Great food and very helpful staff. Will definitely go back and try something new. And the menu is not expensive so won’t have to wait for next pay check ;)

We visited here on the recommendation of work colleagues in Glasgow. An extensive menu to choose from and I went for the Massaman curry with chicken as I'd never tried the dish before. We decided on mojitos while waiting for our food, lovely and refreshing. Food was served very quickly and mine came with jasmine rice with nuts through it, delicious. Very casual dining and waitress was lovely, couldn't recommend this place highly enough for fabulous food at very reasonable prices

Informal but very busy restaurant serving Thai street dishes. Bubble prawn starter was the highlight, massamam chicken and jasmine rice very nice too.

I love to come here with family and am never disappointed. Relatively informal and with great food.

Love it here. High quality food with no fuss or pretence. We're a family of 4 ordered 3 mains and meals for the kids with drinks all for £40. So many average places now you're not getting change out of £100 for a family so the value here is extraordinary. Staff are all super nice as well. Food is fresh particularly the prawns. I hate frozen prawns so it's very refreshing to see places like ting Thai maintaining good food standards.

The best Asian restaurant in town. The Thai taste very on point, the food service was quick and the staff are very friendly and know the menu really well. Just make sure you book before you come or youll have to wait a bit Will recommend this restaurant when u visit glasgow!

Food was excellent, able to alter spice level, got extra spicy! Service was excellent also, staff were lovely. Spicy margarita was fab, not v spicy but tasted lush. Menu was extensive for lunchtime as often not as much choice for lunch. Definitely will return.

I have been to ting Thai twice. Once had khao suay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Next time visited with my husband order a small box of chicken grill, Thai green curry and fried rice, two cocktails and the taste is worth it. The price of the dishes ranges from £7 to £10. Portions are ok enough to make you happy.

Absolutely first class. The food here was amazing. Service unattentive but the food and vibe was spot on. Casual, quick and really really decent quality food. Cocktails were limited but really nice. 5 dishes and 2 Cocktails for £61 all fresh prawns etc. could not fault it.

Absolute amazing service from Katya, she was very attentive and helped us to navigate through the food menu and also gave great ideas for nice touring sites around the south side of Glasgow.. The food was also very delicious and met every expectation for us.. Highly recommend.

The food is amazing, good portions and really tasty but the experience is ruined by some staff being extremely rude and with the “cannot be bothered” attitude. Also the super loud music makes it feel like you’re in the club which is a shame.

I love this place. Been dining with Ting Thai since the opening days in Edinburgh and great to see the brand growing. Been back two nights in a row now. Went in last night with two friends from work, they loved it- we ate and drank well. We had fantastic service from Connor- super friendly, efficient and fun. Thanks Ting Thai- looking forward to being back in the near future.

Used to be good been loads in past used to do lunch to 6pm not anymore taken some.of..what I had for not that great beef cold and very tough . Mention is I'll tell kitchen ..don't think bothered not be back avoid

Great food. Well worth a visit.

Disappointed in this place. I’d heard a lot about it and the menu looked interesting, with many dishes I wanted to try. Opted for Massaman king prawn with garlic noodles and was rewarded with a bowl of liquid which contained a few prawns and little else. Even with all the noodles added it was a swimming pool. Beer at £6.80 a pint is overpriced but it was good to have water already on the table. Service was pleasant but staff hard to get a hold of at times, and we weren’t even there at peak hours. Overall I think this place is a bit overrated and needs to try much harder to serve up food and an experience which truly lights people up.

The food is so amazing that I honestly couldn’t tell you about the atmosphere or even what city I was in, except that the staff is charmingly, hospitably Scottish and truly wonderful. I am actually a chef (formerly taught at Williams Sonoma) from a long line of chefs and restaurant owners, and from a foodie state of Louisiana, while residing now in arguably the center of the United States’ food culture, Houston, TX, which also hosts some of the highest levels of fusion food on earth. I am passionate and discerning about food. This place is amazing. Tonight was my second visit to Ting Thai Caravan and hope to return soon.

Absolutely loved coming here! The food was amazing and so was the service. Our host Connor was great! We had him when we dined here last month as well, and the service was just excellent :) Will be back soon for sure <3

The food wasn’t great especially the chicken pad thai, found the chicken very very dry. The noodles didn’t have enough pad thai sauce flavour. Service was excellent though and atmosphere was quite casual kind of bar canteen feel but the music was very loud so felt like a bar more than a restaurant.

