The Royal Harvester in Ealing

I had lunch here with my 2 year old boy yesterday. Our waitress, Gemma, was so helpful and attentive. All of the staff at the harvester, Boston Manor are always so helpful. Thank you!

I recently made two bookings in December, however due to the tier restrictions being changed these had to be cancelled. I spoke to the manager Paul and he was so helpful and friendly. I will 100% be booking here again once restrictions are lifted.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge portions and very tasty food. Couldn't eat desserts because how full we were.

The title says it all really.Had a reservation.After a short wait shown to a table.Observed other diners getting progressively frustrated. After waiting half an hour beyond our reservation time, where nobody acknowledged our presence we left hungry, thirsty and disappointed.Our first and last visit.Thank you for ruining a special occasion.

Lovely weekday lunch. Delicious pork belly and mash and a huge burger with dirty fries! 25% off mains deal was a bonus! Prices gone up a bit but I think the food has improved. What made it even better was our super friendly and helpful server! Thank you Harvester.

i visit the harvester on a regular basis and have to say the staff are extremley friendly and helpful. always make conversation and always make you feel so welcome

Visitamos Harvestar en Hanvel este Augus Eat Out Help Out con la familia y amigos. Fue mi primera vez allí. Me quedé impresionado con la comida y el servicio, todos fueron muy amables y serviciales. El menú para niños era muy bueno, a mis hijos les encantaron sus nuggets de pollo y patatas fritas y yo comí una hamburguesa de pollo encantadora que estaba deliciosa. Volveré de nuevo seguro. Muy recomendable . Mucho espacio interior y exterior.

Visitamos (The Royal) Harvester dos veces durante el programa Eat Out to Help Out. Fácil de reservar a través de la aplicación y el personal es muy amable y atento. La configuración habitual de la barra de ensaladas es ligeramente diferente en el sentido de que le preguntas al personal qué te gustaría y ellos lo ponen en el tazón por ti, debido a esto, la variedad de la barra de ensaladas es mucho más pequeña pero suficiente para una ensaladera y panecillos.Nuestras comidas principales fueron deliciosas, creo que la receta de las patatas fritas ha cambiado y es preciosa. Grandes porciones también.Gracias a todo el personal por hacer que la experiencia del restaurante después del cierre fue lo más normal y segura posible.

¡Acabo de regresar de una excelente comida posterior al cierre! La comida llegó muy rápido y estaba deliciosa (teníamos la combinación de pollo y pechuga) y todo el personal fue muy amable y educado. Incluso hicimos que todos se despidieran de nosotros cuando nos fuimos. En general, todo fue fabuloso, ¿definitivamente volveremos?

Esta revisión está un poco atrasada, pero mi esposo, mi hijo y yo probamos esta cosechadora en enero, mientras viajábamos a Londres durante el fin de semana.Habíamos reservado una mesa unos días antes en línea y estaba lista para nosotros a la llegada.El personal era encantador y bien organizado, el carrito de ensaladas estaba lleno y las comidas eran excelentes.La próxima vez que viajemos a Londres, no dudaríamos en volver a cenar aquí.

Quiero aquí el 15 - 02 - 2020 con mi esposa para un almuerzo romántico y agradable y el servicio al cliente fue excelente y los miembros del personal muy amables y los miembros del personal muy serviciales, la comida estaba perfectamente preparada y llena de sabor y bien preparada. Nada malo que decir sobre la comida o el servicio que he recibido aquí, volveré con mis amigos y familiares para mis almuerzos y cenas.

El servicio de basura y la comida nunca volverán. . Diana, la joven camarera, fue extremadamente grosera con nosotros. . Gritando que le estaba tocando el hombro. . We went for family lunch and we all decided never to come back again; the foods were all serve cold, soggy chips, steaks and fish undercook and the service weren’t quick either. This place has gone down

We have been to many other branches of Harvesters but First time in here We enjoyed our salad bar as starters and our mains ( spare rips , roasted chicken and sea bass ) Service is good

