Lovely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Roast dinner was excellent And the choice of desserts was great Good value too

Normally visit the Newhouse in Motherwell but after being at B&Q thought we would pop in for a bit of lunch. The girl recommended the fish and chips - it was huge! My friend had the curry. Really nice. We were too full up for pudding - next time!

we visited on saturday afternoon with my kids and had a great time, we were looked after by lynsey, she was very knowledgeable for my picky eaters and made us feel very at ease, we fill certainly be back in the future. thanks again!

I visited on Monday with friends for drinks and a bite to eat outside in the sun. For a Monday it looked busy but the service was still fast and there was no wait time for food or drink. We were given the option to order at our table or to go to the bar.

Visited restaurant on Sunday past at 1115 for breakfast wait inside door for several minutes without an seeing any staff at all. Eventually staff member of appeared asking if our visit was for breakfast,we r too no late. The place was extremely quiet with very few customers very disappointing. Not a very customer friendly staff.

2 for £8.99 Stopped in for 2 for £8.99 on Monday Lunch time. My partner had cheese and mushroom burger and I had smothered chicken. Food was good and service was quick. Always enjoy the Lee Burn.

As always, can’t fault this place. Brought my nephew in for a quick lunch and ate in the bar. Service was quick, staff were friendly, especially Craig, and the 2 meals for £8.99 is a bargain

Had a nice lunch that was spoiled when a £100 parking fine letter came through the door for using their car park. Called and was told I should have scanned the QR code on my phone! Although there are apparently signs in the restaurant advising you to do this it was not mentioned to us by any of the staff. Thankfully the Lee Burn cancelled the charge but I won’t be back because of this! Unnecessary stress!!!

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, staff are friendly and very accommodating. We opted to sit outside then changed out mind after starters staff seated us inside no problem.

Had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant with my family on Saturday 24th July at 3pm. The staff were all welcoming and friendly from arrival and the food was delicious. Katie and Lindsay looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed and are a credit to your company. We will be back soon.

After a poor experience at the restaurant attached to the Premier Inn at Edinburgh Park we were a bit apprehensive about this one but the difference between the two was pretty marked. We were made to feel very welcome, our orders were taken correctly and the food was well cooked and served quickly. That is what you want at breakfast, it makes for a good start to the day.

Me and my partner come to Scotland from England for a work trip. We came to this pub for breakfast and dinner every night and morning. It was amazing! The food was great, staff was lovely! Helpful! Menu was Brilliant and full!! I couldn’t of picked anywhere better.Hopefully if we come back we can come back here

Visited The Lee burn today for some lunch with my mum and nephew and cannot fault the service we received. Have always enjoyed coming here for food/drinks because the staff are always lovely. We sat inside and watched the tennis in the bar and then went out into the beer garden to enjoy the sun. The app on the table is brilliant, ordering was so easy and drinks arrived very quickly. Will definitely be back!

Came in with some friends to watch the football. Easy to use QR code to order drinks without even leaving the table. A few tables did seem to struggle but bar staff were happy to take orders the old fashioned way. Plenty of seats and tvs to watch the game, will be back shortly!

Popped in for a quick lunch whilst out and about, had the two for £8.99 menu. Food was good and service was quick.

I came in on Wednesday for dinner with colleges service was slow starters sent back chicken wings were cold fish and chips were soggy realy disappointed won't be back

Stayed at the premier Inn next door to this pub, had. Breakfast and dinner here for a couple of days.Meals were good and service was not rushed.Most importantly for me, the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you, without being intrusive (actually waited until you were well into the meal before asking if everything was okay, unlike most places).Made me want to come back.

Visited The Lee Burn today for the first time with my husband & son. It won’t be the last time. The food was delicious & service first class. Our server Scott was friendly, chatty & attentive, keeping us update with things like your drinks are on their way, your meals are just being plated up etc. Also the 2 meals for £8.99 was an amazing deal considering the delicious meals & portion sizes we were served.

Booked table for 18:30 we waited 20 mins before anyone came over to take drink and food order not sure if they had been busy earlier but was not busy. We ordered a starter it came within about 20 mins. We were still waiting at 19:50 for mains to arrive. Floor under the table was grubby with chips.Food was ok I had a gammon steak which was very dry. Don't think we will be hurrying back.

