Ticket no 395 My partner and I often visit Toby Carvery and we are always pleased with the service. Tonight's meal was somewhat dissapointing. The roasties were the worst they've ever been, very dry and bland. We didn't raise a complaint as the rest of the meal was good, with delicious beef, peas and carrots. Jasmine greeted us with a smile, checked in on us and was very friendly throughout. We ate our roasties last which is why we didn't say anything to jasmine, but im sure she would have dealt with our issue promptly. Thanks for great service, we hope the roasties are better next time we visit.

Had a great lunch time carvery, our waitress Becky was very polite, cheerful and very helpful. Enjoyed our time as it was my first day of retirement . Only issue I had was there is not enough disabled parking slots in the car park.

Excellent carvery lunch, and very clean and comfortable restaurant. Free parking for customers. A few minutes drive off the motorway junction , over the road from the services. I'd much rather eat a lovely roast than overpriced coffee shop sandwiches. The staff were really friendly especially Nia (10) who was kind enough to help me while I was trying to use the great offers on the Toby app. Well done Toby, great service Great

Ticket 302: Went with my dad for a late lunch during the week. The meat was delicious, very tender, and all veg was perfectly cooked. Our server Becky was very helpelful when we asked about the choices of dessert.

I went with my friend for a quiet lunch ..it wasn't overly busy ..we had turkey as always and loads of veg ...the atmosphere was nice and friendly as were the people serving us ...all in all a decent roast dinner which is great value...
