Had a delivery off these today food wad okay but the drink was out of date

Good value basic cafe. No frills but decent selection on menu and reasonable prices. Staff friendly. Was very quiet when I called mid week so not much atmosphere.

The staff were quick food was excellent price brill looking forward to go back

Found a hair on top of my hash browns they were kind enough to replace it as I was eating my food after having a replacement found a second hair on my egg will never be going back here again

Went in for a breakfast as cafe looked clean and spacious , both the food and service were very pleasant enjoyed immensely.

Old fashioned cafe with a deafening coffee steamer type thing . They sell quiet coffee machines nowadays

Ordered lasagne which had no taste at all. Spoke to staff and made them aware I wasn't eating the meal. Just smiled said ok. No refund or offer to change meal. Worst £9.50 spend on lasagne and salad. Wont be returning. No customer service at all

food was delivered early but the order was wrong

Absolutely lush place always have breakfast here it’s spot on tired some new things lately and absolutely amazing they Sunday dinner absolutely amazing definitely recommend it

No fresh coffee only instant,yuk!bacon was lovely as was the hash brown but unfortunately the sausage had been cooked multiple times and the beans were cold,my son had a massive breakfast but ate one sausage (looked like it was from yesterday)and then couldn't face the rest

I had a breakfast but the eggs were hard which I was dissopointed, I had a milky coffee but it was nearly black so again dissopointed.

Nice food, reasonably priced. Would recommend for honest English breakfast.

I didnt received part of my order and the number to contact Tiffany's in the Judt Eat app and on Google would not connect. Useless! The baguette I received was nice although it was a sub roll (soft) and not a baguette. Won't be using Tiffany's again.

Absolutely appalled by this place! Used to be such a tasty, friendly and welcoming place but now it’s just rushed and food tastes below average. Being charged an extra £2.50 for my eggs to be scrambled and not fried due to being pregnant is ridiculous when swapping things were not charged prior. Also served very cold. Very poor. Had an orange juice in a bottle that I usually have from other places and tastes lovely but this bottle of OJ was very sour and plastic in tasting so didn’t drink it and had a chocolate milkshake in replacement which we still had to pay for. Beans were hard and served like warm. Had to ask for the coffees three times Couple behind us walked out after having to wait for food for longer than half an hour which still didn’t arrive. Absolutely appalled by the service and food here, will not be returning. What a waste of £35!

Terrible food. Delivery was late ordered a breakfast the beans were like bullets the breakfast potatoes were frozen undercooked rubbish the bacon was chewy and to be honest the sausages weren’t up to much either very disappointing the sandwich I ordered with it for lunch even worse I’ve tasted better sandwiches at a kids party full of margarine and cheap tuna. App showed order was on way at 1150 eventually turned up at 1233. Tried calling but their telephone number doesn’t exist. On top of all that the food was cold. Complete waste of £20

Order didn't even arrive and I paid £21.55 for my kids.

It was over an hour and half late and still hasn’t arrived

I had a fly in my mug of tea and it was in my mouth had to spit out in my food it is absolutely not acceptable

Generous serving of great tasting food. The meals were delivered quickly and hot. I had the vegetarian breakfast and my partner the Tiffany’s special. I highly recommend Tiffany’s cafe for a lazy Sunday brunch and will definitely be ordering again when I’m in Swansea next.

Big portions, but staff are a little rude.

It stated that full breakfast has 2 sausage 2 eggs but we only got 1 of each

Poached eggs like bullets things missing off the two breakfasts bacon overcooked we have had from tiffany before but 2 nd time we have things missing but wanted to give another chance but really dissappointed

Lovely food, big portions for a really reasonable price! Great service and staff. They take card and cash, order up by the till with your table number. Open Sundays. It's clean and food is delivered fairly quickly, which is good for hungry little ones! Would recommend!

Unless you want missing food from your breakfast or a terrible potion. Don't ever order here been disappointed too many times from here now. And you can't get hold of them via phone. Don't order food from here there are better places

Breakfast was missing items was meant to come with 2 sausages and 2 eggs both were missing tried to phone the cafe up 10 times noone ever answers the phone so be careful when ordering from here as if your order is wrong they won't answer the phone to correct it

Staffs attitude is terrible, woman that was working today and she had bad attitude when I asked for tomatoes on my friends breakfast don't like where they work don't work here in the first place not customer friendly at all terrible place to be and the chips were hard.

Good cafe food. I had a roast lamb dinner and my friend had a full breakfast, both of which were of generous proportions

Just a lovely little cafe in the town centre. Basic, nothing fancy but good quality food. Clean and tidy with friendly staff. Plenty of choice on the menu from drinks and snacks to full meals /dinner

My food came late which was really frustrating to deal with and on top of that the delivery driver seemed to be agitated and came off very rude towards me and my family which on top of the 20 minute delivery was not acceptable in my opinion.

The food and ambience was great. Enjoyed it a second time and pleased to say that the food was just as good as the last time. Generous serving sizes that are way too much for just one person.

Ordered a delivery, it was accepted then cancelled. Stating no delivery drivers. If that's the case why are you available to order from you in the first place. First and last order from here.

