Yet again a lovely meal at this cafe. The service is excellent, staff friendly and attentive. We were a party of 8 yesterday and 12 of us had lunch a fortnight ago as well. A great selection of food dishes to choose from. Some of us had brunch while the others had lunch. Fair pricing too. Strongly recommend!! Thank you.

Was only working here as a contractor. Lovely staff made me a coffee which was lovely. Had a good chat with the owner who is lovely. Will go for a coffee again.

1st visit to this cafe. We had a full English breakfast which was delicious. A lovely welcome as we entered,and invited to choose our table. Friendly qnd helpful staff.Lovely and clean. Well spaced tables qnd outdoor terrace next to a lovely calming water feature. Highly recommended.

I work not far from The Terrace, and I've visited a few times for lunch. Decided to take my wife there for a little Friday lunchtime treat. This place never fails to impress. Great quality, great value, wonderful friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. Don't be put off by the business park address; it's a little oasis of calm. A real gem!

Fabulous food for a cafe… we weren’t expecting it to be so fresh and good quality - had beautiful outlook onto a natural pond just a lovely oasis whilst on a work visit. The staff were professional and friendly and it made our experience so much nicer. Thank you!

First visit. Breakfast having stopped locally and needed some decent food. Excellent friendly place. Bright and airy, very welcoming team and table service (do take away as well) Has a quality veggie breakfast, full English looked equally good as well!! Most splendid start to the day. Will use next time we are in area.

We went to the cafe for refreshments after a morning walk. The service and atmosphere were lovely and the coffee and breakfast pretty good. We left happy after a relaxing morning in this tucked away place. Will definitely return on our next trip to Norwich.

Was visiting Norwich for some training. Two hour trip from home. This is my 2nd visit to this Cafe. I found it to be very clean & tables well spaced out. Entering here, one gets a very welcome atmosphere. The food was good. The service was extremely friendly & professional.

Nice surroundings, clean and well maintained, friendly atmosphere, good menu with plenty of choice, However, it was my first and last visit as i put the menu down and walked out because i wasn't willing to spend a couple of days wages on a meal.

Our go-to place for breakfast, friendly staff, pleasant surroundings and delicious food, nothing too much trouble! Good service and very reasonable prices! The fact our lovely waitress remembers what we usually order either means, shes got a good memory or we go there too often😂 lovely and chilled, relaxing, not rushed.

We had to wait around in Norwich for a while so looked for somewhere to get breakfast. This was a very lucky find, we had a lovely breakfast, the staff were friendly and attentive and the place was spotless. Highly recommended.

I really wish I lived closer to this place as it is one of the best cafes around bar none. I visited for breakfast [again] and the food and service was as good as ever. The ladies/girls serving are always very smart, friendly and are all a credit to the restaurant. Great atmosphere and a lovely setting for a summers day where you can sit outside near a lovely water fountain and garden. Looking forward to going again soon.

We called here for coffee, soft drinks and cake. Excellent friendly service. Cakes really nice. Will call again when visiting family in Norwich.

The Terrace offers what looked like good food, coffee and snacks. The service was friendly but a little slow. It was nice but felt a little tired, there is a lovely water fountain and terrace but seems to thrive on take away services for office workers.

We found this place by chance, looking for a "café nearby with good ratings". We were not disappointed! Staff were very welcoming and service was excellent. We both had a latte (one made with soya milk) and it was gorgeous. My husband had the full English, I had granola with Greek yogurt and banana. Both meals were very tasty and reasonable. As an added bonus, there is a lovely view of a pond to the rear. We will definitely visit again when in the area.

A great little place tucked away and yet so close! Finally made it here for a bite to eat & hot drink, 2 adults & 2 children made very welcome. Just off of a regular cycle & walking route that we take but never knew it existed until recently. Good prices for good food & great service. I think it will quickly become a favourite 'support local' spot, especially when the sun is shining on the nice outside space.

