My missus had Christmas night out here, throughly enjoyed the music, atmosphere and beer!! Came home relaxed as a fart, and spent the following day in her bed!! Good time had by all.

Fantastic wee pub to have a meal and a drink. The food was excellent, the drink was reasonably priced and the servers were polite, prompt and well presented. This pub is dog friendly too.

This is a lovely friendly and welcoming pub right at the heart of Kirrie. The owners are really friendly and do a lot for the community. The food is really tasty and I love the themed menus. Very much recommend!

Excellent service and very welcoming. Had lunch with a friend she's vegetarian and I'm gluten free with various allergies on top, absolutely no trouble eating there. Lindsey was so helpful when I messaged her before going.

My local, absolutely amazing staff. Good food and drinks very home-like atmosphere if you go you're guaranteed a good time with nice conversation, the owner Lynsey does all cooking in house and it's delicious. Definitely will continue to go and I suggest you try the nachos.

Stopped off for a quick lunch and really enjoyed my panini, baked potato was enjoyed too. Happy staff, dog friendly, family friendly, nice old fashioned interior. Kirriemuir is all closed up on a sunday afternoon so we were glad this place was open.

Nice little pub in Kirriemuir, has that local feel to it. Not too busy, even with the recent lift in restrictions that allows everyone to go venturing back outside and into pubs and shops again. Shame its built at the top of a steep hill though, my old legs aren't too keen on the climb

Lovely warm fire on a cold night. Dog friendly. The furniture has that worn in appeal. The menu was simple but wholesome. The beer was cold and tasty. The coffee was made in a small plunger. The staff were friendly. The place had a nice feel about it.

We arrived at lunch time and were welcomed by The chatty and friendly bartender ged .it was like a pub I would have been in the sixties full of charm and old ness the food was good and simple but tasty.a blast from the past and a good chat

No pool table, food is mediocre. Small selection of drinks. Pretty much the only reason to go here is for the Tuesday folk sessions, which you really should go see if you're coming for a holiday.

This is a 'local' pub but sells also coffee, soup & toasties. The beer is of good quality and is quite reasonably priced for Kirriemuir. The service was friendly. We will definitely return there next time we are in town.

Everything looked worn out. The furniture, the bar, the whole place. Basic old mans pub, but not as nice. Barman was polite and efficient, but looked .........worn out. The other customers were friendly though. Not my thing.

Had a fantastic lunch with friends, friendly staff and great food. Sat by the large fire, so we were all very cosy and there was a lovely atmosphere to be had for all.
