We visited this restaurant for the first time and enjoyed a very tasty and slightly different type of lunch. Interesting menu and a super atmosphere. A nice quiet spot in the street and on a warm sunny day you can eat outside. Will visit again and already recommended to friends.

My wife and I visited to for lunch. Although we have been to the Brasserie on numerous occasions. This was the first time for awhile that I was able to book a table. This as to be the best restaurant in Hythe and testament to this is trying to book a table. Our lunch was superb and it was nice to have a chat to Darragh before we left. You can ask anyone which is the place to eat in Hythe and they will always say ‘The Hythe Brasserie ‘. It’s well worth a visit even if you are disappointed the first time you try and book a table. The wait will be well worth it.

Aspendos Restaurant

01/08/2018: This restaurant is run like a well oiled machine. Customers are clearly important and staff are accordingly on the ball. Their distinctive waistcoats indicate the team spirit and they collectively deliver the goods. The food is very good. You can observe the grilling through a glass panel and the smell of charcoal filters into the restaurant and whets the appetite.
14/04/2018: Recently visited this restaurant again while visiting Folkestone. We were a party of 4 and this time we tried different cuisine. We all share plates of appetizers including garlic mushrooms, fried squid, fafelal, and pizza. Staff provided us flat bread and olives. Our mains were a chicken with rice meal and mine was the lamb shank whIch tasted fab. The portion sizes were very big. The Turkish beer is very good with the spicy food. Rice pudding for dessert and baklava. Glad we revisited Aspendos
