Food took around an hour to arrive, but was happy with the mixed kebab. Not greasy, would order again.

Considering this is a pizza takeaway they really need to improve them. The pizza base tasted like cardboard, like something they have found in the back of their freezer that's been sitting there for the past 2 years. One of the pizzas half of it didn't have any cheese on it. Wrong toppings. Garlic pizza bread did not taste of garlic whatsoever. So disappointing. I will not be going back.

I ordered from the buy one get one free pizza range. When the driver arrived 2 pizzas were missing, I called the restaurant to try to rectify the problem. After some explanation (and possibly confusion) the person I spoke to said they would send out the missing items. I will say I was apprehensive this wouldn't actually happen but I was extremely satisfied that the missing pizzas arrived very, very quickly, and with a friendly driver! Top marks for a quick fix!!! I am writing this review solely because I want to give really positive feedback for how this was rectified and how quickly. Thank you!

I could tell the order was rushed, in my mixed kebab there was a tiniest bit of lamb shish, some chicken shish and pretty much the whole box of lamb doner which I hate, donner meat was undercooked. Ive ordered chilli sauce as well as garlic and got 2 garlic sauces. For £17 it's a joke really and very poor quality meal. Only good thing about it was nice delivery driver. Will never order again.

Uber were really lovely and gave me a refund so on their part it was good, this place made me wait over an hour and HUNG UP the phone on me after I called the third time then claimed they delivered it when they hadn’t like don’t accept orders if you’re busy absolutely irritating making me wait from 2am until 4am like cancel the order and don’t waste my time, don’t order from here they are rude people. I don’t know why they aren’t shut down tbh all the reviews are complaints I’d be less annoyed if they had just cancelled my order or told me it wasn’t coming and then they had the cheek to try say it was delivered. Disgusting.

I've formerly left a decent review for this place.. Not now. Been in great abdominal pain after eating a burger from this place. I can't sleep because of the pain and I have liquid out both ends. I'm just left to curse the fact I was drunk and ate here. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bigger portion than usual for £15, but I asked for extra sauce on the kebab & they put chilli & garlic together for me. 5star

Normally small orders for £15 but this time I asked for bigger portion & they actually provided. Salad was still small though. £15 should feed 2 people, not a singular meal!

Small portions for £15. An entire lamb is £100 and it only takes 2 lambs for an entire skewer of donner meat!! £15 is an absolute joke when you supply less than 50p of salad, a 15p pitta & £3.50 worth of meat.

Didn’t put any sauce at all because I asked for an extra pot of sauce.

Sometimes big portion & extra sauce or pitta, other times is an absolute rip off for £14.50 just for a kebab.

Very disappointed in the service of this restaurant. The information of special offers is misleading, feeling like I got duped.

Food was amazing perfect temperature 20 mins early the lamb donner was nice and tender chicken donner tastes delicious. Over all it was very nice we thoroughly enjoyed the food thank you so so much and we will definitely order again Highly recommended

The pitta bread was really greasy! Usually we love ordering from here as its always hot and fresh. But this time wasn't amazing like our last orders. The grease was dripping from the pitta breads.

£15 for a small kebab is a joke!! Owners become greedy, charging £15 for 1/16th of a lamb they pay £100 for. Too greedy after being a popular restaurant. Requests are ignored & portions are tiny, they cook the meat exactly the same no matter requests & most the time even ignore salad requests. If you think the meat portion is tiny, wait until you see the ratio of meat/salad, the less meat, the less salad!

Missing items and when phoned the restaurant hung up on me and then tried to get me to collect missing items but I don’t drive but did end up delivering the missing items .

Olives, which cost an extra one pound were missing from the Indian pizza and tomato sauce base when it should have been BBQ, this all made the pizza very bland. Once again hardly any cheese on the garlic bread with cheese, I even left a message asking to make sure there was plenty of cheese!

Greasy AF! Burger sauce was anemic, chips well couldn’t pick them up because they were so greasy they fell apart, soggy AF. Kebab meat (I know it’s bad for you and greasy) had no flavour and tasted like it was yesterday’s. And they only gone and forgot the salad. Yuk wouldn’t recommend.

Although it was early, it was the worst meal I've ever ordered. They didn't read the note I left and instead of giving me just lettuce as I asked, they put all salad with the meal which I don't eat, so over half the meal went into the bin. Very disappointed after all the years I've been ordering from them.

Amazing food and very quick delivery

We have used tops for absolutely ages as it was genuinely the best kebab for quality and pricing. But the last 2 times we have ordered it’s just not been great. Cold food, pittas we’re really dry, and the meat was just bland. Real shame but won’t be returning again unfortunately given how the quality has gone down recently

Chicken donner meat and chips brilliant! I buy the medium size and eat half the meat with the chips one day, and the other half of the chicken the next with salad and mayo. Perfect!

No garlic bread as ordered. Ordered a Pepsi and got a Dr Pepper

I ordered from here after a long time of not using. Prices have gone up but I still can't fault quality of my kebab. Nice portion and nice salad. Chill sauce is lovely and so were my chips and chicken wings, definitely will be using again.

Used Tops many times in the past with no problems. This order however really let us down. £12.50 for a combo chicken shish/lamb shish kebab and what arrived didn’t even fill half of the box. £12.50 for a combo chicken shish/lamb donner kebab and we got 4 pieces of chicken. A real shame as we loved Tops, but we won’t be returning after this.