Industrial and edgy restaurant serving excellent Thai food. Staff are super friendly and attentive! Food prices are reasonable and the portion sizes were great! Will definitely be back. Only issue I had was the stools are a bit uncomfortable so not ideal of you suffer from a sore back! A great experience with my daughter who loved it x

Met with friends, we all enjoyed different dishes and all the food was great. Sweet tea was lovely and all good value. 4 people 1 soft drink, one main, one side each with 2 snacks was 70 total. Quality was high and service was friendly.

Love any excuse to go to any of the branches of Ting Thai, food is always great and the portions are good value for money. Most dishes are fairly easy to veganise which is handy.

Food was excellent and tasted authentic. Staff were slow and disinterested. £2.40 for 150ml can of coke! Just silly.

Visited last night and will definitely be back. Staff were so attentive and helped me find a dish I would enjoy. Service was excellent and prompt. I really enjoyed the roti sauce, would recommend. Perfect for a casual date night

When we visit Glasgow, we would dine at Ting Thai Caravan (TTC) on West Nile Street. As of this writing, each entree before 5pm is £2 less, but all entrees' prices have gone up quite a bit in recent months due to inflation. TTC-West Nile St's atmosphere is down-to-earth and casual. Staff members are super-friendly and smiling. Music can be a bit loud but this place tends to attract younger customers and also older clients like us who like Thai street food. Many dishes are delicious. Our favorite dishes are Pad Thai beef, Khao Sawy (fried noodle in Massaman curry) with chicken or beef, Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai (green curry with chicken). The Khao Say is rich, sweet & spicy and has plenty of noodles that you may not need to order the fragrant jasmine rice, which, however, would go quite well with the spicy and savory Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai. For appetizer or side dish, try the tasty Tod Mun (sweet potato nuggets) that comes with a sweet & moldy spicy dipping sauce. Water is available at each table and you can refill it at a nearby station. The Ting Thai Margarita is awesome! The bathrooms are industrial-styled and simply hip. A terrific place to chill & relax.

A total let down. Pad See-Ew -Overcooked noodles with the mushiest chicken ever! Moo Yang - very disappointing the pork was dry hard and lacked flavour. Would have been able to chew through my trainers quicker than this pork. Goong Frong Beer -the batter was hard, oily and the prawns were solid. Nam Tok Nua (g/f) A watery flavourless salad. Mee Gratiam They were ok. Cap Moo Still waiting on it Yam Sam Krob crispy?? what a joke. It was a box of rubber saturated in chilli oil. Disgusting!

The food was fine, but the pad krapao had more beans than basil and tom yum goong was a tad sweet. Maybe this is what works in Glasgow and so the original recipes have been modified. But as someone who's lived in Thailand for 5 years, I expected something better.

Just in Glasgow for work and walked past on a Monday and it was rammed. Always a good sign of good food Popped in the day after and the food was amazing. Had an khao sawy and a spicy beef salad. Words can't describe how good it really was. And including a pint was £20. So great value too Lovely people serving too. If you're into Thai food and in Glasgow then this is the place to eat

Always packed full and serving delicious authentic Thai food. Only downside is the pad see ew sometimes has less flavour, but I'm happy they can make it vegan!

Food and atmosphere were great, but most of all the staff was awesome! Fiona was very friendly and when we asked her questions about Glasgow’s nightlife she was extremely available. As a southern italian living in London I felt closer to home than to London last evening. Thank you Fiona!

Fantastic Thai food at a reasonable price especially for city centre. I had pork with garlic noodles and a side of prawn crackers with a set chilli dip. Absolutely delicious.

The food is served quickly, delicious and authentic! The staff are very nice even remembering my usual order when I come in for takeaway lunch. Highly recommend the Pad See Ew vegan with tofu and veg!

Food was good, but I wouldn’t say authentically Thai. The pork was quite dry but everything had a good amount of spice which I liked. The restaurant was very crowded during lunch time and there was quite a long wait but the servers were very friendly and very quick to serve!

Excellent restaurant. I went there with 2 colleagues from work on a Tuesday evening. No booking required but the restaurant was still pretty busy with a nice atmosphere. The food that we all ordered was delicious. The service was, and the time for the food order to arrive at the table was very prompt. Very generous portions of all dishes that were ordered. All very very good and the prices, especially for a city centre restaurant were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend dining here.

