Excellent place to stay before beginning the West Highland Way . Even allowed us to leave our car . Friendly and helpful staff

This was a good place to stay before we started on The West Highland Way. Room was spacious, and comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful

Stayed there for 5 nights as part of our trip to Scotland. The Hotel is clean, close to shops , buses, parks and other places to visit.The staff were friendly and helpful. With covid 19 they only cleaned rooms on departure, but if you needed any in between cleaning to freshen up room or extra pillows towels etc you let reception know and it was sorted. Between The premier Inn and the Beef eater next door we had a lovely time

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights over the New Year period . The room was clean and spacious and the staff very good . Went to the Beefeater next door for one evening meal and two breakfasts , the breakfasts wer lovely large choice of cerals , cooked breakfast done to order and fresh fruit .

We stayed here for our start of our hike of the West Highland Way. It was perfectly located for that. It was a short walk to town Center where the start of the hike was. We got in early in the morning from our all night flight and were able to check in right away. That was fantastic as we were exhausted. The staff checking us in were super welcoming and helpful, giving us suggestions on where to go to pick up a few items we needed.

The meal ordered, the first downside was the waitress returned to advise that the flatbread starter was sold out. Undeterred the steaks were available and arrived cooked to order and thoroughly enjoyable. My dessert was rather disappointing and looked nothing like the berry merangue in the picture so a full point off for that.

We booked 3 rooms for 5 of us going home to Milngavie from London where we now live. Can't find fault with the Highland Gate Premier Inn in Milngavie, immaculate, comfortable, spacious rooms, lovely staff and the onsite Beefeater doing great breakfasts and meals, see seperate review. To top it all the price was amazing, it was mum's treat and she couldn't believe how reasonable the room bill was!

This premier in is newly furnished and very clean. Staff very nice and helpful, was given a late checkout no problems. Room rate cheapest in area and no extra charge to have child with me which other hotels in area charge for. Very happy with stay, they even give your money back if you sleep is disturbed for some reason, also child breakfast free with adult.

The excellent breakfast was a great way to start the West Highland Way walk. The hotel attached to the restaurant provided a good night's sleep the night before. The room was clean, quiet and the bed comfortable.

Struttura nuova, pulita e luminosa, camera familiare ampia. Il ristorante offre piatti classici e una buona varietà. C'è nel locale un'area dedicata ai bimbi ben organizzata. La posizione è un po' in periferia, ma in due minuti si raggiunge il centro città.

Although it is slightly out of town, this is a comfortable hotel and we had a big room, which was great for getting all our gear sorted out for the WHW. Also, it is right by a Waitrose, so we could pick up a few last minute things. The staff were really helpful and very used to walkers. Good breakfast too!

I live in London but was returning to my hometown, sadly for a funeral. 3 of us booked 2 rooms in the Highland Gate premier Inn, paid upfront and checked in online. Not only was the whole experience easy but the rooms were clean and very comfortable, I only wish I could have a lie in now in the fabulous hypnos bed! Staff were as lovely and friendly as only Glasgow folk can be and there's a really nice Beefeater attached for any meals you require. Will be back for a more relaxed stay!

We visited this restaurant for family birthday dinner the food was good and the staff were very friendly although they were a bit short on staff the restaurant was not busy at all but we waited about 20 min for our drink after the waitress took our order after we returned home then discovered we had been charged for another tables desserts and drinks as i say not staffs fault just seamed a bit light for a sunday

My wife and I dined here as we were staying in the adjoining Premier Inn, and have been here before on many occasions. As usual the bar staff and waiting staff were on top form, and efficient as always. What made it even better this time is that the Asst Mgr (Andrew) remembered us from many months ago, and that we live in Manchester. Also of note were Gemma in the bar and Steven in the restaurant, who alerted me to their Reward Club scheme, excellent service. We look forward to returning next month.

The staff are always very efficient and helpful in a busy restaurant . Table service in the restaurant or dine in the bar if you desire . Dinner and breakfast freshly cooked never had a poor meal . Always happy when booked into this Premier Inn.

Excellent two night stay here for three of us. Special thank you to Rebecca, an outstanding member of staff, who did everything she could to make sure we had a great visit. Excellent accommodation, and we will be back when we next go to Glasgow.

Cuando nos íbamos, nos parecía invisible aunque el personal era en las inmediaciones. En general, fue una visita muy decepcionante y no estar dispuestos a volver. El personal parecía totalmente perder de vista de nosotros. También el restaurante era muy frío y mi suegra. tenía que recurrir a poner en su chaqueta.

Llegué a este hotel el viernes 16 de mayo y a la izquierda el domingo 18 de mayo. El personal es muy agradable y no tengo ninguna queja sobre la calidad de la habitación. El gran problema es que el desayuno se toma en el Beefeater al lado. Llegamos al desayuno el sábado a las 8.30 am la izquierda en 9,05 am y aún no había recibido mi "caliente" desayuno. Vi lo que estaba ocurriendo y empezó a tener un desayuno frío. El domingo por la mañana llegué a las 8.30 am y pedí mi "caliente" desayuno enseguida. Esto llegó 35 minutos más tarde! y no era muy bueno. El problema que tienen es un cocinero haciendo el desayuno y sólo 1 camarera tener que sirven y ordenado para todo el restaurante. Aparte del desayuno del hotel es buena. Mi único problema es que tengo que volver, ya que estaba reservado para mí para asistir a una reunión, en el 6° fin-8 de junio.

We visited after a drive to Loch Lomondside and were disappointed.The waitress took our order without writing it down and after a wait of 20 minutes we were informed that it had not been put into kitchen.When the starter arrived the bread was hard and the butter was frozen.The soup had large dollops of cream in it and if you were lactose intolerant it would be sent back.The haddock was overcooked and the batter was hard,which is why many restaurants now prepare their own batter and serve it fresh.The staff were busy but lacked direction.Would not return.
