The Tea Room at Corner House in North Norfolk

We have been here a few times and the food is always superb. The owners and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's always a pleasure to visit.

Dropped in for morning coffee / tea with family .. As always, cake , scones , and tea cake were delicious .. My latte coffee was perfect. My sister and brother in law are lovers of very strong tea, and an extra tea bag was forthcoming on request .Lovely friendly atmosphere.Excellent that dogs are welcome too!

So glad we found this place. We stayed in Norfolk for 3 days and 3/3 of those days we ate here for breakfast. The food, coffee and service was faultless. It is also dog friendly which is a bonus - the pooch got free treats everyday too so he was a fan.

The food was hot, fresh and incredibly tasty. The quiche with chorizo was devine. We bought cake to take home that was enticing; yet to be eaten. Coffee was tasty, made better by full fat milk! The only reason for not giving 5 stars, was the service was a little slow, but that’s because there wasn’t enough staff for the number of customers. The place was completely full at lunch, with tables outside too. Rather odd for late October! All in all a great little find ❤️

I love this tea room. The standard has never dropped, the place is spotless, the owners and staff delightful and always cheerful and the food is excellent. The cakes are fresh and home made so what else do you need?

A great little place . First visit today and not a disappointment. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Food is good and tasty with plenty of tea. However, a portion of skinny chips in a baked bean tin was a bit expensive at £3.49 ! Shame, because it’s a great little eatery.

Excellent cream tea, outstanding scones. Crumbly but warm and fresh, for £7.50 each. The afternoon tea also looked amazing, but need to fast for a day or so to do justice to one of those. Good service.

What a joy to step into this beautiful tea shop - fabulous service and very dog friendly. The amount of different teas available is staggering - but if you'd prefer coffee, milkshake or presse, the list goes on... The lunch of Cromer crab salad was delicious and came with a beautiful salad and home made coleslaw - heavenly! 😋 The cakes looked very tempting, but on this occasion we had no more room, so we'll have to leave that until our next visit (which I imagine will be fairly soon! 😉😋😁)

My wife and I paid two visits to this wonderful location last week, once for a lunch and then for a breakfast on our day of departure. We are frequent visitors to this part of Norfolk and always make it a priority to visit the Tea Rooms and have had numerous fantastic visits. The staff are always friendly and make our dog as welcome as they do us, and he loves it as he knows there is always a treat or two to be had. Some a lovely place and fantastic food and service. Can not recommend The Tea rooms enough.

We were lucky enough to eat here twice whilst staying with friends in the area. The first time we had a fabulous cream tea, with amazing scones and gorgeous tea, high praise indeed with us both being from Devon. The second time we stopped in for breakfast before setting off on our long journey home, with myself having a top notch English breakfast and my wife having the delicious salmon and eggs on toast. The owners and staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome, providing some of the finest customer service that I have ever had. My wife I'd coeliac and was very well catered for across the entire menu. We will definitely be returning when we take our next trip up, it's just a shame that we are the other side of the country and can't eat here every week. We stayed in West Runton and visited the Tea Rooms on 3 occasions for breakfast. The atmosphere and decor in the tea room is very welcoming and the food was delicious. Daron and Shaun are the most excellent hosts and very friendly. We will definitely visit again next time we are in West Runton and would thoroughly recommend these tea rooms.
