pizzas just arrived after an hour which was fine but are too cold to eat wont order from here again its not good enough can get dominos for same price last few orders have always been late too shame orderedfew from here overyears but its gone downhill last 4 times ive ordered

Not happy with the shish kebab, meat tough unchewable, hardly any salad and sauce and chips hard and cold.

Late delivery no can with my meal I ordered and no apology when I rang to as about my order and no apology when delivery was made. Usually excellent but very poor last night.

Ordered at 5.20pm, should have arrived by 6.05pm, eventually arrived at 6.55pm to find that half the order was missing. Had to wait another 40 minutes for the right food to arrive to find its burnt and cold. When I rang through to say half the order was missing could hear the staff arguing amongst themselves, very unprofessional.

Food did not come!!!! Demand a refund immediately

There is a reason why this place is always busy, the food is awesome and the staff are great.

Delivered on time. Food could have been hotter, but thought this was understandable on what must be a very busy night. Forgot milkshake, rang and they brought it straight round :)

they forgot about our food, didnt apologise 😔 and we had to go and get it ourselves after they didn't bring it to our house.

My order was good but I had missing items my chips

Very poor quality nan .. to thick and dense .. the salad had no green at all ..no lettuce or cucumber..or cabbage.. just red onion and one slice of tomato.. the lamb was over cooked ..the chicken was burnt and dry ..and the Donner was very limited.. at £12.50 it's well below par .. 4/10 .. had 2 bites and binned it .. worst mixed grill kebab ..ever .. on a plus .. there poly package will last 15 years in a land fill .. so at least the environment has to suffer like me ...

Bland tasting food ..that was soggy and old .. not one bit of fresh taste..

Not enough donner on the kebab. Didn’t get the fruit shoot with the kids meal. Garlic and tomato bread was lovely. Chicken tikka kebab was lovely too. Chips tasty.

Always perfect that’s the kebab large & tasty ! Chips don’t do it for me prefer Z’s !

Used Tony's for 7 years ,but will never use again last 3 orders over 1 and half hr wait told me over and over it's on its way then rang up again told me we've not got your order did you order it from here because there's a Tony's in todmorden I said I've used you for 7 years why would I ring somewhere else absolute joke you had 3 chances but no more shocking service,

Really did like Tony's but the last few have just been horrible and cold so I won't be calling here again.

Delicious as always, sometimes takes a bit longer to arrive but the food is always good 👍

My delivery was 2 and a half hours late. Asked for some money back and received nothing due to bad weather. It was on a Sunday and the snow was slush at this point. The food was just warm and the burger bun was hard. Really not happy with the response about no money return, even a partial refund. 2 and a half hours is appalling!

1h 30mins to deliver turned up all cold after complaining order still wrong. Gone down hill never going again

Just got a review sent through did I enjoy my order well the question would be NO as gone from 40 minutes to an hour 20 to an hour 40 went to cancel the order and the gentleman would not let me talk as he told me he was extremely busy. So cancel the order through just eat. This is the first time of a very bad service.

Donner calazone paid for extra donner .. barely any donner on it ripped right off shame i cannot add pictures to this review to prove this fact ... Shame realy because tonys was the best in bacup

Ordered my food at 6.25pm and arrived at 8.10pm on the just eat it app it said it would be delivered between 7.05pm and 7.25pm when it arrived the food was cold and not worth eating

An hour late, kebab smothered in chili sauce which I didn't ask for. Had to throw it away

It was late to begin with then I bought a full bottle of coke and got 1 can instead of the bottle and the my pepperoni passion was wrong

Why do I pay delivery fee and service charge for my food to be 20 minutes late, ( still not arrived as I write this message ) for when/if it turns up to be cold and not taste as nice this is a joke !!!!!

Food is proper naff, kids meals were drenched in warm ketchup as if you've microwaved it, chips were soggy, burger was dry and there was barely any meat on the wings. I would request a refund to be honest but it's been too long for me to do it.

Amazing food kebab was fantastic and the Asian special pizza is to die for

food arrived 5 min after the upper time margin expired. food was marked as delivered while it was still in transit, causing me to try and phone the restaurant, though the line was engaged. as I was trying to get through, the delivery showed up. food itself was decent but not super premium quality. got the monster munch box and cannot fault the amount of food at all, chicken could be slightly less dry.

