Booked a table for my mums birthday. Great experience from start to finish. Staff really friendly and happy. Food always hot and delicious and such a variety. Will definitely return and can’t wait to come back. Well done to tiffins

Me, my husband and my mother in law always come here when we visit my mother in law and honestly, what a wonderful restaurant. The buffet is always clean, full stocked, with a wide range of Indian food. The desserts have increased and there are now different cakes available which is great as it used to be a bit limiting. It would be nice if some dairy free ice creams could be available? Overall, we love coming here and it’s just great fun, convenient and a good price for all.

This was our first time at Tiffins. We visited for dinner sitting at 4pm during a weekday. The food dishes were all hot, fresh and tasty. There was a varied selection of small desserts. The restaurant was clean. Staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Good value for money.

There was a lot of choice but clearly some of the food had been hanging around for a while. Some of the chicken curries contained incredibly dry and tough chicken. The was far too many poppadoms cooked resulting in them being stable. I won't be visiting again.

We went here for dinner before going into the cinema next door! To be honest, the food was average! It was all good, but nothing special! Not many options, Tawa in Spytty is much better for options in my opinion! I didn’t like that the little bowls for the ice cream were inside the refrigerators too & they didn’t look clean & were so sticky! But overall, it was okay! We certainly had a food coma by the end. Staff were nice!

When I booked I said it was for my grampys birthday and he was turning 90. We got there they had put a birthday mat on the table and later on came with a cocktail and birthday cake and candle for him and when we left a bottle of larger and glass also. They really made my grampys day. Thanks

Whenever me and my partner decide to go out for a date night, he will always ask to go to Tiffins. The staff are always so friendly and dressed smartly, they are always around the restaurant to help. The food is always kept hot and changed regularly, there are a decent amount of dishes offered for those who don’t enjoy spice and those who do. Their Korma and Tikka Masala are two of my favourite dishes and are always cooked to perfection. There are a lovely selection of naan bread and other starter bits and plenty of sauces to choose from. Even our 3 year old little girl is happy and full when she comes with us! She particularly enjoys the desserts as there are a lot of selections for children, i.e, brownies, fruit, small cakes, and ice cream. We will often have a slice of cheesecake or some ice cream but there is never many desserts that tickle our fancy at Tiffins. We always leave Tiffins with full stomachs and smiles on our faces, and we can never wait to come back again!

Staff are friendly and helpful but the food is always cold never had a hot meal from there been there a few times but still the same

Amazing place, amazing service, amazing food. A regular place for my family to eat. Friendly staff and the food always looks fresh.

Awfull...arrived 1.5 hours late. Was freezing cold and chicken was dry as a bone to the point where it was like powder and inedible.Bombay potatoes were bland. 100% will never be foolish enough to order from there again

On arrival requested a separate table for one to accommodate older kids to sit without a parent. Staff went out of their way to ensure kids felt super grown, had everything they needed and even sent a magician over to the table. They had a lovely time and everyone enjoyed their meals!

Visited Tiffin’s for the very first time today. We were greeted by Raj who was very informative about the COVID procedures in place. We both found Raj to be an excellent ambassador for the restaurant as he was friendly and polite throughout. My wife is a vegetarian and she was delighted with the choices of curry available to her. The place was clean and food regularly replaced . An excellent assortment of cakes topped of our experience and we will definitely be back sometime.

Finally made it for Christmas lunch after last year's events ruined our plans but it is fair to say it was well worth the wait the food was tasty and plentiful the atmosphere was in full Christmas mode and all the staff where amazing all I can say is I can't wait to to book a family lunch there next Christmas as well as the visits for their great Indian buffet well done guys.

A little disappointed with the food today. Haven’t been to tiffins for a while the staff excellent as always but myself and others did mention the food didn’t seem as good as normal in particular the lamb and beef dishes just didn’t taste as good as normal hopefully it was just a bad day we will return as this was the first disappointed experience and have had many more great experiences.

A very enjoyable last minute visit to this venue. The COVID process was fully explained and was well maintained by all. Staff were working hard and cleaning up constantly. I have three young children and the staff were great towards their busyness. My 3yr old wanted to pay with his pennies at the till. The staff member made a big fuss of it and my son was over the moon thinking he settled the bill.