Food was delicious and came out very quick. I had the seabass maeklong and was fabulous, very fragrant. My only complaint is that the fish was a bit dry. I ordered a side of coconut rice which was absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced items however any meal with out starch definitely requires a side if you want to be adequately full so therefor costs a bit more. Great combination of items though. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Thai food is my favourite. This place didn’t disappoint, an excellent selection of authentic Thai dishes. One of the best massaman curry’s I’ve ever tried.

Busy restaurant. Pretty noisy. Small table for 2. Good food slightly spoiled by having a teaspoon of dried chillies added to one dish - recovered by removing the chillies. Good quick service Why don’t you give the chillies as an option? Would probably visit again

Well, I really enjoyed the speedy service and freshly cooked food. A good selection in a busy wee restaurant. Clean premises decorated in an industrialised manner. The staff were friendly and we were promptly served. Not too expensive for a city centre venue. No car parking.

Visited here with some of my team members who were visiting from other parts of the UK and constantly recommend we go here. From entering, I was greeted by a friendly member of staff, I have to say the staff start to finish were friendly, quick, and accurate! Food was really good, we got a bit of everything (can’t remember everything we ordered now), service was extremely quick as mentioned, everything was really tasty! The only reason I’ve marked down a star is what can only be described as science class stools 😂 horrendously uncomfortable, would have stayed longer and spent a bit more but they’re tolerable for around an hour max! Would happily (and sure I will) return! Will add, very reasonable priced £75 for 3 people with drinks!

O ambiente é simples, mas é possível comer tranquilamente. Com mesas altas e normais (a minha foi alta na vitrine pra rua). Sobre a comida eu sinto que estou sendo injusto, pois não conheço muito de comida Thai e este restaurante foi altamente recomendado, de qualquer forma a minha escolha não foi ruim, mas também não foi das melhores já que não entendo nada e escolhi pela descrição do que vêm no prato. O atendimento foi excelente, a pessoa que me atendeu foi gentil e paciente.

We dropped in on Friday night. Had a couple of very good curries Green and Massaman)and some small ⁹boxes. Service was excellent, exceptional value for money

This is our new go-to place for late afternoon food. Prices go up in the evening which makes sense as it is incredibly popular and food is fast nd delicious. We had about four dishes between two and a cocktail each and from sitting down to getting the bill, everything was smooth sailing. Good was absolutely delicious, staff were attentive and speedy and prices were fantastic.

i’ve only been in here for takeaway on my lunch break however the food is amazing! i would say it’s pretty authentic however just missing spice, but i understand why they can’t make it spicy. staff here are so friendly and lovely as well! would like to come back to dine in one day :)

Bardzo dobre tajskie jedzenie. Curry może trochę zbyt słodkie ale jakość produktów bardzo dobra oraz pozostałe dania pyszne! W szczególności masamnam curry oraz pad thai. Polecam :)

Worst food I've ever eaten ******* Update: I've been to Thailand and the street food didn't taste like the meal I ate on Saturday. The chicken tasted like it had been in the fridge for a month and the vegetables were rock solid and either overcooked or just dug up and thrown in the plate. Nearly snapped my teeth. Complained and got £12 off from the server who couldn't have cared less and didn't compensate for stomach cramps that I got that night ********

Cosy place with great range of food with halal Chicken only. Very reasonably priced also. Would also like to see a few more seafood and halal options which is why i gave it 4vstar but overall a fantastic wee place.

Fue una excelente sorpresa en el camino!!! Pasábamos por aquí y tienen anunciado el menú en la parte de afuera, no entendíamos mucho los platillos, pero los platillos de la gente que comía adentro se veían muy bien!!! Pedí una recomendación a la chica que tomó la orden y estuvo deliciosa!!! El acompañamiento, noodles con ajo, son deliciosos!!!! Y el té de lemongraas y jengibre natural, un must!!!! Calidad-Precio total!!!!!

Been a few times now and tried different things off the menu everytime and never been disappointed. Only small critism is the waiting staff provide a good service but that's all it feels like. They don't seem to smile or be chatty. Don't get me wrong they do they're job well but just be a bit warmer with customers and the place would have a great wee atmosphere to go with the great food.

Food amazing great service good atmosphere

Disappointed with the food , had a pork and chilli dish clearly the pork had been reheated as some of it was warm and some cold and had that dry rubbery texture to it and the soup dish was simply bland , had I not been so hungry and in a rush I would have sent it back sorry won't be back, possibly a bad day not sure but seeing other reviews makes me think possibly .
