My husband and I walked the long way around from the Square and Compass to Trefin as it was a beautiful day (around 8km round trip).

Cafe annex gallery and does excellent breakfasts and sandwiches, also for take away. Had great egg Benedict here with 2 sandwiches to go. Atmosphere is basic but warm in a way. Simple. Lady of the place very friendly. Only tip, make a bit stronger coffees. For the rest, thanks for the food!

Wavecrest Cafe

15/05/2019: Wonderful staff serve wonderful food in a cafe with a wonderful view. The bay is owned by the National Trust and is well worth a walk around the headlands. The food is exceptional with all sorts food and specials prepared in mouth watering ways.
30/03/2019: Having just walked to West Angle Bay from Castlemartin on the Pembroke Coast Path, the Wavecrest Café was a very welcome sight. We sat on the benches outside in the unseasonal sunshine resting our legs and enjoying a lovely cup of coffee, some chocolate snacks and an ice cream whilst taking in the view and the daily activity going on in the estuary, the ferries, the tankers and the Navy boats going about their business. Really enjoyable break from our walking and very reasonably priced.

Salvage Bar

22/05/2019: We called in on a Saturday about 6 hoping to get a table, we were asked to wait for a few minutes and we were lucky enough to get a table, the staff were brilliant, we got menu's and drinks.
19/04/2019: My family actually went to Harbwr twice during our stay in Saundersfoot, largely because it was one of the few places catering for vegan diets. We enjoyed all of the dishes that we tried over the two visits and appreciated the interesting range of local beers. Service was friendly and welcoming.