It was my partners birthday and as we are in covid lockdown we decided on a takeaway to celebrate . After looking at reviews we ordered through just eat for tiffins . The order was placed yesterday at 5pm for 7.30 delivery . No food had arrived . By 7.45 I recieved a call from the CHEF . Yes CHEF saying he was delivering my food but lost ? I asked where he was he had no comprehension of where he was in cwmbran so it was very hard to help him get my order delivered . All he kept saying was I don’t know the area I’m a chef !!! Not my problem . I called tiffins and spoke to a very confused harassed manager who assured me he would call and find out where my food was !!!! My food eventually arrived at 8.25pm . I called the manager back and explained the food was in edible it was stone cold floating in grease . That was just the beginning . The food had got so cold the starters and breads were hard like they were days old !!! The so called king prawn korma had never seen a prawn in its life let alone a king 1!!!! I then called tiff is back and was told the manager was now out delivering again!!! I was told to seek a refund through just eat , but the manager would call me today to talk . By 5pm no phone call so I called the manager answered the phone . Oh it’s you from yesterday my big lady boss (quote) was going to call you ?? What’s Ure number ??? How was she going to call me without my number which they had had several times . My only advice is to avoid this restaurant at all costs !!!!

Visited with my husband and son, temperature checked on arrival, asked to scan QR code for track & trace. Partitions between tables, one way system and disposable gloves to use the buffet. Hand sanitiser available throughout. Staff all wearing face coverings but still as polite and friendly as ever. So impressed that Tiffins has gone above and beyond to make us feel safe in this current situation so that we can still enjoy a family meal out. The food was as amazing, so fresh and tasty. Definitely the best place to eat out we’ve been since lockdown. 10/10

When we arrived, we were temperature checked and asked to fill out a track and trace. The tables are a 2 metre distance apart with a clear screen between all the tables. The service is fantastic as it always has and the same goes for the food. Gloves and a one way system to access the buffet which is a great touch. All the usual buffet food is still available and as tasty as ever! 10/10! Will be back soon

Went with daughter just before lock down. We had a free voucher which was out of date by one day. Manager was great, he said its OK and he would sort. Meal was lush, all food cooked nice. This was our 6 visit and it just gets better. See u once open.

Tiffins is recently Just Eat.Ordered on Tuesday so got 20% off.Food was delivered in under an hour which is the general benchmark at present.Food was hot and Vindaloo was very tasty. My wife wasn't overly fussed on the medium curry so dropped a star.Naan bread was amazing.Would recommend especially on a Tuesday.

Ordered a takeaway a couple of weeks ago. On their internet homepage it was offering 10% discount for online orders. When I paid, the discount did not come off the bill. I e-mailed them to report this and they replied within an hour. They apologised and told me that the offer had finished but they refunded me the discount as it still said this on their homepage. This was very fair of them and the refund was cleared within a few days. The food came a little earlier than the estimated time and was piping hot. We were very happy with all of the dishes that we ordered.....8 things altogether. We will use again and recommend to others.

I go to Tiffins at least twice a month.the evening prices are slightly more than the daytime prices,But the choice in the evening is much greater.the food is always hot full of flavour and well presented and the restaurant is always very clean and friendly.

Really good food and service. Reasonable prices. Were quite prepared to cook my partner a meal with beef as he doesn't eat chicken or lamb. Would really recommend this restaurant.

I work with adults with learning disabilities and they (and our staff) absolutely love coming to Tiffins. The buffet format is ideal and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The food is also delicious as well. Highly recommended!

We always come her is we can’t decide on what we fancy or we’re to go if we’re in Cwmbran. Food always freshly cooked and plentiful. Staff are amazing with kids and always super smiley and friendly. Tasty food and always clean.

Regularly visit Tiffins with work colleagues, and it has never disappointed me.Starters are the star of the show here in the afternoon, but in the evening they increase their choice of curries that make you go back for more than seconds to try each dish.

We both wanted something tasty, my friend from America is an experienced eater. We arrived lunchtime and it was quiet. As I have oxygen it is difficult for me to go to the buffet, no problem, the manager went off and got me a selection of starters, very nice. Paul went to the buffet and got his. The waiter then asked me what type of curry I fancied, within ten minutes he brought me a very tasty fresh meal the chef cooked specially for me. We had an indian beer each, very nice indeed and reasonable. 10/10

Basically, Tiffins is an all you can eat Indian Buffett. Despite this, the food is really good and for me my eyes are always bigger than my stomach! Pricing is very reasonable and is even less at certain times of the day. Can recommend no problem.

We ordered cocktails and weren’t to our liking (we have them regularly abroad and at home) so asked to have them taken away. When our bill came they were removed and apologetic staff offered thanks for our discretion. Xx

Turned up on a Saturday evening without booking and was greeted immediately by friendly staff. Food was great and had a good variety and probably ate too much if I'm honest. I'm not entirely sure what it was but they had these balls which look like chicken balls with a nice sauce sweet and sour tasting sauce, they were amazing. Will definitely be back, even if it's just for those non-chicken balls.