We've been looking for a place to dine in Hanwell for years..nothing was satisfying until we came to Boston Manor Harvester. We were served by Gemma on both occasions. She is fantastic! Really good manners, friendly and efficient. service akin to The Ritz.The other servers seemed fine, i didn't deal with them much but no complaints. There is a fellow behind the bar who looks like a teddy bear. I don't know his name but hes brill tooPeople can be very snotty about Harvester, that's fine mate,get yourself down to The Grosvenor . More space for meThe food is brill Vegan choices, and not dry or uninteresting . The range of puds! The chicken!Simon Cowell knows what's good for him And if its good for Simon, then its good for us. 10 out of 10

Went here for the lunch menu at £8.99 for 2 courses, although you could describe it as 3 courses with the salad bar as the starter. All food was good quality and freshly cooked. Treacle pudding was excellent with custard. A lady called Pauline served us, I asked if she had worked there a long time and she said yes, a very long time, I thought she £as familiar from my last visit a few years ago. She was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The only small issue I do have is the price of a coke is about £3, either for bottle or refill version. I am very sorry but next time I will have tap water. Why are soft drinks so expensive? Some pubs serve a pint of beer for the same price, or even less!

We had a meal for two which was reasonably priced and cooked to our liking. Plenty of food with large portion sizes and the obvious salad bar. To my mind this is better than the branches in Staines and Langley.The waitress was friendly and helpful and the service was quite brisk considering how busy it was on a Friday night.The drinks here are at very reasonable prices such that there were plenty of locals in the bar area.The place seems quite clean and well looked after.Great service and decent food. My only let down was after spilling ribs on my jeans there was no toilet roll in the gents bathroom to help clean the mess up. All in all a great value meal out though so well done to both the waitress and the cooking staff.

We had dinner here on Thursday evening, one churrasco chicken skewers and a spinach and ricotta pasta. Bar service was a little slow as both bartenders seemed to be out the back when I arrived. There was plenty of space in the restaurant and we were served by Amy who was polite and attentive. We spent the evening watching the various emergency services vehicles pass the window at speed and remarked how busy they seemed. Dessert was two of the new cookies and cream pies which were lovely.

on 11th October 2019 I visited the Harvester in Hanwell with my partner. It was a regular place for our family to eat until we moved to Newcastle 3 years ago. We were down in London for work and decided to call in. It was a Friday evening and we needed to get something quick on our way to work. We were given a table and it was suggested that burgers would be a quick meal for us to order. We helped ourselves to the salad bar which was as good as ever.The service was excellent and quick,the chicken burgers were delicious and good value.The whole thing took less than an hour which was perfect because we were heading out to work.Unfortunately I have received this parking ticket for £85 off Euro Parks. On that Friday evening the weather was terrible with torrential rain,it was dark, we were happy to find a space and run into the restaurant .As I said I was a regular customer for years, it was always free parking, we didn't see any signs anywhere, there was nothing In the restaurant to inform us and no staff mentioned anything,(for example ,I've been to places before where they mention car park fees that can then be reimbursed upon paying the bill).I was quite shocked when I received this ticket and I intend to contest it strongly as I feel it's very unfair. Will the Harvester be able to assist me with this problem? Thank you Pete Hoban

Visited this Harvester for a round of Drinks with our local football team who play in the community at playing Boston manor playing fields on Sunday 22nd Sept and have come home today to a parking fine of £85. No parking notices were on show and staff at the bar didnt mention anything about parking on site. I have spoken to other members of our football team and they have fines too . We was going to use this as a regular place for a meet up after but dont think we will if we all have parking notices.

Have had three meals in as many months and always pleased with the quality and choice of foods. Excellent value too.

Cenamos en esta cosechadora con mi cuñada, mi nuera y mi nieta, fue una noche agradable y agradable. El personal era muy agradable aparte de uno, pero no dejamos que eso lo estropeara afuera, era muy agradable, así que había mucha gente afuera comiendo, decidimos quedarnos adentro. Tuve el asado de pollo asado, mi hermana tenía la pechuga de pollo y el corazón de la nuera, están haciendo un trato de verano donde los niños comen por 1 y mi nieta tenía la coliflor y el queso macarrones con puré de papa y frijoles, que era de muy buen tamaño y lo disfrutó aunque no pudo terminarlo y nos llevamos el resto a casa. Vale la pena una visita y es adecuado para todos los bolsillos.