The meat was lovely but I didn't get any salad on my kebab and a tiny bit of sauce, so it was just dry meat, if it had salad and sauce I would of been happy.

Pepperoni passion had hardly any pepperoni on and hardly any cheese on was mainly tomato sauce and base. Garlic bread with cheese saved the meal

They forgot my drink it’s £1.30 for a can of pop…. It’s happened before so I won’t be using Tony’s again, there’s much better competition in the area and they never forget items

This has become our main takeaway, the food has always been good amd never been an issue. But the last 3 orders have had issues. 1st was they missed food from the order. 2nd time missed all the sauces. Now 3rd time today was extremely late, and I asked for a partial refund due to the order being 45 mins late and the previous 2 orders, they refused it because they said it was late as they were busy. I wasnt going to complain about any of my previous orders but since they dont seem to be able to give a little back as an apology, its lead me to leave a review.As good as your food is, I'd like to think you would look after your regular customers more however, this doesn't seem to be the case.

Nothing was cold and no items were missing , I've ordered again because there were no shops open after a certain time at night. Tonight the food came but they forgot the 2 big cokes and 2 chocolate cakes , which by the way the guy said they would be delivered separately within 5 - 10 minutes, I used rossendale eats because of the cash option. I'll leave another review when the cokes and cakes arrive (If they do 😕)

Pizza was dry, the topping tasted rubbery and I didn’t enjoy it

food was rank to be honest ordered onions on an american burger and they came not even chopped proper just slapped on in chunks burnt to a crisp . chicken burger was that hard you could have used it as a weapon , waste of £20

Food was very late. When it arrived it could be described as warm at best. We were given the option of sauce with our nuggets and chips, assumed these would be separate pots, but everything was doused in them, meaning the people who didn’t want sauce couldn’t share them. The pizza was average at best, the meat on mine was dry and difficult to chew and swallow. Ate some, rest is going to the chickens, wouldn’t bother again.

Food turned up but I payed for a nan bread got charged for and got a pitta and the kebab smells funny like been giving leftover s what's ashame cuzs last kebab add was better fink it's time live takeaways alone so expensive as well feel like paying London prices well won't be bk but all the best with business Tony's.

I got a donner kebab and it was dripping in grease the pitter bread was soaked and it was disgusting qould recommended it

Definitely the last time I’m ordering from here now they just can’t get an order right something missing every time!! Furious as waited a hour and half for a 30 pound order for both kebabs to come hardly any meat and NO SALAD when I asked for it on both. Stud last order they didn’t send any chips or drinks I wouldn’t mind were a family of six so it’s always expensive. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered at 8:55, rang at 9:10 to be told it was 5 mins away. Rang back at 9:40 to be told it was “delivered to the wrong house”. Finally got delivered at 11:01. Shift worker as well who orders all the time from them. Total joke, they forgot about us twice.

Great kebabs and pizza. The chicken kebab is the best around.

I think people need to stop complaining about this place recently I understand they’ve been late a lot recently that’s been due to roadworks and staff shortages but they are doing their best and you’ve got some brilliant drivers out there just bear with them the next few weeks everyone and hopefully things will get better it’s a difficult time for them at the moment.

I dont usually write reviews but this was Absolutely awful!! Don't even think it was real chicken in the chicken burger, dry as a biscuit & something you'd get in a bag of frozen ones. Didn't even fill the bun. Don't see how they are happy to sell that as a burger, it was shocking. Chips were dry & cold. The wrap with salad wasn't much better. More like two chicken nuggets with a tiny bit of lettuce & some onion..(definitely not salad) really poor food.

Forgot saucers, Man on phone very very short and rude, exchanged items on order for other food because they'd ran out witn out asking if it was OK?

My delivery was late and the driver who delivered it if looks could kill ii be dead very disappointed

I'm fed up of having to ring enquiring where my order is! Says 45 min delivery last one took 1hr 20 mins when I rung after 1 hrbsaid it was just being packaged but still took another 20mins when it arrived cold!

Food wasn’t that nice it was burnt and very sloppy also left a note for a couple of things we didn’t want on and they did not read it
