Toby Carvery in Liverpool

Nikki was such a lovely waitress to my friend group and asked us how school was going. She was very quick with clearing up our table.

Aigburth is my favourite Toby, every member of staff is friendly and approachable. Our server today was Carol. She came to our table, introduced herself, and asked if anyone had any allergies. We placed our drinks order and went for our carvery. The food is always great and so much to choose from. The yorkie puds are huge, then five meats and everything you would want on a roast. We got back to our table, and our drinks were on the table ready for us. Whilst eating, we were asked if everything was alright. It's always a great place to eat. Thanks, Carol, for the personal touch .

Attend the kingsman (Toby aigburth) Food was good , drinks were average , service by Hayley was amazing as always , excellent hostess

Can't fault the food,the carvery was great, the beef so tender and a great selection of vegetables but the service was appalling.We had finished collecting then eating our carvery before my grandsons. 5 chicken nuggets were brought to the table.We waited another age for his ice cream.Definately need more staff.Good foo

Stopped here on whilst leaving Liverpool. The food was what you expect from Toby Carvery. What made the difference was the service. In particular was George. He went over and above what you expect from them. Would definitely recommend.

Usually come to this carvery as we find the food decent. This time one of the carvers the really loud one made some sexist comments, including the likes of women can’t think for themselves and how they copy the person in front of them. Was totally disregarded when I said something back and handed my plate. Waitress had a very rude attitude when we just asked what the policy was on the food deal. Huffing and puffing in front of our faces just trying to get a simple question answered. won’t be returning.

Came in yesterday and was served by Carol. She was amazing there wasn’t enough she could do for us, she was really attentive to our girls and was really helpful and kind. Good service really makes it! The food was lovely and was a pleasant experience all round.

Me and my boyfriend when for dinner had a warm and Bubbly waitress called Wendy she was the most loveable character I have ever met she spoke to us and made us feel welcomed she didn't just speak to us ones and walk away