Durante años hemos utilizado esta cosechadora cuando visitamos desde Cardiff.

Rene @ Harvester Boston Manor was incredibly attentive, hilarious and all round a customer service star. The food wasn’t half bad too :)

Even though I have 2 harvesters nearer to my house than this one. I still prefer it here. The food is great the staff are great 10/10

You get what you expect from a Harvester. Nothing more nothing less. Average food, limited selection of draft beer with reasonable prices. No complaints so far. But this Harvester has a problem with their carpark. It is monitored by Euro Car Parks. They shoot first and ask questions later. That means they send you a nasty parking charge for using the car park and expect you to appeal and submit evidence of purchase. I am sure my appeal will be allowed as my bank statement shows my custom on the day. But I wouldn't go back as it is not worth the shock, worry and paper work.

This was my last night in London so i treated the family here, due to their advice. We arrived early so it was not too crowded, but even so it took a few minutes before we were shown to the table.I chose fish and chips, which happened to be a large cod in batter with thick English chips. With each meal one could help themselves from the salad bar, with perhaps 10 different choices. Service was good and the waitress from Myanmar was friendly and talkative. Family had ribs, burger and a child's meal followed by a huge ice cream. For the price this restaurant was a bargain.

The service was excellent and so was the food, I had the best vegetarian meal ever and my grandchildren were so happy with their colouring. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The food was not very hot but ok. The portions have got smaller 1/2 a chicken must of been on a diet. The chips now come in two sizes small (around 8 chips) and large.

The food is a bit pricey for what you get. The food is average but better then what it use to be. The stuff are friendly and the food came out quickly. This place is not good for a night of drinks as the drinks are not the best and they are expensive.

In June 2017 my family and I had a poor experience in the Royal harvester in Boston Manor, I have not gone near the place again until recently, last week my wife and I decided to try this harvester again, we hadn't made a booking, it wouldn't have mattered if we had because when we got to the door we waited 7 minutes and no one actually came to look after us, the restaurant was less than half full at this time. my wife and I left and went else where. last night (22nd) we decided to go back once more, it will be my last time ever, we were seated without any delay, the restaurant was rather full, our waitress was smiley and happy, the starter came and was ok, the main meal came and i got a waft of a stale smell as the plate was passed over my shoulder to the table, I asked for my steak well done, when i cut in to the steak it was rare but the worst was the smell, it was clearly gone off, the waitress took it away and eventually came back and told me her manager agreed that it was off and i wouldn't be charged,i was also told that the dates were checked and they were in date and they would be talking to the supplier, i didn't need the manager to agree the steak was off and i certainly wasn't paying for it, i was told it would be replaced free of charge, my wife and daughter had their meal at that time which meant their meal would be finished by the time i got mine, i declined, we finished what we had an paid the bill and left, at no point did the manager make an appearance to offer any sort of apology, this was the last time i will ever set foot inside the door. i Can see by the reviews on here that i am not alone in getting a a bad service, the management in this place clearly have no idea how to run a restaurant and i expect it wont be long before it will either change hands or be closed, you cannot keep serving sh%t food and expect people to keep coming back

Reservamos para mesa tranquila para tres que nos dieron. Las comidas vegetarianas y veganas eran muy sabrosas y saludables, y fue una alegría ver una amplia selección de platos veganos en el menú. El bacalao y las patatas fritas también eran deliciosos. El servicio fue impecable y fue una auténtica delicia ser atendido por Dinah, que fue muy servicial y no pudo hacer lo suficiente para nosotros a pesar de que el restaurante estaba muy lleno. Estaba con mis 3 amigos. No reservamos mesa pero el gerente amable nos mostró la mesa. Lo mejor fue nuestra camarera. Muy atentos, encantadores y serviciales. Chica rusa (ALINA)? Increíble. También nuestra comida llegó rápido. Esperamos 20 minutos por nuestra comida. Era sábado a las 9 de la noche. La comida era increíble. Gran parte, buenos precios. definitivamente volveré

Llegó el sábado antes de navidad (22 de diciembre). Myeself y el resto del grupo fueron mostrados a una mesa con bastante rapidez. Vinimos al restaurante como queríamos la comida tradicional de chritmas. Descubrimos que esto no estaba incluido en el menú que recibimos. Un miembro del grupo tenía que solicitar el menú navideño, que uno pensaría, Harvester estaría presionando, especialmente tan cerca de navidad. Pensé que el menú de chritmas podría haber sido único, pero al siguiente grupo, que estaba sentado cerca del nuestro, solo se les proporcionó el menú de hombre, y no el menú de Navidad también. !