If you go here expecting top end cuisine you'll be disappointed, if you go here wanting plenty to eat for a good price you will go away contented.

When we arrived, we were given a warm welcome and shown to our table. They had decorated it with balloons and a lovely table cover. The food was delicious with lots of dishes to choose from. They presented me with cake and candle! , sang 'Happy Birthday' and gave me a lovely cocktail. They made my birthday meal very special. My family and I all agreed that they make the best onion bhajis ever! We can't wait to return!

After a busy morning of fun activities for my Hen do, we decided to get some food to line our stomachs before going for a top night out in Cardiff and we were going to go to Spoons, but it was full... but I'm glad, as we decided then on Tiffins and I do not regret the decision. The staff were absolutely fab, seated us within minutes considering there were 10 of us. The choice of food was great. Hot plates, hot food, fast service for our drinks and the one waiter whos name I didn't get unfortunately was hilarious and such a pleasure. Thank you all, we will be coming again in the future!

Its nice to still see a restaurant here thriving, the fact you can choose what you want at the buffet helps. It means everyone gets to have the starters and mains they eat without having to be selective Very tasty

Visited tiffins with general expectations which were surprisingly overly reached. Very friendly staff, great food, amazing with kids and very reasonable prices! Worth another visit even if it is just for the staff and atmosphere (: (not saying there’s anything wrong with the food that was amazing too )

My partner and I visited here yesterday afternoon, it’s not the first time we’ve been to this Tiffins but I’ve not written a review before. The food is fabulous, the place is spotless and the staff are really friendly and helpful. There is such a variety of different foods served on the afternoon buffet you’d be hard pushed not to find something you like. If you love curries and you’re looking for somewhere to go definitely give this place a try. We’ll be going back here for sure.

Had a fantastic night,the choice amazing! They even made me 2 curry dishes as I am vegetarian and allergic to mushrooms, can't fault the service. And they went the extra mile by decoration our table with banners and balloons, and a cocktail, shots and a cake and candles as it was my 50th. Food, service, atmosphere was excellent and highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff on shift that night

Great food at a great price. First time I have eaten here to be honest and really glad we did. Plenty of choice and all tasted amazing. Staff really helpful and friendly. A big thumbs up from me. Will definitely recommend and will be returning very soon.

Recently visited here for a birthday celebration, food was very nice as was the service. Sadly the music was too loud, couldn't hold a conversation in our group which was a shame. I can understand background music but not blaring out repetitive music. spoilt our evening

Phoned in advance told them it was a birthday so they put balloons and banners up, staff very friendly and very very quick with taking plates away, gave a complimentary cocktail with cakes on a plate, food was lovely not many starters to choose from but that was reflected in the price, highly recommend and will be going again.

We came here in a large family group to celebrate a special birthday. The age range was from 5 years old to over 70's great grandparents. The children were made very welcome, put in a booth adjacent to the adults large table for 20 plus. A waiter came straight to the childrens booth and sorted them out for drinks and asked who wanted chicken huggets and 6 large bowls of chicken nuggets arrived quickly for the kids to tuck into. The youngest ended up eating his own weight in ice cream so no complaints at all. The adults all went with the indian buffet which was very good and plentyful. Tasty starters, naan breads and dips, followed by curry of choice and desserts if you wanted it. The drinks are reasonably priced and served quickly. As we are old 'uns my bill was £23 for myself and my wife and we really didn't do the all you can eat justice. My grandson, at 18 and 6'6" and built like an outhouse went back at least 5 times so he had his money's worth. All of us were very impressed and will certainly go again.

I visited here on a Saturday night with my partner and as always the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. There is lots to choose from and the food is continuously brought out. Nothing ever runs out. I will definitely be returning very shortly. This place is a little gem on our doorstep.

Been a couple of times in the last week, first time visited with my husband and 4 year old daughter, food was lovely and service incredible because of this visited again tonight but took along my eldest daughter as she had returned from a school excursion. Again food fantastic, service incredible and such a lovely atmosphere.

Good quality price. Clean Staff really kind. There is variety in the buffet. Desserts are not the best if you like fruit and healthy stuff but that’s not what most people would have.

We booked a table for 10 of us for the 14/01 knowing full well the resteraunt had received a zero food hygiene rating at its previous inspection.

Cant rate this highly enough. The foos is always stunning. No place is this stunning! We always have a warm welcome. If there is a dish you want but isn't out. they will make it freshly for you and bring it to your table... how amazing

Visited with friends whilst staying at celtic manor. Table booked in advance for a friends 50th birthday. Warm welcome from staff who quickly took our drinks order. Plates at the ready we headed toward the buffet. Food looked lovely,yummy onion barji and chilli balls were an instant hit. All the food was well presented dishes filled regularly so nothing was ever missing. Small selection of deserts, which were ok but we didnt have a lot of room left. Final and very nice touch, cake and cocktail for the birthday girl. Would highly recommended this clean and well run restaurant

For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, this place is outstanding! Every dish is filled with meat or veg and every piece looks like it’s extremely fresh!

