Lovely food service a bit long , enjoyable lunch

Great food, good beer and even better service. Came in a couple days ago for a quick bite and a pint and Ella was outstanding. Thank you for your great service Ella.

Had a great meal at the Two Greens last night, probably the best we've ever had at a Green King pub. Food was fantastic and the staff were superb as well. We had a couple of dietary requirements in our group, and they catered really well for everyone. Will definitely return.

We asked for Sunday roasts and were told that there wasn’t any left. Why then did people after us order Sunday roasts and get them? My partner barely ate any of their food, so it would’ve been a 1 star if mine hadn’t tasted decent. We still paid the full amount but are very disappointed that we were told the Sunday roast was unavailable when it was clear that everyone else had the option. We’re not sure why we were treated differently to everyone else.

We couldn't fault The Two Greens last night - We visited for the first time for a family celebration meal. We had steaks, burgers, 32 ounce tomahawk steak ;-)) , Mac and cheese, prawns ,creamy mushrooms, squid all came out perfect , and nice bottle of chardonnay ,cocktails and a few beers to wash it all down, we had a great night and George was very helpful and does his job very well, The service was excellent - friendly, helpful and patient (we did take a while choosing from the menu!). The bill was extremely reasonable and great value for money. we will definitely be returning for another family meal very soon...

Came in for an excellent meal at lunch today with work colleagues, we were seated swiftly by Emily, Elliot and Meg, and taken to our table, nothing was too much trouble and accommodated my allergies with no issues or fuss. The food was prompt and it was overall a very enjoyable experience. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Had an excellent lunch at the greens with my partner. Service was friendly and efficient and food was served promptly fresh and hot. I am new to the area and this is fast becoming our favourite local to visit

Such a wide variety of choices. Decent portions. Attentive staff. Just quite a long wait (40 mins). Good options for children.

I can’t fault The Two Greens today - I visited for the first time and had lunch with a friend. We both chose the fish and chips (a great British classic, and a good dish to compare with other pubs) from the lunch menu and it was really delicious. The batter was as light as you like, and the chips were crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. That filled us up so we declined the puds in favour of coffee (also very good). The service was excellent - friendly, helpful and patient (we took a long time to get round to choosing from the menu!). We enjoyed a leisurely lunch and there was always someone on hand when we needed them. The bill was extremely reasonable and I felt I’d had very good value for money. I will definitely come again!

Sorry but the food was cold. Roast Beef Dinner on hot plait Gravy cold , Roast potatoes were diced and deep fat fried you could taste the oil yuk not proper Roast potato's no taste to veg Yorkshire pudding ok not a happy bunny was I. The door to the kitchen was ajar and I saw a waitress waiting at the pass take her hair band out flick her hair up and re put her hair in the hair band not good also a tray of clean coffee cup in a tray on the floor behind the coffee station where the staff were walking past it for over 2 hours obviously dirt would have been kicked up onto them or creapy crawleys could have got on them it was only me pointing to my Husband for the last time about them still being on the floor did the manager saw me pointing and saying something only then she did she pick it up and take it the other end of the bar and round the corner there were 3 bins full of rubbish and a handbag on the floor right next to them for the whole 2 hrs and floor was dirty not a good look at all . I know they were busy but there is no need for it . The table next to us they had 3 meals they complained about there's and had there's taken of there bill ! I'm not one for complaining but this was not a good experience at all today and Mothers Day 😕 but I am sorry I've have had to Wright this today 😕😕

Good was good. The service was excellent, Laura served us with a happy attentive attitude. It was obvious she is happy in her work , she was efficient and professional and friendly. Well done !!!!

Main courses were good, desert menu quite limited. Music very loud not good for hearing impaired .

Really lovely food. Nice selection and good quality. One had scampi the other two salmon. For dessert we tried a sharing platter which was perfect as we could try a bit of everything. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. The pub had a nice atmosphere and it was a nice experience. We will definitely be visiting again.

Absolute quality. Large family gathering for my sons birthday. Couple of additions came late. Not a problem. Food was quality and the service was too. Strongly recommend.

Was here today, virtually ignored by staff who were behind the bar, no rush to be served Food was served relatively quick , but the tables were slow to be cleared , they were not overly busy , even when the bill was asked for the table was not cleared. Did not feel a valued customer. Will not go again.