Was absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism and service all the staff showed whilst I was there. Will definitely be back again.

We called in here ahead of visiting Kew and wished we hadn’t. Our waitress Danielle was very attentive but the Camembert we ordered was uncooked in the middle and had to be recoiled (I guess microwaved), the sage and onion fries had no sage and onion. When we complained they were returned with less than 1/8 of a teaspoon of flavourless dry, green dust on them, the ribs were so tough my daughter couldn’t separate the meat from the bone so left 80% untouched, her boyfriends nachos had roughly half a tablespoon of sour cream, the cherry Pepsi had no cherry (I guess the syrup must have run out) and the dirty glass it was served in had to be replaced . All in all one of the worst meals we’ve ever had. On the positive, the service was good and they were really busy but the awful food meant we won’t be returning.

Seven of us celebrating a birthday. Very busy so service not brisk. Pleased to find a real ale on tap but only one.

We pre-booked a table for 2 for 17th Nov at 7pm, & we also pre-ordered our menu choices. we sat in the bar first as we had an hour before our table time. However, despite having confirmed booking, with a booking ref, email confirmation etc, it was not possible to put our bar drinks onto our table bill! Is this 2018 or are we back in Victorian times?? When we got to our table, we were asked to confirm our menu choices, having previously already chosen. When the food came, we were not impressed. My soup was no better than a tin of soup from any shop. I had the Christmas dinner turkey. In about 3 minutes of arrival, the whole meal was pretty well all cold. The Yorkshire pud was like a piece of cardboard. My guest had the Bah humburger beef, & she could not eat it! The waitress was polite but every time she spoke it was 'darling this, darling that, yes darling, no darling', etc. All a bit too familiar really. we didn't bother with any desserts & it took about 20 mins for them to get back to us with a complete refund on all, of our ordered food items. The complained that they were busy!! Do they not expect that on a Saturday evening? All in all, a pretty poor experience & a ruination of a birthday celebration meal. we have pre-booked & pre-ordered for Christmas Day but as soon as we can get a booking elsewhere, we will most likely cancel.

Food was okay nothing special, just seems like fancy version of pub food at questionable prices. The main reason it was great was the service. The staff was great and they made the occasion even better. Clean restaurant and a view into the kitchen to see the huge grill at work. The servers name was Dinah and she was a diamond, quick on her feet and very polite. Would reccomend 100%

This Harvester was ideal and very reasonable in price.Food came fast and was piping hot.Different menu for kids.Staff were pleasant and obliging

You get what you expect here. It's best to order the bar menu which is much quicker and i standard pub grub, nothing to write home about. The free salad is always a treat and the atmosphere is liveable.

I visited this Harvester recently with friends for breakfast, expecting the usual standard from a Harvester pub, unfortunately we were left very disappointed. We waited to be sat but the waitresses were too busy talking to each other and looking on their phones to see to us so we found our own table, after waiting a while to be served we then had to get our own menus. We asked a waitress to take our order and she replied with a very poor attitude and said she would be with us shortly (in the meantime we saw her messing around on her phone yet again). Once our order was taken we helped ourselves to the drinks within the breakfast buffet, unfortunately there weren't any cups for the hot drinks and we had to get our own milk from the cereal station. Nearly all of the juice had ran out so we didn't get much of this - I must note that we did arrive to the breakfast fairly late (approx 11.15) but as we are paying the same price as everybody else expect to receive the same service.

Hop off at the Boston Manor tube stop and cross the street and about 200yds there you are! Nice outdoor section and refillable soda drinks are great..Love their fish & chips.

Visited again for breakfast with my wife and two children both under 21 months... acknowledged and seated quite quick and the place wasn't busy. Place was clean and tidy throughout. Mens toilet has obvious white graffiti that could be addressed. Food order was repeated back but was slightly incorrect both my wife and I asked for 3 bacon but only got 2 each (not an issue because we went all in). Wait times for food and bill were good... I wasn't asked if I wanted more food I waited around 10 minutes after finishing before I had to ask for more food .Both our eggs weren't great (not runny enough-i had 2 poached my wife 2 fried). Would recommend and return.

