Not right somebody needs to sort this out saying that your open online and I’m driving to a closed shop this is pathetic happens for the 3rd time thanks a lot for wasting my time and petrol !

Fantastic place, staff are always friendly and welcome you with a smile. The Potatoes are cooked fresh in a traditional potato oven giving them soft skin and a fluffy texture and as for the choice of Asian inspired fillings which are out of this world on offer alongside a choice of fresh traditional toppings, the salad is always fresh and crunchy and the price is always refreshingly reasonable. Can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed after eating here. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited this for the first time, and boy ate the potatoes nice from here. Great selection of topping. Quick to get served too if you like jacket potatoes, this place is amazing.

An item in our order was replaced with something I am allergic to so when I went to go fix the problem the worker was very rude. He kept cutting me up and then ended the phone rudely.

Had a jacket potato from here today for the first time in years and it didn’t disappoint!!! The amount of filling they put in them is unbelievably generous. I had tuna Mayo and cheese and it’s an elite jacket. Will definitely order again. Another bonus is I live 6 miles away and had it delivered and it was still pretty warm! Very impressed.

Jacket potatoes are absolutely delicious but the desserts are not good at all. Very dry and stale

Tried this place for the first time in August 2023. Only got the ice cream milkshakes. The mango one is average, the mint choc chip ice cream one is better. Not tried that jacket potato, wraps or other shakes. Very clean place. Good service.

Just ordered a chicken tikka potato and the chicken tasted appalling, it was dried and rubbery, it looks like they have used yesterdays. They have put the prices up and quality of the food is going down.

Ordered delivery to work. One of the orders was a jacket potato with cottage cheese. All that was delivered was a portion of cottage cheese. Now, for a restaurant that "specialises" in potatoes, how the f**k do you forget the potato?!?! Called them and explained the issue to be told that they can't do anything and I would have to request a refund and place a new order. - Obviously this would come with another delivery charge and another service charge. How helpful.

Popped in for lunch whilst at work. Has a good selection of lunchtime offerings e.g. Jacket Potatoes, salads etc. I had the jacket with curry and it was lovely.

Excellent food, excellent value, excrement service.

We bought two potatoes - 1 with chilli con carne and the other with chicken curry. Both definitely satisfied our taste buds and the portion size compared to the pricing is pretty damn good given the current state of food prices. The salad we chose with the potato was fresh too and again, a decent amount. I also had the brownie with custard which I think for the price (£3 at time of writing) is an absolute bargain. The ratio of brownie (moist and chocolatey) to custard was perfect, down to the last bite. The service was pretty good too and as always, they're quick to get your order ready.

I had a potato and it's was cold and had a puddings and I think they forget to add custard to the Milk. It's was like having hot milk.

Top service and good quality food at affordable prices. I made a pickup order through Deliveroo for a chicken balti panini, unfortunately there was no chicken balti left and so I opted for the lamb balti panini instead. The brother at the till gave me a free cookie and a cornflake tart even though it was not needed as a way of saying sorry even though I was happy with getting a lamb balti instead. It’s rare to see this kind of service and care for a customer and it’s definitely something I appreciate as most diner owners wouldn’t care and would just ask you to have something else. The fact that the brother went out of his way and gave me something without second thought or even me asking means a lot and I was happy with the service either way. Food was bang on and would come here again for definite. If you’re in the area definitely check them out, thank you guys

I've been here twice, the guy behind the counter is rude and my panini was just bread with some sauce on. Shame as I love potato oven, just not at this location.

Food is cheap and tasty so I would recommend if you want an easy lunch. However, it's a bit odd that they have a sign on the door asking people to wear a mask, but then none of the staff are wearing one.

Talk about value for money!! The potatoes are always fresh tasting, they haven't got that horrible "Been stood for ages taste" the fillings are gorgeous, the guys in the shop are friendly and always helpful, the shop itself is spotless.

We called here on the way home from mill houses park, food was lovely really enjoyed it..we had jacket potato's and paninis...very clean and a very friendly service

Fast and fresh food! A variety of fillings with your potato from tuna to lamb curry, sides, salads and so in . The servings are a good size, the prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. Cakes are fresh and lovely too.

The go to place for a great jacket potato. Generous with their fillings and the accompanying salad is as good as Subway with its choices. Great value and friendly service. They know my order when I walk in the door.

Great that you're open and serving food. Good distancing precautions in place but change your gloves after handling cash!

Great staff and consistently lovely food

Very nice, quick service and you can have any combination of filling. They also do a good range of milk shakes, many with a real chocolate bar wizzed in with the shake. Very reasonably prices as well. Eat in or take out.

The food is OK but we don't go anymore as everything is served in polystyrene containers even when you eat in. I would go again if they stopped using single use containers and cutlery. They generate a huge amount of waste which is unnecessary.

Visited a few times both to eat in and take out. I always come for a jacket potato, the portion sizes are extremely generous and for a cheap price too with really good quality, fresh ingredients. There is a variety of salad available on the side. The puddings available really nice. Also a good place for vegetarian options.

I go here for most of my lunch breaks. Staff are very friendly and is the healthiest place near where I work. Food is always high quality and there is always a wide selection to choose from. I have never had any problems here. The wide range of salad available compliments the meals perfectly! Price is also quite cheap in my opinion. If I go anywhere else nearby I can easily end up spending double what I spend here

I usually have jacket potato, cottage cheese and chicken tikka meat and i am never disappointed, been coming here for over a year. If your looking for a filling cheap bite, potato oven is a fab place to go.

Both the jacket potatoes and paninis are great so it can get real busy sometimes.

Been into The Potato Oven today and was disappointed, been a few times before and was very good. Today I was served by the looks of it, a Trainee who hadn't got a clue. The size of the potato has shrunk the salad portions from the cheese to the chicken tikka i had on it was terrible and dry as I know they microwaved it. Not Impressed as it was the Firvale Branch I went to. Hope it gets better as it's not bad. Good luck you need it

The milkshake was watery and the potato had turned dry which makes it difficult to eat after a few bites.

I love this place. Such fast service as gets very busy. Great value & delicious. Serves vegan both curry & beans potato toppings. Masses of lovely fresh salad. My friends rave about milkshakes but not my skill area- not vegan. X

They didn’t have cheese and onion Jacket potato and prawn Mayo. I liked the Meat muncher Panini.

We fed a family of 5 with food and drinks for £19. Chicken and lamb curry potatoes were delicious and well sized and had a subway-style choice of side salad. They have a dozen different milkshakes too which were also very nice. Only downsides were the toilets were out of paper, soap and the hand dryer didn't work, so maybe this would be a 4 star review, but if you're here for the food it's definitely a 5.

Never heard of a lamb balti panini, but wow! With a side salad only £3.30 - and they threw a square of chocolate cake in. Lovely staff and food in a fast-food cafe. Very recommended.

Wheelchair accessible - reasonable priced with varied fillings for the jacket spuds, salad fresh and crisp, also additional options of panninis, pasta and pasties on offer. Good selection of cakes as well. Staff who served us were polite. Kept the tables clean as soon as vacated they went to wipe and move anything left ready for next people.

Fantastic value jacket potatoes always ready with good range of fillings. Served with salad. Not the most comfy place, but great for a quick dinner. Been a couple of times and it’s always been good.

Clean and tidy enough inside. You get plenty of topping and side salad on your jacket potato and the banana ice cream milk shake is nice.

Saw this place thinking it would be a healthy alternative. I found it dirty, bland and practically inedible