Update: Much has improved from 5 years ago, especially the food quality, it's still a drafty pub with wobbly tables however... and still expensive. Old Review: Very expensive for the quality of the food, but the drink selection is good if you like larger and wine.

As a stranger in the area we stumbled across this venue thanks to Google. What a treat !! Great menu , great food and very very attentive staff without being over the top. A lovely lunch all round 😁

We had an evening meal on New Years' Eve and the set menu definitely didn't disappoint. Bang bang cauliflower & creamy mushroom starter. Burgers for mains and a lovely desert that we had to squeeze in along with a glass of prosecco! Love the friendly atmosphere and the great staff all make for a relaxed dining experience. So much so,that we were back as a table of 12+ in January for a family Birthday! Another great meal and excellent service. Well done Lauren,Laura,Georgia & team, Many thanks x

Went for birthday lunch with family members (all adults) were we all enjoyed our meals and the service provided unfortunately the afternoon spoilt by a very loud male on another table using the worst language i have heard in a restaurant . Although the female manager on duty did ask him to tone his language down as soon as she walked away he started again even louder. We decided to finish our meal asap as did three women who were sitting on a table near to him. I do not know if he is a regular at the Two Greens but his behaviour has certainly put us off returning.

I took my running group from Wolverhampton & Bilston for breakfast this morning. Laura and the rest of the staff were very welcoming. The food was good we all enjoyed it, we will be back!

We haven’t been for a while, but we said we’d be back, and were very pleased with the food and service. The pub/restaurant is situated at a high spot, with great views of Wolverhampton, and the food was as good as before, with excellent service. There is good vegetarian choice, and ample parking. We hope to return again in not too long.

Had a great New Year's Eve at The Two Greens. A large group of us had food and drinks before seeing 2024 in on the terrace. Marvellous views of the fireworks over the City. Staff are lovely and so is the food . Excellent night!

Food Was Delicious, nice Place for dinner with family.

It was the first time coming here that I came with my partner and we will definitely be returning as the food we ate was so delicious and we both ate the lot! compliments to the chef as the food was amazing…you done a really good job. We will be back to return for definite and I highly recommend eating here too

Popped in last minute on 23rd Dec. They were able to accommodate us, all staff were very friendly and the food was beautiful, will return again 100%.

We went to Two Greens as an early Christmas meal and I have to say that the food great especially the Christmas 3 course meal. Georgie was our waitress and she went above. From taking the drinks order and then leaving us to review the menu. Georgie came back on numerous occasions to see if we ready to order. My wife has food allergies and Georgie made sure everything was covered off. Georgie is a real credit to the pub and definitely customer focused.

We were a group of 16 booked for a Christmas get-together. The service and food were excellent. I had ordered three courses from the festive menu - peri-peri chicken skewers, turkey dinner and Crimbo Crumble which were all delicious and amazing value. Highly recommend Two Greens. Well done to the team for making our evening so enjoyable.

Andrew who took our order was exceptionally helpful. Missed the portion of potato from the fish order…was rectified straightaway by Andrew. Atmosphere was pleasant with patrons well behaved, no swearing or rude behaviour. Menu was ok for a pub dine out. Prices were also reasonable...

One of the better places in Wolverhampton. Always nice to visit. The pub is famous for its breathtaking view from the garden.The choice and quality of food and drinks never disappointed us. Definitely recommend to visit

Wouldn’t go back to this restaurant, took ages to get served, when the food came it was Luke warm and not acceptable. I had fish and chips, batter was awful completely overcooked.

Christmas get together with friends. We had the festive menu and it was delicious! Our server, Georgie, couldn’t have been more helpful and it’s excellent value for money.

Yet another nice lunchtime treat. Decent choice at reasonable prices and tables well spaced out so you always have some privacy. Beer selection typical of major pub chain, usually a couple of cask beers available. Special mention to the Two Greens Staff who are attentive...

Love coming here, the staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is always lovely. My family and I always have a great time, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone if they wish to come for a meal.

On the spur of the moment we decided to have a quick tea and we know its pub food so wasn't expecting much more. Had all had lovely hot starters. 2 Scampi and 2 Fish but seriously, the chips were dry, limp, cold and tasteless....

Used to come here all the time when it was Goodwin's. Stopped for a while after the takeover as they stopped doing breakfast. Returned the other week for the first time in years and their breakfast menu was impressive, few veggie options too. If you come for breakfast make sure to order rostis! The best thing here is the view, absolutely beautiful. Only irritating thing is they appear to allow dogs in the restaurant which ruined the experience and calm atmosphere. Lovely service from a brunette lady (I want to say Laura?) Who was top tier and down to earth. I'd say this was probably my 8th visit here and certainly won't be the last!