Came here on a Friday evening was quite busy but got a table and service was very quick. Food was really nice. Oksana our waitress was lovely and very good at her job.

Recent visit after long canal walk. Love a good Harvester. Unfortunately it wasn't great but experience still good. Salad bar bad, steak reasonable, chicken poor, ribs good. Saving grace overall was lovely staff who provided a nice friendly professional atmosphere when feeling hungry and tired.

Following on from my previous review of a "terrible steak", Contact was made from Duty Manager Paul Brum. Paul was a most interesting person to talk to, he did explain to me how certain cuts of steaks are not always at their best. And the differences of Sirloin and Rump. And how on the evening in question, staff had perhaps not followed through on set procedures for complaints. We were invited back to, The Royal, to 'turn our previous dreadful experience around'. We were met by the lovely Mr Hugh, who gave us a Royal welcome, and served by the wonderful Karen, ( two complete professional at their best ) . Karen looked after us throughout the whole evening, one completely different to our previous visit; the food, which arrived quickly was delicious and hot, I tried the steak again - this time in a surf and turf style. It was great, my friend had the Seabass which he was very happy with. What a different experience. Thank you to Duty Manager Paul Brum for inviting us back, and to Mr Hugh and Karen for making our experience wonderful. We left feeling relaxed and happy.

We visited after a gap of 5 years (previous visits were extremely poor), but we hoped enough time had passed and that things would be much improved. So we were very happy to say we really enjoyed this visit. Firstly, we were waited on by Izabella who was just lovely - professional, friendly and attentive. The salad bar was varied and tasty and meals were enjoyable; although probably not quite worth the prices they charge, after all, the food is pretty much pub lunch quality. Hubby had the seabass with prawns (which was pretty bland compared to the menu description) and I had the gammon, egg and chips. Portion sizes were much improved since our last visit. I loved the help yourself soft drinks machine where you can top up your drink as required!

Amigos recomendado este lugar como el precio de las comidas eran razonables. La comida estaba bien, nada espectacular. La camarera que servía la mesa estaba delicioso y parece disfrutar de su trabajo. Es una pena que esto no puede ser dicho sobre una camarera que nos dio ninguna sonrisa y tenía un tono sosa cuando pedimos cubiertos. Por desgracia, esta es la tercera vez que me tuve que conformar con este servicio por debajo de camareras en este sitio en particular. No elegir visitar este lugar, sin embargo diferentes círculo de amigos como para probarlo.

Un restaurante de calidad. El servicio puede ser un poco lento, especialmente cuando entras por primera vez en y tuvimos que esperar para que nos sentaran. Nunca hay un miembro del personal a menudo allí y he tenido que cruzar el restaurante para encontrar una camarera para pedir una mesa. La última vez que fui fue un día lluvioso y yo era mi ensalada gratis desde el carro me mantuve sensación deja frío caer en mí. . . Busqué en el techo y vimos una fuga larga a lo largo del techo. . Varias gotas de agua cayendo cerca de la luces sólo! ! ! La comida y las bebidas son buenas. Volvería de nuevo, pero por favor, arreglar el techo.

Estado viniendo aquí durante años, tanto en hecho de que he estado yendo allí más tiempo que la mayoría del personal ha trabajado allí y me encanta este lugar, siempre tiene un lugar especial en mi estómago.

Que son locales a la cosechadora y debido a una cocina para hacer más que eso está tomando una eternidad hemos estado allí muchas veces durante el pasado mes. Hemos probado a otros seis lugares pero siempre volver para su menú, ambiente, relación calidad-precio y personal amable. El gerente (encantador, tipo grande negro) sabía por qué él había visto mucho de nosotros y la última noche vino y dijo esta comida está en nosotros.

