This Place Is my go too treat , its soooo yummy and loads of different options for everyones liking 😋

Very much like the products here for an occasional treat. Bit surprised to be charged today for pot and lid - think this might be a new thing but can’t see it advertised in store?

A brilliant dessert bar with reasonable prices, friendly staff, but most importantly - delicious frozen yoghurt!

Bit on the expensive side and the cookie dough was just like crunching on sugar 😬 but the rest was lovely! Staff very friendly and helpful too.

Always get good customer service and obviously great Frozen yoghurt. Medium natural with, fresh strawberries, reeces pieces and hot nutella on top. 👌

My first time at The You Bar and really enjoyed the Bueno one .

range has grown loads since the last time i went - especially in terms of like the yogurt flavours! really tasty. i ordered a medium and it came out to be like £5.75 which i thought was pretty expensive for a bit of frozen yogurt with 2 toppings, but turns out the portion was massive! could barely finish it lol :)

I took a day trip recently to West Kirby but on the journey back home, I took a short stop off in Hoylake. I’d already researched about @theyogbar and definitely wanted to try some delicious Frozen Yoghurt. Although inside the place is quite compact, it has a fresh feel to it and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I had tried FY before but in America, there were so many different flavours I didn’t know which one to have, so I ask what they would recommend. They suggested Lotus-biscoff. I was then given a small tester pot size to try. It only took me one taste to know THATS the one for me. So creamy, it tasted more like a rich ice cream than FY. Next I had to decide on size and toppings 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. I settled on Cadbury’s flake pieces, chopped nuts and as a sauce it was White Chocolate sauce. I’m not usually a huge fan of white chocolate, but all together, it all tasted amazing. 100% I’m going back again. Staff were very professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My rating: 5/5

My favourite place when I'm at work I buy a large Greek yoghurt with the fruit it does me till I get home at 8pm so filling girls are really helpful 😘

Amazing place full of healthy (and naughty) treats.

I got everything muddled up with my order and forgot about delivery and I ordered late... for VALENTINES! The amazing person in the chat managed to get everything I ordered, get me delivery and was most helpful every step of the way! Massively impressed 5*

Kids and partner enjoyed there yoghurts. Plenty of options, has social distance well done. Had a little issue inside but was very caring. Not cheap but a good treat

The best place for frozen yogurt, smoothies and other desserts. Healthy and unhealthy options avaliable. They have diary free and vegan options as well.

Very expensive. Possibly because they deal with rich kids! Nice frozen yogurt but at £4:50 for a medium cup plus extra for toppings is a bit silly.

So went to the yog bar bearing in mind this is the 3rd day in a row we have spent money in this place, so I ordered a bueno yogtail and was told that they have no peices of bueno left, so I asked male staff member /jobs worth!! If I could have reese's peanut butter peices instead of the bueno, was told this was no way possible because as they weren't aloud to change the one of three ingredients in the cup, instead I had to pay more for what I wanted as it had to go in a tub instead of a cup even though the ingredients I wanted were sitting right there, this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of why cant they just put the reese's pieces in the cup, so simple but yet so complicated. And another thing my girlfriend also asked for a cookie dough yogtail to be told ther was no cookie dough either, so was pretty disappointed that ther was no getting round getting a yogtail at all. Herrendous customer service!! Thank you yogbar.

Excellent frozen yoghurt. Better than ice cream and also better quality than the self-service yog bars. The permutations for great flavours, toppings and sauces is vast.

Called here twice now with my family for non dairy yoghurt and twice been told that the machine is 'broken yet again' also they don't have any dairy free yoghurt ?! Still no toilet facilities offered to customers. Not impressed, not very good customer service.

Yogs are great but sometimes the staff don't seem happy and other times they'll be deep in loud conversation but yog is great so anything else can be overlooked!

the staff were very rude to me when i purchased my new ferrari as they wouldent allow me to park it inside as it would trouble me for it to get wet as it has not got a jacket i am also dissapointed by the lack of petrol pumps outside

My photography skills does not do it justice! Bought a mid week madness deal for my mum and myself and was really suprised how nice it was the young lady that served us was so polite and patient (we'd not been before and my mum had forgotten her glasses)! I'll defiently visit again!