Self serve food but as always busy the food is piping hot & fresh. Choice of starters and mains immense & plenty of side salad, rice, sauces & nan bread.

Great meal especially when you want to eat fast as the food is already sat there waiting. You never leave here hungry.

I haven't visited this chain before but I was very surprised by the choices available . There were different strengths of curry, which is great for the nervous. I had the chicken korma. It was very tasty. There are good choices of starters to wet the appetite and good range of puds including fresh fruit.

This place is always great! The food is delicious however I wish they offered more vegetarian options. I absolutely love Korma but they only offer a chicken korma which I understand however there are only two vegetarian curry options. The curries are lovely and I love the buffet, it’s a good price but it’s not as good if you don’t eat meat. The dessert options aren’t the best either but overall it’s always a good option. Staff are extremely friends and polite! I absolutely love their cocktails which are a good price!

Loved it at Tiffins, all you can eat and the selection was excellent. The food was perfect as was the service and great atmosphere. Bring your own birthday cake and they will bring it to the table after your meal. Staff were great and good deals on cocktails. Great evening really enjoyed it. Will definitely return.

Tiffins Indian buffet has good ambiance and service and is easy to find next to the Vue cinema. The food isn’t bad but it isn’t the best either. And if you only like one or two Indian dishes it works out expensive. It wouldn’t be my first choice of venue.

Good food as long as you pay full price during the dearest times. When you can eat there at the discount prices the food is average to below average and the range is minimal. The price of drinks is expensive too. Not recommended for vegatarians as I am one and find usually only 1 or 2 main dishes.

Have been here quite a few times.. Restaurant was full but didn't have to wait long for a table. Food was hot and a good choice for a lunch time buffet.

Took my nieces here for dinner as they rave about this place I had drinks I didn't want to eat. On arriving we were seated promptly however drinks took a while to come. My one niece was very dissapointed as they had no pakoras or curries that she liked and wanted. On asking why there was nothing like this on the buffet we were told it was because a different chef was on. So paying full price it worked out I paid £10 for my 1 niece to simply have chips. Very dissappointed.

On a visit to Tiffins last week we were reminded by the Manager Maff that our family have been enjoying their wonderful Indian food for 10 years.

Excellent food and service although curries could do with being identified on or near the serving dish. Perfect location for Cwmbran cinema.

Been coming here for a few years now and every time I have gone I have had an amazing experience, food is incredible. Staff is always very polite and helpful.

Came in for a treat lunch - have been here numerous times before and have never been disapointed! Food is amazing - excellent selection and always piping hot and fresh, and the buffet area is spotless clean and well maintained. The staff are lovely and the restaurant is neat and smartly decorated. I love being able to try a bit of all the different dishes on offer - theres a bar as well so great for an evening meal with a nice drink too! :)

Great buffet restaurant at a great price, visited today with my husband, staff very friendly and efficient, food tasted lovely with a good choice. Only downside is there isn’t a tiffins in Cardiff where we live!

The staff are polite and always helpful . My family group enjoyed the experience with some children , adults and a pensioner. Everyone enjoyed the evening.

Value and taste in a well run all you can eat restaurant, very friendly staff keeping Everything in the establishment clean and tidy.

My son was down from university and he chose Tiffins as the place to eat. It was very very busy but the buffet was constantly being refilled, everything was still hot. There were 7 of us in total and we all left feeling very full and happy. We’ll be back!

I love Tiffins Cwmbran. I've been a number of time over the last few year and the food is always fresh, beautifully cooked and full of flavour. The staff are always friendly and quick to greet you. You won't be disappointed. :)

Easy to find and access as it's next to vue cinema, curries were hot but tikka was tasteless, Korma was ok, luke warm chips but rice was quite hot. Not one I would rush back to but it was ok. Door on disabled toilet was difficult to close as sliding door needed some oil to let it run smoothly.

Myself and family eat here once or twice a month. It is just so easy to jump in the car and sit down for a ready to eat meal (no need to wait for it to be prepared).

Always great in Tiffins , fantastic starters and around 7 different curries to chose from and numerous side dishes and rice. We go regular and have never been disappointed.

I always dine here whenever I'm visiting family in this area and staff are always so kind and friendly and attentive. The food and Fri is are great and also have great deals aswel. Appears well kept and modern. Looking forward to coming back soon