We visited 2/4/18 table of 10 nine adults one child. We were running 20 minutes late for are booking rang restaurant spoke to manager to explain said no trouble and held are table for us. On arrival was greeted straight away and took to our table where waitress come and took are drink order within 5 mins very friendly, are drink arrived swiftly, we had salad cart which was clean and everything available,ordered are meals was lovely that they had everything we ordered meals come 25 minuets later we’ll presented and nice and hot, considering how busy it was expected a longer wait, plates were taken when we finished so not just left on table. I come from Basingstoke and it’s a shame that our harvester is such a let down and could learn a lot from this restaurant, clean restaurant,staff are lovely will go again when we are down that way again thanks fir a great meal

Walked in on the off chance. It was very busy, but managed to get the last table.

Visited again for breakfast with my wife and two children both under 18 months...waited around 2 minutes to be acknowledged and seated and the place wasn't busy. Place was clean and tidy throughout. The waitress Dorothy I believe was very kind and friendly. Food order was repeated back and correct. All wait times for food and bill were good...poached eggs were fantastic and I ensured she mentioned this to the chefs. It is very good value for money especially going "all in" there were no panakes as was informed they may be removed which would be a shame...we always try to go every couple of months as a treat...next visit Easter time !

My partner and I have had countless breakfasts and dinners here, however stopped going when our diet changed.Today we popped in for coffee only to discover that they have new Vegan sausages and have many options that suit our new lifestyle ...fantastic.We both had full breakfasts and we look forwards to coming again

Had the ‘new’ jerk ribs. What a total disappointment. Tasteless and poor quality. Did not like this place at all. Took my granddaughter who hardly touched a scrap of her food and that is so not like her. Not a great atmosphere and got a...

Tasteless food. Overly salted gammon, tasteless mash potatoes, hamburger which certainly didn’t contain good quality beef, overpriced steak and ready...

I think it was the only place open around Christmas time. They have good menu and excellent beer. Traditional British.

Having been here a few times now the food is pretty average to be honest. The rotisserie chicken is really the only thing worth ordering (the ribs has no flavour and the chicken when ordering a combo option is definitely frozen and has a very rubbery texture). That being said, the rotisserie chicken is good. The sticky toffee pudding is nice too.

Have been going here for years as it's our nearest Harvester. Great place for a quick, decently priced meal with top service. Good location a few minutes walk from Boston Manor underground station. Nice decor (recent refurb) and plenty of seating without feeling like you're on top of the next table. The attached pub also take orders from a menu and have outdoor seating if you wish.

Had a lovely experience at harvester yesterday, our waiter Adam was so charming, helpful, the restaurant was very busy last night but Adam always made time for our needs, upon entering the manager gave us a table instantly despite not booking ahead, please everyone visit this harvester you wont be disappointed.

Tuve el 7 onzas de piña, y sobresaliente mis amigos tenían el 14 oz y el sobresaliente de costilla. Tuvimos el postre que freakshakes increíbles.

Seated quickly . Great salad bar to start with and lots of choice. Chicken and ribs were delicious. Plenty of food.

I went yesterday in this restaurant with my husband and my daughter, she went before with some friends so she recommend us to go. She ate from kids menu, steak with fries plus some pasta from the salad bar, my husband take mix chicken and half ribs, and me full rack of ribs. Everything was very good just my husband a little bit upset with the ribs because he waits for half rack but arrived one quarter very small portion. The waitress was very nice and the service very fast. Other important thing, the place was very nice and clean with coloured carpet and it was kids friendly. I definitely came back again.

Awful services and cold chips Again! This is the 3rd time recently we have visited had terrible service and cold chips. It gets worse why don't you employ more staff? The poor girls are rushed off their feet who are really nice polite & apologetic although it isn't there fault. In my last review you left me a comment saying my cold food was not reheated in the microwave. The chips No! The ribs and chicken were the same because I had cut the chicken and ribs the same ones came back until I asked for a fresh meal.

Came as a Family to have lunch on my Sons 18th Birthday, Has been refurbished for the better since my last visit many moons ago. Was promptly seated BY Pauline who was very thorough and attentive throughout our visit. we chose from the early bird menu and enjoyed our meals in a nice clean relaxed area. With my Sons exam results getting us a 20% discount via the app. we paid under £35 for 4 meals and 4 soft drinks. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

They need more staff. A long wait to be seated and a longer wait for our order to be taken the restaurant was Quiet! They only had 2 waitress. When the food was delivered it was cold. I complained the 1st time the waitress took it away it was slightly warmer but the same meal the second time was no better they heated the ribs chicken and the chips in the microwave! Totally unacceptable chicken and chips in the microwave not good common sense would tell you that you replace it with a fresh meal. The waitress seemed shocked when I asked for the whole thing replaced. The food was hot when the food did arrive the chicken was very dry and the gravy was cold. Not impressed.