Another visit for breakfast after the shut down during the pandemic, and have things changed. No not at all. Still excellent. The food, the service, the Cafe itself are still as good as ever. .Very clean Cafe and toilets. Always a good atmosphere. I am going again this week but won't be posting a review as I have to wait for a month before I can do this. Well worth a visit if you like quality food served by quality staff

Called in for a late lunch. Coffee very good but had to share a ciabatta between the two if us as they only had the one left. Not much by was of filling

Today was my first visit to The Terrace Cafe and to be honest with you, it was wonderful. Great food, lovely atmosphere and very happy and helpful staff (also very easy on the eyes too). Will be visiting again in the near future.

Open again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At last we can return to one of our favourite cafes. Went for breakfast with two friends this morning and nothing has changed. Whilst in lockdown they have given the tables a new coat of varnish and the place is as clean as it always was. Still very polite, smart staff. very friendly and all a credit to the business. Had a lovely omelette with toast and it was superb. Will be going again soon.

Great place for lunch and coffee. Good sized menu, staff are so friendly and nice. The cafe has good indoor and outdoor seating by the pond. Food is really nice, I recommend the brie bacon and cranberry panini. Overall just a great independent cafe with the nicest staff.

I am so pleased they are up and running again because this is our favourite place for breakfast. I visited today with three friends and it was as good as the day the had to close. Brilliant breakfast, superb coffee and smart, polite girls/young ladies, serving. Can't wait to visit again. Great menu and reasonable prices. Well worth every penny

Had poached eggs on toast with avocado. Really nice food and lovely service. Staff were very polite and attentive.

Had the “special” meatballs - they charged £9 for 3 very small meatballs and one small pita bread - no pasta. Very overpriced Also had vegan biriyani- also tiny and luke warm Meals get smaller and smaller every time I come here. They have a captive business clientele because of the offices nearby - and they are really just ripping their customers off When I complained they offered 20% off but then followed it with ‘ no one else has complained’ so now I’m being told I’m just greedy ! Won’t be eating here again

Nice range of food with lots of dietary options covered. Good service, eat in or takeaway options including delivery locally. Nice look to the place but the seats are quite hard so a little uncomfortable for a long sit and it can be loud as it is very open.

My office group go there probably about once a month for lunch. Good, reasonably healthy and well priced drinks. Attentive staff and nice surroundings.

Had a lovely Falafel salad and wife had a Falafel wrap - both yummy. Staff really polite and friendly.

Nosotros (grupo de 5) pensamos que la comida era mejor que en muchos restaurantes y grandes porciones.Gracias, volveremos, acabamos de mudarnos al parque empresarial y estamos muy contentos de tenerte mientras salimos del oasis de la oficina: -) También debo mencionar lo caliente que fue, el personal fue genial considerando el ola de calor estaban trabajando duro mientras nos relajábamos junto al impresionante estanque fuera del café mirando los polluelos. ¡Fabuloso!

Lovely little cafe. Food was lush, coffee was fab and staff were amazing. LOVE LOVE LOVE the little smiley faces on my coffee cups. Cheered me right up on my 2 day course across the road.

As this place was just around the corner from the office this was a tasty and convenient place to get some lunch.

This cafe is in a beautiful setting, with the large pond and lovely fountain. The cafe itself is light and airy. The staff were very friendly and the coffee was the best I have had in a long, long time. My husband had a scone, which he said was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Attending an event across the road from The Terrace Cafe I got a very pleasant surprise taking lunch here. Despite it being very busy, we were seated (12 of us after rearranging the tables) quickly with our orders taken promptly. Food arrived quickly. Excellent service by waitresses. Food excellent and the establishment were happy for us all to pay separately for our food from a single bill. Will definitely come here again when next attending an event in the Business Park.

Lovely food, drinks and venue. Staff are friendly. Definitely worth a trip. Emma makes an effort to get to know you and stops for a chat when she can. Only thing I’ll say is it’s hard to get staffs attention when you want something extra after due to being busy. They work very hard.
