The Stable Bar in East Dunbartonshire

We felt the Stables was a little lacking in atmosphere - however, in winter with the real fire burning and a few more people it probably feels completely different.

Pedimos más fayre tradicional de pub - y todas las comidas eran encantadores y muy satisfactorios. Los precios eran razonables también. Es realmente difícil encontrar un auténtico y acogedor pub tradicional como este alrededor de Kirky, y puedo garantizar que volveremos muy pronto. Muchas gracias y sigan con el buen trabajo!

Extremadamente decepcionado llevó a mi pareja a un regalo de cumpleaños y ciertamente no fue eso. No hubo problemas con el servicio ya que fue rápido y todos los servidores fueron muy amables y educados. Por otro lado, la comida era terrible, espero comer mejor cuando salgo a comer. Definitivamente, este no fue el caso en el que se devolvió mi comida; se trataba de una gallina de pollo chorizo, que luego fue horneada a una pulgada de cremación, cuando se le preguntó por qué se había horneado cuando no estaba estipulado en el menú se le informó que fundiría el queso. Debido a este proceso, todo el sabor se extinguió, no se dejó salsa de tomate y albahaca al gusto. Mi compañero tenía pastel de carne que era normal y comestible. Mi pasta fue devuelta para otro plato que llegó después de que mi compañero terminara de comer, esta era una hamburguesa que era normal, comestible y un poco más cara con lo que recibía, un trozo de tocino y queso encima de un Pattie extremadamente pequeño. Así que un regalo de cumpleaños terminó con nosotros comiendo en diferentes momentos y teniendo alimentos que podría haber preparado mejor en casa. Esta fue la primera vez en mucho tiempo que estuve aquí debido a una comida de mala calidad y pasará mucho tiempo antes de que regrese. Recomiendo ir a Lidl local y comprar sus propios ingredientes, obtendrá una comida de calidad muy superior.

Nos alojamos en el hotel y dejó aquí unos tragos y empaparse del ambiente local. El personal del bar era muy amable, con una amplia variedad de bebidas tanto en barril y en botella. Aunque no comimos aquí, un montón de locales y la comida era excelente y parecía muy bien recibido. El bar tiene una tv grande y una mesa de billar en un extremo, pero conseguimos mantener una sensación tradicional. Vale la pena visitar si estás en la zona.

Yo y mi novio para dejar un buen almuerzo tarde y en general la experiencia fue de primera clase! La comida era increíble y el personal han creado un ambiente precioso. También mención especial a Morvan, creo que era su nombre. Una joya y ella sinceramente hizo nuestra experiencia! No puedo esperar a regresar x

they do not avoid the fact that this is a pub meal in bar surroundings. This means it can be busy and noisy. More salubrious restaurants are in the hotel building. The menu is varied and service is excellent. In winter a roaring fir adds to the ambience.

A wide range of adult beverages to choose from with very friendly and attentive bar staff. The food they serve is out of this world. I had several meals during my stay and I was not disappointed at all. They have a wide variety of foods available on the menu, even the pickiest of eaters will be able to find something they like.

An excellent bar with good food and well priced beer. Staff were very polite Would certainly recommend to all.

Best steaks ever, Fillet steak is my preference but Sirloin excellent with sauce. Friendly atmosphere and excellent staff to look after my requirements.

The inside is really nice, lovely lighting & roaring open fires. Staff are just great, very friendly & nothing is a bother. Food can be a bit hit & miss but staff happy to take anything back & exchange if there is a problem.

Not been in a while. The food is ok but as a vegetarian I always felt they catered more for meat eaters.

We have eaten here on a number of occasions and have always thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The Stable Bar shares the same menu and quality as the neighbouring Kincaid House Hotel, along with the same cheerful, helpful service. On our most recent visit there was a roaring log fire, perfect for a cold evening. The menu is varied and very good value. It is the first place that comes to mind any time we want to go out!

went here for bar lunch saturday.I can honestly say was poorest had in a long time.menu sounds good,but.....The hoummus and olive starter came with,and i jest not,triangles of pan white and brown bread.surely no self respecting chef would have put that out .the hoummus was tasteless inedible mush.soggy bruschetta.yuch.