Just left the Leeburn. Staff very helpful food fresh and nice. Wee man spilled his drink and got a free replacement, not many places do that. Will be back. Great service

Met up with family today in the Leeburn. Really nice atmosphere and was really busy at lunch which was good to see. We all enjoyed our meals and my son enjoyed the baked cookie smores which looked delicious.Service was fantastic by all and we will definitely be back!

Despite being local, I don't go to this restaurant often, as I found it pretty average previously. Tonight I had my Christmas dinner (with my bubble) at The Leeburn & could not praise them highly enough.The tables were well spaced out, one way systems, staff in masks, customers encouraged to mask up unless seated. Nothing to give me any worries (and I am pretty Covid paranoid).The food was really good. Too many places struggle to cope with the demands of Christmas dinners. Perhaps the reduced capacity helped, but every course was out hot & fresh & at a good pace. No one had any complaints.Best of all, the staff & service was perfect. Seriously, I've paid a lot of money to higher end restaurants and not had better service. Nothing was a problem. Staff were always there when needed, without hovering.... I really cannot think of a single thing that they could have improved.I'll definitely be back, when allowed.

Brilliant service, on this occasion by Megan & Ayleigjs (not sure I've spelled that right). Great food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Always our first thought of where to go for something to eat. Absolutely recommend the breakfast.

Visited here with my son and sister and cannot fault it. We were shown to our table and Craig talked us through the one way system and outlined the safety measures in place. The food arrived quickly and it was lovely! Cannot fault the food or the service and we were very happy with the covid measures which made the experience even more enjoyable. Had a dinner in here before it closed again. I had chicken and ribs then a churro sundae. Really good food. Second visit since all the restaurants opened back up. Be back for a third visit once we're allowed!

Went to lunch with a friend and was served by Megan and Marion they were both very kind and very helpful great attitude and great service. Megan took our order and even though I am a fussy eater and asked things to be taken off she made me feel at ease and was very kind! The food was lovely and came just the way I asked for it we had a great time :) my new favourite place love the atmosphere!

We visited for a family meal out before the local lockdown. Food was lovely. Waitress called Lynsey was really helpful with the new covid procedures in place and made sure we all felt at ease. She was also very efficient in checking if the food was OK and if we needed more drinks. Will definitely be returning when restrictions ease again!

We went here for a bite to eat as a late celebration for my daughters birthday. We were greeted by Kathryn at the door who explained the one way system and measures in place for covid, all with a smile on her face! The food was lovely, however there was a mix up with a burger, but that was quickly resolved by our server. All in all, a pleasant evening with lovely staff that couldn't have done more to make it a nice meal

We popped in on the way home last night however did not have a booking. The manager was able to squeeze us in however definitely book if you don't want to be turned away as it was very busy (Eat out scheme). Craig was really good in explaining all the changes since reopening and our food was served quickly. Definitely will be visiting again soon.

Went here today with my mum and grandad. Stood for 5minutes waiting to be seated which is fine for me but not my 89 year old grandad who isn't steady on his feet. The goujons were tough and over cooked. The potato and leak soup was terribly thick, the fish was soggy and disgusting and the chips were no better. The staff however were brilliant. Very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately we will not return as the food was inadequate. £45 for a 3 course each with 2 wines and 2 juices. The fact that this was 50% off is a disgrace for the quality. If we had the meal without the 50% I would have been raging. Over all disgusting food but fabulous staff. Without the lovely staff my star rating would have been 1.

The Leeburn was a favourite pre lockdown hoever, visited on 5/8 for lunch. The staff were as usual excellent the food was ok, but wow can they now charge , without the 50% government subsidy it would have been totally unacceptable price to pay for quantity or quality, I regret that until they review there pricing we will not return,

Great service form Alister at the bar made my visit very welcoming nice and quite just as I like it will definitely be coming back to try the food next time

Great fast and friendly food was great food portions were hugh.I haven't been to the Lee burn it was very friendly and warm inside I would definitely have a return visit from my family.It was a very fast service as will didnt have to wait for anything.

Great food fantastic service from Megan always looking after all of us .14 of us arrived and straight away met with a warm welcome and anything we can do for you . A mixture of main menu and set menu food all was good no problems will definitely be back.

We called into the LeeBurn in East Kilbride on a cold and wet afternoon.....nothing unusual there...... to be greeted by friendly Staff and a great atmosphere. The staff on duty particularly Kathryn, Megan and Preomezek made our stay very enjoyable. They are a credit to your company. The food was very tasty and satisfying.