Tiffany’s is always great, I love the milkshakes (I really need to ask them how they make them). I accidentally order Cheese and Pickle toastie, they phoned me to say there was no pickle and would I like ham.. I was so pleased with that! They are always polite delivery or going into the shop, lovely place to get food from and lovely food!

Lush food well worth the money. Big meals and staff are very helpful and friendly.

The service stinks and the food is even worse

Well, where to start, £17.50 with today may seem like a lot of money, but believe me! It is well worth it, The food was lovely. I'm a very fussy person when it comes to my sausages and eggs, and they were spot on! Bacon was nice and crispy, There is so much food I have some left for later tonight! Will definitely be coming back here again and again.

No food delivered no answer at restaurant

The worst experience I’ve had when it comes to ordering food. The driver is as late because he couldn’t find the address. He literally told me where the f@@k are you on the phone. Then decided to just leave with my order. I never received the food, tried to call him back, tried to call back the restaurant but nothing. So I lost my money, I lost my food, and more importantly I lost my break time from work and now I have to stay hungry till 7pm. Thank you just eat for your incompetence.

Came here after a night shift and to catch up with a mate. Had the Tiffany’s breakfast, it was huge, so much so that I could not finish it. Service was fast, staff very friendly, welcoming and attentive to customer. Food was well cooked, very tasty and well presented. Only issue is this is a cash only business so card payments are not possible.

Found plastic in chilli and also there were tubes of some sort in the chicken curry

Food good as always but I have no idea why the delivery driver thought it was ok to not only comment on my order but actually count it in a rude manor and making me wait until he finished to hand it over!!!

Small but with plenty of tables outside, ground floor and first floor. Smoking allowed outside. When main doors are open restaurant space can became smoky. Customer toilets up stairs. No disabled toilets on ground floor.

Food was over 30mins late, slightly warm, all had to be reheated, yuck! Won’t be ordering again!

We ordered 3 bacon sausage and egg sandwiches and a sausage sandwich and the bacon sausage and egg sandwiches were missing the sausage. Tried calling shop to advise and no reply just a ringing phone.

Where to begin???? The extortionate prices or the fact they then want to charge you £1.50 for half and half of beans and tomatoes?? Or they want to charge you extra for milky coffee??? I was baffled at the pure greed however I was even more disappointed when the disgrace of a breakfast turned up, sausages were over cooked, eggs over cooked and cold, mushrooms shrivelled and dry, the cheapest bread known to man for toast, 2 tiny tomatoes and all juice, a mound of potatoes which was hardly shocking as it was the cheapest thing aside from the bread on the plate, however the bacon was lovely and my partners black pudding looked nice, I will not be returning ever again, the service was shockingly bad too, no smile, not once did anyone come over to check if everything was ok, this cafe is not attentive to its customers need at all, the worst breakfast and service I have ever had!!!

Tiffanies are great! I use them a lot. For the first time today I tried their banana ice cream milkshake and it was beautiful took me right back to the cafe I use to visit for a treat in my childhood!

The first time ordering was not disappointing It was a very lovely breakfast no fault at all.

Nice went with my son,the only fault I found was the baked beans tasted cheap and too sweet.

I ordered a cottage cheese salad no tomatoes or peppers, I didn't know if they came with it but thought I would cover all bases. Asked if I wanted jacket or chips, I just wanted a salad but no choice. What came was a disgrace lettuce, cabbage, carrot, a few pieces of sweetcorn and a dismal slap or coleslaw this is a side salad at most. Cottage cheese was everywhere unappealing to say the least.

Food quality was poor. First time i have ever ordered from here and probably wont again. Notes were not read correctly. Tuna was warmer than the potato, salad was not edible, the ice cream milkshake was warm milk with no trace of the ice part to be found. Asked for 7up but got sprite, not a major difference but still. The chilli on the other potato was dry, no flavour and was basically just some unflavoured mince with some kidney beans and watery onions. Delivery said it was out for delivery for about 40 minutes which i can understand being busy but when the food arrives with such poor quality then it just tops it off. would suggest somewhere other than here

Great clean & tidy little cafe with a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff served us a fab & generously portioned all day breakfast with plenty of choices if you want to swap, including a vegetarian option. Breakfast came with a choice of tea or coffee as well. There are plenty of other options on their menu too including baked potatoes and hamburgers to name but a few. There are a few tables outside if you like to eat al fresco or have a furry companion with you. Excellent value for money.

Food arrived nice and hot. It was cooked and packaged well, enjoyed by all the family, service appreciated

Popped in here looking for somewhere to eat with my mum, service was terrible, when our meals arrived there was no cutlery,no offer of any sauces and the waitresses didn't even check back to see if everything was okay with our meals. As for the food, it was terrible, gammon overcooked and dry, eggs were obviously cooked on the griddle so didn't taste nice and the peas were discoloured and no taste. Really disappointed as it used to be so nice pre-covid. When I informed the waitress about the food not nice, I just had a half-hearted apology. Won't be returning any time soon.

1 egg and 1 sausage missing from order, very disappointed and beans weren't very good quality. 1 egg that was received was over cooked and 1 piece of toast was burnt.