Magníficas costillas Full rack of ribs. Son muy buenas las ensaladas, que puedes tomar libremente con un plato principal, muy buena la jarra de Pimms y el postre Rocky horror, para reventar de bueno. Cada vez que voy a Londres lo visito. El pub lo han renovado en su parte exterior. Ya lo saben los españoles viajeros.

I LOVE Harvester! The food is great, particularly the ribs. Love their new smoky ketchup sauce, tastes like a mix between smoky BBQ and ketchup. Unfortunately, the service this time wasn't great, we were left at the front for ages before being seated with no apology (it was not particularly busy so there was no excuse) many of the staff actually walked past us at the door before we had to flag down two bar staff members and ASK to be seated. Nice outdoor area which is where we sat. Also, but silly to have the male & disabled toilets at one end and the female toilets all the way at the bac :( mixed thoughts. I prefer the Northolt branch!

We hadn't booked as the website didn't allow it being a busy night so just turned up, the lovely man at the lectern fitted us in as we said that we would be quick! On the way to the table he had selected a waitress stood aside and we thanked her, she beamed and said it was no trouble. This it transpired was to be our waitress, Rhiannon, who gave us charming, attentive service, whenever we called her she apologised as if we had been kept waiting. To top it all she is a student working in her spare time, her ability as a waiter is better than some professionals in the business. The meals were promptly served and excellent as well.Thank you Rhiannon, sorry we didn't have more change for your tip!

Nice food, was a bit of a wait for service to begin with, food came out in a reasonable time, clean, spacious and great family value.

I have been using The Royal harvester fairly regularly over the years as it is local and normally value for money and a reasonably good meal, the service is always good, on this occasion a couple of weeks ago both my wife and I had potato salad from the salad cart, and both we sick over night and the next day, I sent an email to the Harvester explaining this however i didn't even receive a reply which was very disappointing, I also explained in the email that as a regular customer i wasn't looking for anything free i was just making them aware of what had happened in the hope my email would help stop someone else suffering what my wife and i went through. I am more annoyed over their lack of response to a food complaint that the actual sickness i suffered as it says that Harvester are not overly bothered if their food makes some unwell.

Service is excellent and very friendly here and would definitely return. Chicken and ribs are very good with unlimited salad bar. restaurant is clean. lots of free parking. Gets busy at weekends and you will have to book. Best atmosphere in evenings at the weekend.

I ended up here after looking for a good all you can eat breakfast and have been back many times. Put simply for less than £9 you get an all you can eat breakfast, including both cooked and continental, unlimited juice, tea and coffee.This in itself seems a good deal but the approach is slightly different to the hotel buffet style of keeping food warm with light. Instead they cook to order and you can order as much as you like (I've been known to order 8 rashers of bacon!), it's freshly cooked and they come back asking if you want more! For ONLY £9!!!!!!Oh, and the service is always friendly, good and generally a pleasant surprise compared to many experiences I've had in London. An absolute winner for a Harvester.

We waited 20mins for a table when the host said 10mins. When we got seated we waited a further 30mins for a waiter to serve us. We couldn't see many people on the floor for a while tho they had enough staff everyone seemed to be too busy hence the bad management of the restaurant. I understand it was a Saturday but it was totally unorganised. Two waiters dropped plates or the salad containers which made an awfully loud bang, which ruined the restaurant experience. Also when I got my food they forgot my starter and the food was bloody cold. Only ate here as it was the only restaurant in Boston Manor. But it is so badly managed and the service wasn't great. Probs won't be going back again.

The chicken and ribs were delicious. Ofter the chicken is rather dry, thankfully this time it was cooked perfectly. We have decided that it depends on the chef that is on duty. One negative was the chips were tepid rather than hot, as we were in a hurry we didn't complain. The restaurant wasn't very busy so the service was good.

