I waited for 2 hours for an update on an order, before being reliably informed that there are more important people that take priority before I.

Terrible!!!! Arrived late, our food was not as described nor was it remotely warm. Prawns that could rival any rubber!!! What a waste of money. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy tepid food that tastes nothing as described!!

We love imperials munchy box it arrived in 25 minutes (when the takeaway is quite a distance) and hot. The ribs are to die for and fall off the bone. Tasty tasty tasty ❤️

Both enjoyed different meals (Special Chow Mein + Beef Curry Chips). Delivered quickly (we did order early). Both meals hot and tasty and reasonably priced

Ordered a few times from here and always deliciously tasting and delivered on time if not earlier than planned.

Phoned them, couldn't care less they were over 30 mins late - didn't even ask for the order number just said well i can't find your address so your food must be out for delivery! Rude unhelpful - won't order again!!

Delivery quick, shame about the quality and quantity of food. Three small pieces of steak and bland peking sauce. Really disappointed

To start, the food was an hour and fifteen minutes late. Ordered to come at 8, the restaurant then added 25 minutes on, not too bad. At 8.50, still had not come. Attempted to phone the restaurant engaged for fifteen minutes. Checked my just eat account, it said delivered! Attempted for a further fifteen minutes to get through still engaged. Finally knock at the door, "Chinese?" and then walked away. no sorry its late, didn't even get free crackers on an order over £23. One dish was good, one ok, one very bland. If you're happy to wait for over an hour for an underwhelming meal, Imperial is the takeaway for you.

food was nice but was late. ordered at 19:47 and was estimated for 20:35. another 30 minutes got added on to this so was estimated for 21:05. the food didn’t show up until 21.47 which was nearly 2 hours of waiting for food.

That food was absolutely lovely, I will never use another chinese again x so pleased I highly recomend this x

I’ve ordered from them before and never had a problem this is why when my food was late and Luke warm I was shocked, although it still tasted nice as ever just had to give it a warm

Ordered squid rings they were so over cooked the squid had practically disappeared and the batter was disgusting. The Sauce came in a bag!?! The duck chow mein was very average. Totally disappointed.

Ordered food, restaurant called later to say they don't deliver as distance was too far, therefore food never came. Ordered elsewhere.

Deliveries do not turn up unless you want to wait nearly 2 hours. Ordered from here twice this week. First order arrived in 95mins. Benefit of the doubt first time. However the 2nd had still not arrived after 100mins. I had to cancel the order as I was told it had still not left premises when I called.

Due for delivery at 21.55pm, didnt arrive until 22.30pm. No apology or anything. Disappointing

took ages to make the order then when arrived the crispy seaweed wasn't crispy nor sweet, rather sour. sweet and sour chicken and beef in black bean was very runny sauce, pretty tasteless too. felt like I'd had the slimming world version but the boiled rice was ok

QUICK delivery time but chip tasted like they we RE warmed and I have had better spring rolls with more filling as they were bearly any filling in their and the beef chow main was too dry

The Food was delivered within 10 mins of order. Which did ring worry bells as to how. However Other than the fact that Spring Rolls were Re Heated. It was probably the best Chinese Food I have ever tasted. In 60 yrs ive eaten Chinese food all over the World. WOW well done Sirs.....

Delivery came on time! Driver was friendly but the food was absolutely shocking!!! Curry had no taste at all and the chicken chow mein was a disgrace as I have never seen chicken like it before?? Tiny bits of chicken and dry noodles cost ova £15 what a waste of money!!!

The order turned up 10 minutes after we ordered. The chips where the scrapoy ends out of the bag and hard. We ordered 8 spring rolls and received 6. Both chow meins were dry and very unappetising. The chicken was like rubbet. Everything went in the bin. Its a shame because we have had some great foi.od from here. We wont order again

Absolute awful!!! Rice was rock hard and curry was watery and taste and so was my boyfriends. We always order from here and it is normally nice. My sister had ordered the same night aswell and hers was awful 2! Never again! And they also forgot our pop!

Excellent, past deliveries have been late and cold food but they seem to have picked up on this, my delivery was 30 minutes, quicker than expected and hot.

Bland and tasteless - when we ordered our delivery time was confirmed as 19.35 - food arrived at 20.10 - won't be ordering from here again!

Took an hour and a half to come

Ordered 2 chow mains. 1 was liquidated and the other was dry as a desert. We also got the squid rings but they managed to forget the dip. Disappointed with this once great takaway. Top wok is the best.

My egg fried rice tasted like egg My Chrispy shredded beef tasted like beef and my chicken chow main tasted like noodle and chicken

Chips just like from a kebab shop and no fee prawn crackers like every other restaurant and we spent over £20

Food was ordered for 19:40. Resteraunt on receipt of the order added twenty minutes taking it to 20:00. Food was actually delivered at 20:25. Food was gorgeous but delivery time disappointing.

Arrived ahead of the given time. We always order from here, every week, however this week was disappointing. The chips were over cooked and chewy like cardboard. The spring roll was also very greasy and tasted like burnt oil. Overall, it read very disappointing

Loved it. Beautifully tasty food. I made a request when I placed my order and the restaurant met my request to perfection. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to have had more of the sticky, tasty sweet and sour sauce of the gods. Perfect treat for a Sunday night! :)

My food was cold and arrived one hour earlier than the time I selected for it to be delivered. I love this takeaway but it's a shame I will not be ordering from here again. 2 times I have selected a time for my order to be delivered and twice it has come an hour early.

Food was delivered hot & was very tasty + they found us (eventually) we're on a new build site & not everyone finds us. Would happily order from imperial again.

Over 2 hour wait for delivery, had to ring twice before they even cooked our food. They offered us a free meal, asked for ribs and just some prawn crackers. They didn't even give prawn crackers.

Prawn crackers disappointed it's not fresh , it's looks like a left over crackers, most are broken into pieces. Got those in my house but I'm lazy to cook that's why I ordered. But the rest of my order was delicious.

This is generally my favourite takeaway however was a little disappointed with our food last night especially the chips they were over cooked and hard
