It is a quaintly renovated old mill with lots of quirky character—not what you expect from the outside! It was quiet when we arrived for brunch, and we were given the full attention of the friendly and welcoming staff. The chicken fajita melt was a generous portion & very tasty. The bread was crisp & the dressing delicious. We also had a steak sandwich with pepper sauce. The meat was of excellent quality, thick, and juicy. The portions were generous & the menu was affordably priced; we will be back for sure! Leaving via the rustic bar on the ground floor we could smell the sweet aroma of the peat fire & hear the clinking Guinness glasses..... tempting on such a cold day. A hidden gem that is well worth a visit.

Fantastic and welcoming restaurant with great facilities, wonderful grounds and super hosts. Not for the first time we visited with grandparents, adults and kids. A larger group is catered for with ease and care. The food was high quality. We had everything form muscles to burgers to spicy chicken to kids goujons. Thanks to Eilish & team.

This establishment has a kids menu,.. I have no idea why as it in my view does not welcome the presence of children… The request is to have kids who sit in silence and eat their meal.. obviously my parenting skills are inferior to the helicopter waitresses… who’s judgmental over burdening attitude resulted in a rushed meal with the only aim being to leave as soon as possible… I will never be back… basic food anyway, attempting to wrap itself with a fine dining… more diner/basic B meal.

Booked for Sunday lunch with family after visiting the animal farm. The restaurant has been very nicely renovated and is clean and welcoming. The Sunday lunch was very nice and its so nice to finally find a restaurant that roasts vegetables instead of boiling them within an inch of their life. The beef was so tender and fell apart and the portion size was amble and it is the only place I have ever had a home made Yorkshire pudding. My only criticism was that the mashed potato or the gravy was over seasoned with pepper I am not sure which one it was but it was overpowering and unpleasant. I always think its best to let diners season their own food. The set menu is exceptional value for money. The desserts let the meal down the sticky toffee pudding was unpleasant to eat and they did not match the quality of the starters or mains it was such a shame had they have been as good I would have no problem in giving the restaurant a 5 * review. The other reason I took a star off was the staff although pleasant enough they lack experience such as asking if you need more drinks or asking if there is anything you need you have to call them over constantly to ask for condiments or drinks and they took an age to take our dessert order I had to go and find someone in the end as we wanted to get back to the animal farm before it closed. I would recommend the establishment and hope they take my comments on board and just put right these few areas for our next visit.

Travelled from just outside Banbridge to try this restaurant. Was it worth it? Absolutely! The food was fantastic and the staff superb. Beautiful setting in an old mill. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and took time after our lunch to show us around. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Very disappointed. Inexperienced staff. No Rosé wine. Kid ordered fish ‘goujons’ and got fish fingers. Charged for the peppered sauce that came with the stake. I ordered my sauce on the side of my main and it came out on top, plus it was extremely salty and ruined my dinner. Drink was over priced. £125.60 for the bill and we weren’t asked at payment was everything ok. Not accessible for disabilities.very high steep stairs. Pint of Rockshore was as dead a hector !Empty glass sat on the table the whole time we were seated.

Staff was very inexperienced, food was very salty, my daughter ordered fish gushons and got fish fingers. My wife's food should of had sauce separate but came on the food. The beer was as dead as Elvis and over priced. Had better food in McDonald's and it didn't cost 125.00. The flies were very annoying also.

We went for lunch which did not disappoint, the food was amazing and our waitress was so friendly and accommodating. We also visited the petting Farm on site which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends and definitely can't wait to go back

This is a fairly unique venue in that it's got more than one thing going on so can offer different attractions to different people. We were there as part of a group and so they had placed us on the top floor, which really suited us. The venue is a great layout and decor really creative but the stars of the show are the food and staff! All the staff want to look after you and make the visit special. I know we'll be back shortly

Great pizza. Great staff. But 70p for a spoonful of BBQ sauce. Come on. !!! That's extortionate by any standard.!!!!!!!!