I visit the place regular but last time and this time just confirmed it don’t know if new chief or run differentlly but quality of food not so good got curry and rice was lumpy and nan bread you could have battered off table and chicken no so nice did say to server and she did say we should have said at start of meal and offered free drink or coffee but it has left a bad taste and don’t think I will be back.

Over priced, we went last week for breakfast a family of 4. There were 11 others there , so we took our seats. Then we were asked to move into the area where the breakfast is laid out. it was like sardines in a can. Anyway no coffee, we had to wait, no pancakes or crumpets, again had to wait. When they were bought out they disappeared because of people waiting. we got told " there's plenty of cereal to eat". No thanks I'm not paying £7.99 each for a bowl of cereal. After 15 mins the lady placed 3 pancakes on our table, between 4 of us. That was us. As we we're leaving they bought in a cooked breakfast for the next table £9.99. They got the order wrong the customer got fried eggs instead of scrambled and no sausage. Both breakfasts are overpriced. Service is poor. The worst£31.96 we have ever spent. Never again.

Went to the LEEBURN for Christmas Dinner, remembering last year's meal was awful, this year was a massive improvement. All our meals were served lovely and hot and were very nice and tasty the service was as usual for Xmas workers was exceptional. The staff are a credit to this establishment no matter when you visit they are always friendly. This is a Marked difference to last year, made for a very enjoyable visit

The medium sirloin steak with sweet potato fries was delicious. Have with English mustard or sauce if you prefer. Recorderlig alcohol free cider goes well with 0. 75l of still water. Steak £15

Our favourite place to spend time! Whether we are in for a meal or late evening drink we always get the same friendly, welcoming service from all the staff! We have been coming here regularly for 4-5 years now and have never had a bad meal or anything to complain about. The staff remember what food & drink we regularly order & the extra sour cream I like with my favourite Potato dippers!!! Food is always good - Coming for our 3rd or 4th Christmas Dinner here! It’s lovely to come somewhere when you know all the staff and can completely relax.

Arrived early for a drink their was 14 of us my niece's 21st birthday seated promptly ordered fairly quickly food was delicious and service was really good a special shout out to Megan our waitress for making our night special will be back.

Didn’t have a lot of the things on the menu which is looking a bit tired to begin with. The dishes are not freshly prepared either. The decor of the place could do with a makeover. And my husband and i waited for about 4 minutes to be seated meanwhile people who work there were walking past us and not saying a word! Could do with proper customer service.

I eat here often and am always delighted with the excellent service we receive. Staff are particularly nice and very happy to help. The food is always good honest and wholesome, well prepared and well proportioned.

Went here last week for our sons 15th birthday. Very clean and tidy. The staff are great and the food is well prepared and tasty. Popped in for breakfast while my car was being serviced in the garage next door. Marion was lovely, so welcoming and informative. Plenty of continental selection that was self service and the plated hot food was delicious.

Had such lovely food in here the first night, we went back for a second night! Burger was delicious, as was the lamb. Staff really friendly. Service quick. All very good.

Staff especially manager extremely rude!!! After questioning about a drink order manager got very rude with us then told us to leave. Will never step foot in that place again

Popped into the Leeburn for an early tea, was welcomed warmly as always..escorted to a waiting table and drink order taken whilst we perused the extensive enticing menu. Service is excellent here and it makes you want to return again and again. I usually have a special request and nothing is too difficult for the chef's to do. Staff are very pleasant and so helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant/pub is very pleasant and relaxing.

The Lee Burn has many pluses the most important of which for most, like me, is that they serve really good food at reasonable prices and do this with a smile. If you are thinking of trying their 2 mains menu for £8.99 and like fish and chips then I can recommend upgrading the fish to haddock for an extra £1.99.

Clearly the waitress Megan didn’t want to be here. Found her rude and made it a bad experience, food was good.

family meal out. spur of the moment so we didnt book a table but they managed to find us a table. Large selection of drinks and a really good menu. We went for the steak perfectly cooked medium, and the huge burgers they have. Food was hot and well presented. Staff were brilliant, our waitress was Olivia, fabulous cheery friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend this restaurant for a good meal out at a very reasonable price.

The food tasted like a cheap ready meal, the grilled chicken was like rubber and the ribs looked like it was cooked in a microwave just has my wifes mic n cheese only thing that was freash was the side salad and I put money on that also been pre-made some where else, The severs was just ok nothing special, drinks where over priced.