Nice food but service terrible

Came here for a birthday breakfast with family. Service was excellent and Laura was especially attentive as she assisted my Mother with the gluten free options and even presented me with a birthday treat of cheesecake and ice cream. Fabulous place, highly recommended.

It was my first visit, nicely decorated inside with a lovely outside eating area. Good choice in menu with cheaper lunch options.

I loved this place, the staff were wonderfull and really polite also very attentive. Elliot looked after us kept asking if we're OK if we needed anything. Loved the hospitality of the all staff at this place. Scenery is beautiful is a bonus.

Popped in here for the first time last week. The service was very good with very friendly staff, and the prices were quite reasonable. They accept Blue Light cards which was an added bonus. The food was amazing, really nice and we didn't have to wait long for our order to come to the table. Will definately be going back.

The staff are awesome, food was great, absolutely loved my steak! Char grill perfection! My only thing was the acoustics the noise was to me unbearable but it was busy! Overall lovely dinner and nice venue! Thanks guys!

The bar is dreadful ..you can't sit at a table in the main room unless you eat as well. They really should sort a decent bar area out, too cold outside !!!

This is the forth time we have been here. We always sit outside as we have our dogs with us. The food is your normal pub grub type. We have always had a good meal and the prices are reasonable. The outside bar staff on Saturday this week were v friendly.

Went here Friday night for a friends birthday, there were 3 power cuts. 3 out of the 4 of us managed to order our food apart from the one friend who’s birthday we’d gone out for. The response was basically nothing they can do about it so we asked for a spare plate and when the waitress brought it over using a towel to hold the plate, she then passed it directly to my friend with no warning it was a boiling hot plate and my friend had to drop the plate it was that hot and burnt her hand! The waitress walked off with nothing to say and the 3 of us had to share our food with the one person who wasn’t able to order food. We asked for cutlery when the food arrived and we were told to get it ourselves and there were no folks in the cutlery station. The chicken was extremely dry and wasn’t nice at all. Never going back.

We had booked a table in advance for 9. Our table was well presented with lots of space around us. The service was excellent - would give it 6 stars if I could. We all had excellent food and had a great time in a very pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

We came here last week for sunday lunch and i came the week before for lunch. The food both times was beautiful. I had steak both times and it was cooked perfect. The food menu for kids is good too, plenty to choose from. 10/10 will return.

Amazing ambience and food was better than Miller & Carter

Went on a busy Sunday lunchtime with a pre-booking. Took a while to be seated. Could have done with more staff to cope with customer numbers. Food was good for the price.

Great place for food & drinks. It's table service, which can take a while when busy but all the staff are polite and welcoming so you don't mind having to wait a little longer.

Lovely pub, lovely team! One of the best beer gardens in the UK! Best in Wolves by a country mile! Laura is great, happy to go that extra mile! Only criticism is that Estrella is no longer available. Not a fan of Madri! 80's Carling! I may protest outside 😂 Love the two greens.....better than the Swan!

Sorry for the 3* Front of house was great . Thank you. Food hadn't been attended to correctly. Steak was a good minute or so over. Salmon was white where left in tray. This was a lunch time on a Tuesday if that helps. Nice new decking . Very nice. I must get a photo from there next time I'm there of an evening.

Lovely hot food, small portions but the Ale and steak pie was very tasty. NHS can use blue light card for 20% off. I would highly recommend lovely beer garden out the back with a lovely view. I will definitely be going again.

Not enough staff, slow service on drinks & food. We were 2 families and we wanted 1 bill as we were going to pay for own families The server decided to split the bill into 2 we were dissapointed as the orders were mixed up . 1 off us ended up paying more than the other due to severs error.

Service and food were excellent, staff really friendly. A good laid back atmosphere. Food came out hot, and a nice chill out area outside with outside bar. Not a complaint (cannot be avoided), car parking was on a steep slope and might be tricky for lesser able bodied people to walk down slope. Overall though 5 stars

Beautiful hidden gem in the middle of Tettenhall. The scenery makes you think your far from Wolverhampton and on a relaxing holiday somewhere .

Good was delicious, perfect for a hot summers evening. Lovely views from our table which was by the large windows. Service good, would return.