Lovely fresh toppings for the yogs. The yogs always taste yummy, no sourness or funny smells here. Always clean and tidy, never once had to worry about biscuits in the fruits etc. Staff always friendly, ready to go through the guest flavours and toppings. Really good offers. Been going since they opened, not stopping anytime soon

Just came in here with my 3 year old, the lotus biscuit yoghurt was beyond delicious. I had strawberries and caramel sauce, pretty much guilt free indulgence. My son had the yoghurt and ate it all up minus the gummies which were a little hard for him to chew. Would be awesome if there was a couple of kids activities to do in here.

Rude women, the yog was gritty, and i only asked politely if the machine was ok, the lad was nice but the owner steff, went mad and told me how expensive the machine was and it was cause i was first customer of the day, then turned her back, i had 2 spoons full and left it with her. Wasnt after a refund of £4 and also i wasn't offered one... Dirty inside also

My daughter loves frozen yoghurt and was distraught when Fro closed in West Kirby.We took her to Yog Bar yesterday and was but disappointed. It was nice granted, but a baby yoghurt with just one topping at £2.50 is pushing it, plus you don't even get to add the toppings yourself which was part of the fun I suppose at Fro. Plus there is no toilets which is crazy.As sai, it was OK but not value for money and whilst will probably go back, it would only be if passing rather than making an effort to go.

I’ve always enjoyed taking my kids to the yog bar and go quite regularly and never had an issue until I got an order delivered to my address. It was more like a milkshake and when I phoned to say I was disappointed I received a phone call a couple of days later from steph offering me half the cost back which I thought was fair. Since that offer I have not received any replies to my texts and basically all my texts have been ignored. Really surprised at how badly the manager has handled this. Very rude and just shows what she thinks of her customers.

Tasty flavours. Friendly staff who gave very good service. The original and the best. I would recommend the Yog bar to anyone.

Come on Yog bar open your staff toilet to customers so they can use it ! It's not good customer service to serve food & hot drinks to families and not provide a toilet. It's the 21st century now and customers want access to a toilet especially when paying such a premium price.

I entered the Yog bar but didn't know what they did. It takes awhile to understand it us not ice cream but some other mixture which is like I e cream that tastes delicious. You can add toppings of fruit and flaked and many other toppings. I can highly recommend it to you and the children. It can be noisey as there are high seats and low seats for children.

Let’s start on a plus , always clean and always friendly staff . Either the prices have gone up or I just don’t remember it being that dear ! I ordered 5 medium yogs with a couple of toppings on each and it was just over £25 ! The real disappoint was not only the price but the stingy amount in each tub , they used to be overflowing but the only thing sticking out of the tub was the skinny tower of frozen yoghurt . Sorry to say we won’t be returning , to dear and not enough yoghurt or toppings

Took the kids after a stroll on the promenade, about 330 pm. The girl serving us asked if we'd been before, which we hadn't. She was not particularly cheerful. We looked at the menu, and several of the toppings we considered were not available (mango, fruit caviar). Considering a shake or yoghurt, I then asked what type the protein powder that was on the menu was, she didn't know. I then asked for a juice instead, and then found that one of the ingredients (pear) wasn't available. I took the juice without the pear. Customer service was poor. Wouldn't recommend.

Interesting place this the owners have established a nice bright child friendly bar in which you can enjoy your frozen yogurt. If you have a selection of reward cards from a number of visits the youngsters behind the counter seem to have a problem with adding them up in order to get your free frozen yogurt. Only a slight blip just be prepared for it!!!

Cost more than £12 for three small iced yoghurts. I won't be returning

We stopped here just on the off chance as we passed though. It was definitely worth the stop! We went for the yogtails which were lovely. My partner went for the rocky road which I opted for the lemon meringue, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. A bright pleasant atmosphere, and great service, it is somewhere in would visit again. There's plenty of choice and a variety of sizes so great options for all tastes and appetites.

Have visited here with my young family on lots of occasions and have always found the staff to be very knowledgable, friendly and most welcoming. A warm family atmosphere with a chalk board for children to play. Love it. Well done !

Many frequent here for the lovely treat. Lovely yoghurt ice cream with many flavours and toppings. You can get shakes and smoothies too. Long live the Yog Bar. A very passionate team. BTW Try the selfie mirror for a laugh LOL.

Amazing little place, friendly staff and brilliant food!

