Great place! I live around the corner and am grabbing something from the shop every other day.Favourite is the cream! Can’t have enough of it The staff is also great, always friendly and fun to talk to. Know some of them by name by now.Thank you Morena, Luca, Martina and the rest of the team whose names I hope to learn as well.

Without a doubt this place serves delicious tiramisu, however it’s the staff that make you want to come back! Charming, helpful and brilliantly Italian! A great pit stop from all the shopping.

It was a breathtaking experience. Coffee and tiramisu were amazing! The Mr Tiramisu was very helpful and approachable. It’s a Roman experience in London!

I'm feeling in Italy but I'm actually in London, I come from Sicily and I tried a lot of different cannoli in Italian London shops but this place guys is unbeatable, Gianluca e Martina treat customers like family and we are eating all the Italian dessert they have got because the quality is 5 star and the test is absolutely amazing! A peace of Italy in a big smoke, well done guys we definitely will see again soon!

Delicious range of tiramisu, the staff member (guy with ginger beard) was knowledgeable and helpful he helped us choose a great mixture of base and toppings. We really enjoyed it. Tasty!!

Surprisingly good tiramisu. Got recommended here by a friend, you build your own tiramisu. I wanted the classic but the guy asked me what toppings I wanted.... classic tiramisu just has chocolate dusted so was confused why he kept asking. Ended up getting raspberry’s pistachio and dark chocolate at the end. For a small pot it’s 5.50 and the slightly bigger size is £9! Very very expensive in my opinion. Some edges of the lady fingers were not soaked in coffee properly so was crunchy which I’m not used to, but I know for next time to ask them to soak it completely with coffee.

My worst experience in London. The girls who attended me very rude, without any education. I went to the westfield mall store. The girl who attended to me seemed to be offended to ask for more food. While preparing the meal, she was on his cell phone and talked to another taller and bigger girl.Anyway it seems an exaggerated price to be treated so badly. I do not return in my life.

The best tiramisú in London! Always fresh and authentic ingredients! My favourite is the classic one. If you're looking for the real tiramisú then you must try it.

This is my first review on trip advisor, but the customer service from the staff deserves it. A gentleman served me and my sisters who were sat confused at our table on what to order. He kindly took our order and helped us choose, and made us feel comfortable! The dessert itself is DELICIOUS. I will be back. Thanks so much!

Worst experience of taking money and not serving customers,had horrible experience with worst attitude is to fog of customers. Bad attitude Bad Service and nothing leaves bitter than that to customers.

Lovely service, great taste! One staff made sure we made the most of our money, let us taste everything before making our decisions and was full of jokes although it was meant to be his day off, he was happy and lovely! Highly recommend!

What they offer is goof but it is extremely pricey for my taste. The staff though is always extremely helpful.

Products is fresh, staff is amazing, coffee is italian. It’s perfect for friends, buisness meeting and family. They have options vegan, dairy free, nuts free, gluten free, alcohol free and vegetarian. They have more options eat-drink here and to go.

I visit often Tiram is U to enjoy their delicious Tiramisu and foamy and creamy Cappuccino. And if you want, you can eat some savoury speciality, too. The service is fast and the baristas are quick and kind.

I go to this this bar often before going to work , and in my opinion is definetely the best place to have an amazing single expresso coffe', quality is the top , once I even tried their tiramisu and it was excellent. Even the stuff behind the bar are always available and nice

Visited this cafe today and we had a fabulous cup of coffee and delicious chocolate brownie. Service was excellent. Very polite. I will definitely be back and next time my daughters paying!!

Today I stopped for a quick coffee break at Tiram is U Westfield white city and I was attended by very happy and polite stuff, I asked for an espresso and a very legitimate sicilian cannoli, what else you want in life?? Totally recommended! By the way Gianluca (the manager) is knowledge about his product are amazing!Will be back very soon!

This was such a disappointing experience, some cold flavourless custard poured over a lemony biscuit, just keep walking in by you will be dissapointed

I went in company and we ordered a cappuccino, a coffee and a 'build your own' tiramisu to share. Despite it is possible to choose between four different types of Italian cookies, mascarpone and ricotta as cheese cream options, and a large variety of toppings, our tiramisu was pretty much the original one plus fresh strawberries. The tiramisu was super! The taste was balanced, all ingredients were of high quality and fresh, the mascarpone cream (definitely homemade) was just delicious! Coffees were strong and good, as expected in an Italian cafè. Prices are ok and justified by the quality. Service was good, the guy was friendly and professional. To return, and next time I will not share the tiramisu.

they got this "build your own tiramisu" thing, which is not tiramisu at all. very disgusting food and the staff is not helpful at all. the staff even said "build your own tiramisu" is not tiramisu by himself! total waste of money and worst experience

I ordered the GF tiramisu. The woman at the shop was rude and acted like I was interrupting her from something important when I ordered. First of all, I had no clue it was going to be £9!!! as it was a very tiny little pot! Second of all, it was one of the most disgusting things I've ever eaten. The biscuit was sandy and revolting. The cream was WARM slop that had a bitter aftertaste. The chocolate slivers sprinkled on top were dry and dusty. The coffee was tasteless, and the best part is I think I got minor food poisoning from it because I was sick for three days after.WhenI complained via email to them, they didn't reply. When I emailed again and told them I was sick after eating it, they told me to call the store manager. I'm deaf, I can't call. I replied to the email explaining this, they never replied again. I tried to resolve this without leaving a bad review, but they ignored me and I'll never see that money back, so I'd rather warn people.This was essentially one of the worst things I've ever eaten, and I cannot recommend it. I paid £9 to get sick and to be ignored by customer service. There's a Waitrose right next to this - go get the ingredients and just make it yourself, at least if you're going to spend the money you can be assured you won't be getting food poisoning!