Food was excellent cooked lovely quick service love coming here. Will be back soon as told there will be new menu.

Yesterday my family and I had lunch in the royal harvester we were served by a lovely lady called karen, she was very helpful and made us feel so welcome.

Been to this many times as i used to live in the area for about 20 years. The restaurant is more spacious and better now that it has been finally refurbished. I ordered potato skins as my starter and the wife ordered halloumi skewers.My wife's was fine but my potato skins had the filling dumped on 1 skin as you can see from the picture and just crumbled apart and was full of grease. It actually looked like pork scratching! Our main meals come as soon as our plates were cleared which isnt very nice as its nice to have a bit of a break inbetween the starter and main.My son's ordered pasta and sausage and mash. Both of their meals were cold and had to be returned.My wife ordered chicken and prawns which was nice but had dry chips.My sirloin steak was 10 oz but as you can see most of it was fat and the chips were very dry.I got my money back on the steak but i would of preferred to eat a decent meal that i ordered. The waitress was very apologetic and had to ask the manager for a refund. Shame the manager didnt come to us and apologise for the bad experience but obviously wasn't concerned! As for the 'free ' salad .the bread rolls were hard and the salad was very bland and not much selection.A shame really as it used to be nice !

This is our first return visit following the refurbishment and we were thoroughly disappointed.Though the place looks nice inside everything else was no. Despite the place not being particularly busy, once we had been taken to our table we sat waiting and waiting for a waitress. We got up to track someone down, twice, before eventually having some come to take our order.Much of the salad cart was empty, and what there was, was pretty pathetic and tasteless. The food when it arrived was similarly bland, tasteless and not even hot. The vegetables were the worst I've ever been serviced any where - chewey, cold and tasteless. The jacket potato uninspiring, small and again tasteless.Not a patch of what it used to be.Wont be returning

We were amazed to see the wonderful refurbishment of the restaurant. Dining at 4.30pm we were served quickly by a very friendly waitress. There is a varied choice of menu/ drinks. Certainly good value, well cooked and well presented meals. The salad bar is very tempting. The atmosphere is relaxed catering for all. Children are welcome.Car parking available.

After a horrible experience at the Windsor branch we were given a voucher to spend at any harvester, having been to this one before and getting food poisoning from another branch I was wary.Last time we visited I was not too impressed however this time I found it much improved, staff were friendly and attentive.Salad bar was well stocked and clean.Starter came quickly and food was piping hot and was really nice Mains came out and were well presented and well cooked. Would definitely return

I rang very last minute on a Saturday night, hoping to get a table for 2 and although they were extremely busy, they did everything they could to fit me in - thank you so much.They were welcoming on arrival and sat us right in front of the salad bar (I felt very special indeed). Our waitress was fabulous with answering our questions and knew her stuff. Our food came out quite quickly which was surprising since they were so busy, but the food quality was excellent. I saw two of the chefs refilling salad bar and attending to other meal related duties and they were very fussy, ensuring they completed their tasks very professionally and with the customer in mind - this was proof to me of their kitchen being passionate about what they do.We ate Seabass (see pic) which was delightful, tasty and cooked perfectly. The Bearnaise sauce was very yummy. Steak (see pic) was cooked exactly as requested and I mean exactly! It's rare to get kitchen staff who know how to cook steak to required level and these guys are brilliant. The sauce and vegetables accompanying the steak were delicious. My large glass of Rose (Zinfandel - see pic) was so nice and easy to drink I was tempted to have another large glassDessert was Profiteroles (see pic) which were lovely, a little rich with the salted caramel sauce and chocolate together but will satisfy any sweet tooth. Mississippi Mud Pie Ice Cream Sundae (see pic) was presented beautifully and was good.Despite seeing a lot of staff rushing around, service was really slow - I mean terribly so that we had to wait very lengthy periods just to get someone's attention and 30 minutes waiting to receive the bill. I noticed signs on the door indicating they are looking for several staff so this might explain the bad service. At least the staff are working - I've been to places where they're just standing around chatting and ignoring customers while these staff were run off their feet.

We come here every time we come to London. Always consistently good food and friendly staff. Happy relaxed place for us as a couple or when we bring the family. We look forward to our next visit.