With such a brilliant variety of options (flavours, sizes, yogtails etc) it's always fun choosing. Dairy free options and even a yog for our dog! If we are ever in the area it's almost impossible to resist...

It was rather warm in there but there was a large choice of frozen yoghurts and toppings to choose from. Ideal for kids and teens. Also do coffees for the adults which was pretty good

Throughly enjoyed our sweet treats from the yog bar! With the vast amount of choices I feel like each visit could be completely different, so I'll definitely be back! Reasonably priced and the staff where helpful for my friend who needed allergy information.

Me and my younger sister visit the yog bar often as she has many allergies so frozen yoghurt is perfect for her. I would highly recommend coming here as there is a large variety of toppings and flavours to choose from.

Whether you want to be healthy or just want to try the many delicous 'naughty' toppings this place is great! Nice selection of frozen yoghurt flavours and MASSIVE selection of toppings including healthy fruit and not so healthy hot peanut butter, Nutella or crushed up peanut butter cups! Give it a try.

What a special place the yogurt bar turned out to be, the different flavours were quite overwhelming as I could change my mind so many times! Friendly staff and well worth a visit.

I took my grandaughters here as a treat and I have no compaint about he yogurt but I was very surprised to find out there were no toilets for customers on the premises. I thought this was a hygiene requirement in an establishment that sells food and drink to the public and considering the amount of young people and children who go there I wonder how they manage without a loo.

Visited here with my two friends for my birthday last year. When we arrived, the first thing that came to mind was the atmosphere. It is a place where everyone is welcome, including a children's seating area. As it was was a sunny day, me and my friends sat next to the window.

Staff happy to let you try a sample of the yogurts before deciding & samples are very generous. Went with the peanut butter guest flavour with hot Nutella & Reece's pieces on top - super sweet & very tasty. Portions are well sized & staff friendly & helpful. Great hangout for teenagers

The yog bar is a great place to go just all of it is awesome and it is really YUMMY

Hoping to enjoy some of your fro-yo, a group of us (7) ordered at 9:30am for it to be delivered in the 11am - 11:30am time slot. At 11am I received an answer phone message saying that you would not be delivering our fro-yo and that if we still wanted it we would have to have it delivered in the 12:30-1pm slot. The fro-yo had been intended as a 'revision treat' and we were all extremely disappointed that the fro-yo would not be delivered, especially with the short notice with which we had been notified and rather rude tone of the message we received. Despite this, 5 of us were still available to have the fro-yo in the 12:30-1pm time slot, and proceeded to ring you with the adjustment to our order (which you double checked after 2 of the fro-yo's had been cancelled). This order of 5 medium fro-yo's with 3 toppings including the Wednesday offer came to £17.50. We where let down a second time when you turned up at 1:10pm - out of the allotted time slot. In addition to this 2 of the fro-yo's were completely melted (and as a result had split everywhere) and another was incorrect. I might also add, this is not the first time this has happened to us when ordering with you. When realising this we rang you up to ask if it was possible for you to bring the correct order, but we were immediately confronted and accused of not paying! We had in fact given the driver £20 for our £17.50 order. Speaking to the member of our group who collected the fro-yo, the driver seemed rather incompetent - he wasn't sure which order we were and gave us incorrect change. We attempted to put this aside and arranged for them come and collect the additional change they had given us. Due to other commitments this was at great inconvenience to us - when we proceeded to ring to see where this driver was we were told they weren't coming! We were also disappointed with the professionalism of the member of staff we called, she was giggling and seemed as if she was not taking this situation seriously.

Absolutely delicious! Fantastic choice of flavours, toppings and sauces! Had lovely fresh mango on natural yog and it was gorgeous! Resisted the naughty sauces today but have had them often and they are amazing! 😍

Went here today thinking mmm fat free healthy alternative ... yet when did more research like to make informed choices.. and it's the dreaded sugar amount in there small 8 oz pot of chocolicious there is 59 grams of sugar astounding and that's no toppings... recommended daily sugar in take for little bellys 4-6 yrs - 19g, 7-10 yrs- 24g, 11+ 30g ... thinking there may be few healthier option treats available out there .. not for me I thinks but good luck to them...

not the best service, staff can be quite rude. Food is good and it's fab they have alternative options however they are not consistent with sizes etc. I think it is quite overrated.