Excellent dessert .. Tiramisu ( all product alcohol free) Cappuccino is tastey.. Small cappuccino means small.. unlike other coffe shop. Excellent customer service

This welcoming Italian deli was just what we needed in Westfield. Avoid the usual noisy chains and look for this refreshing individually-owned business tucked away in a quiet secluded corner of the delicatessen end of Westfield. Delicious coffee and freshly-made pastries, with ingredients selected by you! Our baby was made welcome in the comfy seating area and this lovely cafe will now be our regular stop on our shopping trips

Sono stato in questa caffetteria al centro commerciale Westfield a Londra con un amico,.appena ci siamo seduti al tavolino vicino la cassa con i nostri cannoli, abbiamo assistito ad una scena assurda.La ragazza dietro al bancone prepara due cappuccini, ne prende uno e lo offre al fidanzato che era in fila, cosi esce e iniziano a baciarsi e coccolarsi mentre é in servizio davanti ai clienti! Una scena pietosa.

Such a good concept! I love tiramisu but a good one is hard to find, so designing my own was great!The staff were great and very patient with some awkward customers in front of us and very pleased that we enjoyed our tiramisu. Will be returning and recommending!

Complimenti... da fuori vedendo il chiosco e la possibilità di “montarsi” il tiramisù mi aveva lasciato perplesso .... poi però iniziando l’assemblaggio ed assaggiando il prodotto finale sono rimasto più che sorpreso... diverse scelte di biscotti compreso i romani Gentilini, diverse scelte di topping ed ingredienti eh sinceramente la scelta vincente e’ stata quella di mettere la ricotta al posto del mascarpone!!! Complimenti... personale cortese e cordiale... buono anche il caffè!!! Consigliato!!!

È una caffetteria italiana in stile anni 50’. Situata all’interno di Westfield Stratford City , lo shopping center più grande d’Europa. Il Tiramisù è la specialità dellacasa , lo si può personalizzare al momento ,scegliendo il biscotto , la crema , la frutta fresca solo di stagione e molto di più. Oltre al classico, anche il gluten free e il vegano .I miei preferiti sono i tiramisù con pistacchi e noci e le brioches farcite crema al mascarpone, per non parlare dei cannoli . I miei amici sono invece impazziti per il “Tiramisushi”. Staff cordiale e disponibile.Assolutamente da visitare e torneremo sicuramente. Patrizia&company.

Ofrece una amplia variedad de realizar un tiramisú con diferentes acabados.Montan un postre delante del cliente Primero ponen los bizcochos Savoiardi,los empapan con licor de café y le añaden un producto amarillo con textura de natilla que se supone que es crema con mascarpone. Las terminaciones de la parte superior del postre son a gusto del cliente, con gran variedad de opciones a escoger .La textura líquida del postre con mascarpone te decepciona.

Tiramisu at Mercato Metropolitano in E&C is truly amazing. You can tailor your tiramisu according to your taste, like you would do with frozen yogurt. The cream bases are delicious, there's a great choice of toppings and the ingredients are really fresh. You can chose between 3 types of biscuits that you can soak in either chocolate, coffee or cappuccino. There are 2 different creams to choose from (mascarpone or ricotta) and loads of toppings including fresh fruit, nuts and chocolate shavings. It comes in different sized and the price is very honest. The staff is super friendly. When I went they were having issues with the card reader and I didn't have any cash on me. I was given my tiramisu anyways and told to come back with the money when I had it. I definitely recommend this place, and I am Italian so you can trust me on tiramisú!

Che dire di questo posto...solo meraviglia e bontà!Trovato per caso passeggiando vicino Tower Bridge alla ricerca di un posto al coperto... Premetto che quando vado all'estero per principio non mangio mai cose italiane, o almeno ci provo.Beh qui è stato impossibile resistere, già l'idea geniale di scegliere i gusti da mettere nel tiramisù come il gelato, poi il sapore che ha confermato quello che già avevo divorato con gli occhi. Un tiramisù freschissimo che ti preparano al momento. Pulito, carino e invitante è un posticino delizioso dentro una specie di mercato "Mercato Metropolitano" dove puoi trovare tante specialità italiane ( io sono andata sul dolce). Il personale poi gentile e simpatico. Prezzi modesti per essere Londra: 2 tiramisù 9£ poco più di 11€. Da provare!
