The Talbot Harvester in Epping Forest

Good music, warm atmosphere, Daniella really looked after us and the food was delicious, so nice to see a fully stocked salad bar!

Dinner was great can’t fault it. Had a fabulous time and will definitely be returning. Good value for money and lots of selection on salad cart too

We visited here on a Friday lunch time, although it was busy our server Jennifer was absolutely wonderful, went above and beyond and really made our experience an enjoyable one, nothing was too much to ask and although it was a busy and it seems she was the only waitress serving she made sure to take time with our order and make sure everything was correct! Food was lovely and hopefully will visit again soon, Jennifer is a credit to the team. Thank you for a lovely experience

My 5 stars is based on the food. Me and my partner went for lunch, as it’s local we may pop in here a few times a year for quickness. Over the past couple of months food has been ok, but I have had to come on here to say what a lovely lunch we had and the food has definitely improved in my experience. My partner had steak and it was cooked perfectly medium as requested. My only criticism was service could have been better, we were left for some time with no cutlery and had to wait for a period of time before drinks arrived and to re order drinks

Went for dinner (with no kids attached) and as usual throughly enjoyed the food x easily accessible and plenty of parking, The Talbot never fails x Met by Andrew who, right from the start was polite and attentive x meals were brought out promptly and all staff are welcoming x Lovely place x

Lovely service at the Harvester, Ryan, served us and he was brilliant, he made us feel very welcome and he was super polite, so kind to our youngster, remembered our order without writing it down & got it all correct, i will 💯 go back

Had a lovely time ,food was great and as 2 of the party had Allergies to gluten and milk we were looked after with no problems or issues which made our evening . Thank you to Mychell for his service which enjoy the time we were there. Will continue to eat there in future. Thank you again Harvester

Service and food excellent. Andrew our waiter was very good. We were greeted by a very polite helpful gentleman as well.

After a long, day and 3 hours driving, we were in need of a break. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, especially Andrew who served us. We both chose to give different meals a try fir the first time and were not disappointed. Despite being 20mins from kitchen closure, the quality was excellent- full of flavour and delicious. Thank you.

Excellent service from Maddie who was polite and efficient. The food was tasty too, and we all enjoyed the visit to this Harvester.

Andrew and Ryan were very attentive as always. Shame the chef won’t do flatbread wraps after 5.00. A nice evening though.

Had a really lovely meal on Sunday. Food was really nice and hot. The salad bar was well stocked. Our server Mytchell was attentive and kind. The restaurant and toilets were really clean and tidy. We will be returning. I would definitely recommend.

From the minute walked in Andrew our server could not do enough for us, changing our seat as I felt a little cold, he came over approachable, friendly and happy. Always asking how we are and if we needed anything. Food that was cooked by Ryan was great, hot and didn’t have to wait long inbetween courses.

Our waiter, Andrew was very nice and polit the chef,Ryan did a good job with the food I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice budget friendly meal 👍

Don't usually leave reviews but had a great bite to each at this place today with friends. The service was amazing by a lovely lady named Kerry, she went above and beyond to cater to our tables needs, she was friendly and polite. Also compliments to Sharon the chef- lovely meal!

We had an excellent service as soon as we arrived till we left. We ordered our food with ease and the food was delicious. Special thanks goes to Maddie she saved us well and she was fabulous. Special thanks as well to the restaurant as it was my daughters birthday she loved the surprise 🍰 😊😊

Had a family evening out and was served by Georgie. Got there very early but Georgie seated us immediately and was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Food was fairly good but her service was excellent and made the evening. Thank you Georgie

We were made to feel extremely welcome and the staff were so helpful to us which was especially appreciated as we had a wheelchair user with us. They were brilliant.

A lovely lunch time meal. A chicken stack for the deal price of just £8. With the salad bar, this is a brilliant deal. Kerry advised us regarding this deal and was a very good waitress. Well done Kerry.