Why do I need to repeat myself and give an honest review of how bad an experience we all had here lately. I was going to give it a 1 star but one the waiters was spot on and didn't like to do that. That is where it ends. the food was so bad I thought I had walked into Iceland with a microwave/seriously do you have any chefs or just someone pinging buttons, my lasagna was inedible, ....The quality of food was very poor and we left very disheartened.

Went for lunch with 2 kids & hubby. I had bacon, chicken club sandwich which was very dry. Chicken had obviously been cooked in a George foreman type grill and had no seasoning, was tough and dry. Bacon was so crispy it disintegrated before I got a chance to eat it. The kids burgers were awful. Really dry and lumped in between 2 hard bits of roll. The quality of the burgers appeared really good as well but with zero seasoning and again thrown in between 2 hot plates any taste is gone. The chips were beautiful though & the girl who served us is why I gave 3 instead of 2. So polite & courteous but also friendly & welcoming. We used to frequent here quite a bit and the food was always nice but don’t think I would come back. Wasn’t busy either for a Saturday afternoon on pay weekend which is never a good sign. I hope it gets back to its former self soon as the establishment itself is lovely & homely.

Staying local I decided to eat at this place. When I arrived I was greeted by some very friendly staff members who couldn't do enough for you.

I came to the Lee burn for a last minute birthday drink with a few friends a few weeks ago and could not have been more impressed with the service! the atmosphere was relaxed and the waitresses/bar staff were all attentive and personable. We were served by a lovely girl (we think called Erin) who had memorised our order, made a fuss over it being my birthday and was just a very pleasant hostess!

Went here for a catch up lunch with my cousins. Two of us shared starter portion of Chicken Goujons and a huge Chicken Club sandwich with skinny fries. My other cousin had Classic Fish 'n' Chips. It was all delicious and our waitress was a friendly and helpful delight. Afterward we had white coffees. The Lee Burn has a very pleasant ambiance. Its like being invited to a friend's home for dinner very comfortable and relaxing. No loud ,annoying music,just peace and quiet. Very important for satisfying chat. Our total bill was £28 for 3 people.Well worth a visit.

Hi all we visited this pub one lovely sunny afternoon for a Sunday Carvery this was NOT a carvery it was a simple Sunday roast dinner. Sorry I like helping myself to extra gravy and veg. Very misleading. TOP TIP head on to the Harvester

Have been a regular visitor here for years. Recently though, seems there’s an issue with colleague morale and standards have definitely slipped. On our last visit I was given a glass which was completely covered in lip stick marks, not just one which could have been missed. When I returned it to the bar, the bloke inspected the glass as if I was stupid and proceeded to pour the wine from that glass to another!!! Surely a fresh drink was in order??? Many tables in the bar area were uncleared when the place wasn’t busy. We were weekly visitors, seems we’ll be going to the Crooked Lumb from now on - shame :(

Firstly I would like to thank the Lovely Megan a breath of fresh air who interacts with the customers and you can tell actually enjoys her job a very rare event with some servers.She went above and beyond and that’s why I will go back shortly as rapore makes a meal much more enjoyable and the service was quick & efficient had a slight problem which was sorted instantly no quibbles now thats good service.As a group we all agreed she deserved a large tip.

A colleague and I are regulars for the 2 meals for £8.99 deal which is great value considering the quality of the food and portion sizes.

Today's lunch experience for 6 adults was awful...no fish..no lettuce !chunky chips were skinny....sauce arrived after we were finished awful service will not go back

As a lone diner the staff could not have been accommodating and attentive I had breaded garlic mushrooms to start with a salad topped with grilled halloumi and some garlic flat bread on the side good quality food at a reasonable price, I work away quite a bit and eat out alone and this was probably the longest time I have spent dining in a restaurant, Thank you team

This restraunt is brilliant, I went with my family for my dad's father's day. The food is excellent, and great nice staff. Lovely pub and restaurant. Would highly recommend it to anybody.

Another great visit, food was very nice, Olivia our server was very pleasant and kept checking that we had everything we needed, Chris the manager also came and spoke to us to see that everything was going well with our visit, have been to the Leeburn a few times and always had a lovely evening.

My colleague and I both ate two courses from the Christmas menu at only £13.99. I had the festive burger - would def recommend. Our waitron was attentive and our glasses never went empty. Would definitely eat here again.
