly after my friend then knew she was going to be sick and proceeded to the toilet and despite her best efforts and me holding the doors open she projectile vomited outside the entrance to the toilets before continuing to be sick inside the toilet. She also had bad stomach cramps and was very pale. This was all very concerning and I was trying to make sure my friend was okay, our phones and belongings were back at the table. I went outside the toilet door to try and get attention from my sister in law and got stopped by a member of staff telling me to clean up my friends sick. I politely refused saying the priority was my friend, as a sideline I am not sure why a customer would be asked to clean up sick? The member of staff then proceeded to tell me we needed to leave the restaurant and that other customers were unable to use the toilets. I was stunned at this this attitude especially as my friend was clearly poorly and it was torrential rain. By no means was I rude to anyone. I then went out briefly to explain this to my sister in law and she bought all our belongings into the toilet where we had to decide the best course of action. About ten mins later a waiter put a glass of water inside the toilet door. There was no way my friend could stomach anything. We managed to get hold of a family member who kindly came to pick us up. I paid the bill in full. I asked for the waiters name which he wouldn't give me however said he would reply to my trip adviser comment. My friend was then able to walk out so we got her back home safe. The following day I had the same vomiting along with diarrhea. This must have been a contagious bug as the day after my husband had the same. Upon leaving the waiter did apologise but sadly this was too little, too late and we will not be returning. A very disappointing night all round to what should have been a lovely evening. Some compassion and assistance should have been shown.

Really great trip out to Topkapi palace. We had a group booking of over 30 people and everyone left full. Great food choices for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. The staff couldn't do enough for us. I will definitely going back.

We attended a large group gathering today at this fantastic place. A buffet had been arranged for us and the food and atmosphere were great. Definitely recommend this place whether for a large gathering or a more intimate meal.

Great food, good choice and nice staff Let down by the quantity of rice, cheapest food on the planet and you get very little. Not sure if that was the normal quantity of rice or they had ran out. Probably amounted to a third of a cup on our plates It would have been top marks otherwise.

Four of us came here on the 25th of August. With our Support worker to celebrate 3 years of being in our support living accommodation. Right from the moment we stepped through the door till. Moussaka left a lot to be desired it was quite tasteless. Chicken casserole had plenty chicken but too much tomato sauce for our taste.
