Placed an order at 19.30 for two kebab and chips, still waiting at 9pm. Rang twice and they didn't know where the order was. Rang again at 9.15, they said the order was being redone, and would be out as soon as it was ready. Mrs H took her hunger with her to collect it as it would be quicker in the meantime the order turned up, stone cold, this was sent back, and at 9.40 Mrs Hungry is still sat waiting for the food to be done. The delivery driver was very apologetic and said it was very busy, but that's not my problem, it shouldn't take 2 hours, and turn up like it's been driven around for two hours. They have since refunded us, and the food we eventually got was good. Just a shame it took two hours and arrived cold.

Ordered the mixed special kebab. Supposed to be a chicken/donner mix but it's basically a donner kebab sprinkled with a tiny bit of chicken. Good, friendly service but the food is a scam.

Amazing place to get food, staff are friendly and welcoming on arrival, will keep you updated on food times and are extremely apologetic when mistakes are made. Mistakes are handled with quick outcomes either by management or counter staff. Can't fault them keep up the good work guys

£9.50 for a meat feast and hardly had anything on it! Not impressed at all. Feal like I've been mugged. Paper thin pizza ... looks nothing like the pizza photos on the menu's, in the place or online

Partner ordered a collection. He turned up and they said they had sent it to the house. How have you sent it to my house when we didn't give you an address as its a collection? The "answer" was apparently someone rang up who sounded similar to my partner. If that's the case you should have asked. so had to sit and wait for them to cook it again. Order again, apparently simple orders are far too difficult. Ordered a1/4 burger with cheese on the chips to collect. Came with no cheese and it was 1/2 burger so was charged more than what i was supposed too. Rang up and the woman hung up but claimed to have dropped the phone. Dropped it on the off button and didn't ring back? Yeah alright then. Im not braindead. Won't bother. Useless.

i had a pizza from here not long ago and it was thin crust bbq pepperoni, doner meat and jalapeños with a side. bottle of diet coke was out of date by a few months. my carer quickly got on the phone to Pepi's and i got an in date bottle quite quickly. pizza was better than domino's

Gross orders a supreme calzone that consisting of cheese onions mushrooms chickhen garlic and cream there was no sauce it was very dry the dough wasent cooked properly was a lot of money and when I called to mention ther was no sauce and undercooked they said they had no cream and it should be cooked :/ surely if you don't have an main ingredient for a dish you should take the item of the menu...

Always ordered from here but now all I would say is AVOID! New owners - rude and obnoxious Disgusting phone manner and not happy to resolve any problems. Ordered tonight 6.15pm chased the order 7.20pm told the driver had left. 7.50pm still not arrived 8.15pm spoken to on the phone rudely and told they can’t do anything until the driver back. What delivery driver doesn’t return back to the shop for over an hour! Not willing to refund so had to order elsewhere before.

Ordered a chicken parmesan, they told me about the minimum order but not about the quid delivery harvest I had to find that out from the text confirming the order. Arrived promptly but was a bit burnt in places. And I asked for no tomato on the salad they gave me tomato anyway

First time ordering large kebab and sent two small kebabs. The container wasn't bigger then a small spray but tried saying it was a large so wouldn't like to see what small was. Came cold so warmed up in microwave, will not order again from there again

Oh what has happened to What once was a good kebab House ???? Since these new owners took over it has gone right down hill !!!! Tonight I went and made an order and almost spelled it out so there wouldn't be a complete shambles like last time. Well what a waste of time that was ! I live 1 mile from the shop and when I got home less than 5 minutes from collecting it it was STONE COLD ! Also the order was wrong so I rang the shop and spoke to the lad who took my order ! Basically he said that it was fresh and hot when I left and made no offer to rectify the issue. Will never use them again ! No wonder they have such a low rating ! Do yourself a favour and use someone else as you will only be disappointed with this lot !!!

We ordered from here tonight for the first time and i wish we hadn't bothered. Delivery was over an hour late and when i rang after half an hour they said it was just leaving the restaurant, after 20 minutes i rang back because it still hadn't arrived and was told it shouldn't be long as driver was on his round still another 20 minutes before it got here amd it was cold so we had to warm it up! Really not happy and won't be ordering again as looking at previous reviews its been bad lately with delivery being late and food being cold! Definitely do not recommend!

Listen. I do not know how this place has even made it to 2 stars. Delivered my food at 0.45 after midnight, cold, undercooked, gave me the complete wrong order and robbed me of £9 and there's no chance getting that back is there? You made my family wait on food, disgraceful and disgusting, worse customer service and such poor quality of food the hygiene must be so poor there. The little problems you cause for us turn to be big one, the amount of food we could of got with that £9 and all you gave us was 1 pitta bread, handful of chips and tiniest portion of chicken and donner. Since the old staff have left, this place has gone downhill drastically. They did tell the new owners all the recipes for everything but they haven't listened. I'll never order again

The food was disgusting tonight. The Chips tasted like they had gone cold and been reheated, the Donner Kebab was as hard as cardboard. I'm only leaving the 1 star as my dogs seemed to enjoy it, I definitely won't be ordering from there again.

I ordered on 11th May at around 11pm. I received the order at 1245am! 30 mins after the shop had shut. This is on a Monday night! A Monday night not a weekend. The food was burnt! I received one 10 inch and one 12 inch! And it was just utter disgusting. Worse pizza place I've ever been to and worse pizza I have ever tasted. I have pictures to prove this to. The pizza place shut at 12am after I checked! So I couldn't even complain! Not happy at all! Want a full refund!

Ordered food tonight and took 2 and a half hours to arrive, we rang asking where the food was they said it was leaving next and arrived an hour later. The garlic bread was stale, cold and inedible with all the garlic being dried out and all special instructions we left was completely ignored. Overall very disappointed with the quality of the food and the waiting time.

Collected & took home an order last week for chicken donner kebab, absolutely spot on. Tonight ordered one for delivery alongside onion rings & garlic bread....everything was stone cold & it took an hour & a half to arrive. Disgruntled customer!

Nice little takeaway, never had a bad meal. Would've been a 5 had it not been for the price hikes on my last order. Coupled with a reduction in portion sizes the price rises don't do it justice.

Ordered large Donna and chips ( like i always have done)assistant said every thing on it replied yes please got home no pita bread salad or sauces got in back in the car took it back the assistant told me that's what I ordered to which I said no it isn't and retold the order conversation as above she got the guys to put sauces on got home no salad no bread very disappointed some of Thierstaff should listen to the customer instead of chatting to other staff.

I visited twice during my week in Cleethorpes.The first time it was nice,even though it took me ages to get the guy serving to understand me and what i wanted.Eventually a woman from out the back was summoned so that i could be understood.No offence but if youre English is that poor you shouldnt be front of house,especially in a seaside town with many accents.Im not even all that broad.The second time i visited same procedure to be understood and the food was truly awful i ate most of it and left the rest as i was really hungry.Passing on 18th May 2016 it looked closed down.Very sudden indeed

The food was freezing and the salad tasted old. I would never order from there again! Vile
