Food good but unfortunately the salad for the kebab was missing

in the chicken tika chasni meals there was hardly any chicken in it for the price you expect a decent meal not about 6 bits of chicken

Food was nice and fresh and still warm when arrived. only annoying thing was is that there was only 1 bit of chicken pakora in our munchie box and the rest was mushroom pakora.

Order over £20 I was supposed to receive extras for free. I never received this

normally this place is really good, but the food was really really poor tonight. chips and cheese look as if someone put the cheese into the box and then dumped the chips straight on top. this caused the cheese to melt and congeal into one big block. The onion bhajis were swimming in grease, I realise they are deep-fried, but they should be drained off before packaging. the grease coated all of the other boxes I grease too. the mixed kebab (chicken and lamb) was overly chewy

AWFUL, DISGUSTING. Order was late, tasted awful, cheese & chips were solidified to the shape of the box. VULGAR

Food was delivered on time and was piping hot. It was full of flavour and had a nice little kick to it, which we both like. Great start to the evening. Would definitely go here again when back in the area.

Amazing Food.. ordered paneer tikka was delicious, chicken chasny amazing as always.. also got lovely free salad which I love and poppadoms . 100% recommend heera.. always the best Indian in renfrew.

Order was delayed first off then a further 45 minute delay after estimated time said 1810-1830 order arrived at 1915 food was cool and naan bread soggy after sitting in polythene bag for that amount of time. 2 phone calls to restaurant to chase up order. Not the usual standard. Very disappointed tonight as no apology given

Herra is the best Indian Renfrew hands down

First time we have ordered a takeaway from here. It definitely won’t be our last. The food was amazing! Excellent portion sizes. All three curries were really tasty. This is our new go to for an Indian. Would definitely recommend.

Food was all very bland and couldnt tell the difference between the three curries we had due to the lack of flavour. Pakora batter was soft and no crisp at all to it. Naans were very thin and luke warm when arrived.

Asked for delivery at 6pm and the driver was at the door for exactly 6pm. Quality and quantity of food excellent as always.

Best restaurant in renfrewshire. Food is always to the highest standard, fresh and quick. Staff always helpful and nothing is too much for them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a chicken tikka masala

Says food delivered at 7.20 pm but it hasn’t arrived yet at 7:50pm (35mins late). When it did arrive it was cold and had to be reheated.

Can actually say that was the best takeaway I’ve had in a long time! Chicken pakora was amazing, I had the mixed Shiah kebab, unbelievable, tried all the Indians around Renfrew this is by far the best! Magic!

Had from heera several times before & tonight was very poor, sauce in the Korma was really watery, the Nan bread was that crispy I questioned it might have been deep fried 🙈 mixed pakora was really oily too. Really disappointing tonight :(

I had ordered king prawn tandoori for my husband which came over cooked, completely uneatable. I’m addition, my husband didn’t even know they were prawns because they had been flattened. Definitely wouldn’t order here again

Set meal was superb, mixed pakora starter so fresh. lamb buhna, ch tikka butter and chasni, all full of flavour. Different quality, not like what you get from a typical kebab place. Real Indian food. See you again soon Heera. keep it up👍

Ordered food for a set time of 20:30 and didn’t receive it till 21:05 which is unacceptable.

Very disappointed with food, soggy nan, pakora dry & hard, both meat & veg. No meat in one or main dishes, tub of sauce only? Never order anything again. Worst Indian meal ever had.

I was pleased the meal came early. However the tikka lamb was chewy and not pleasant. The (complimentary ) pakora was chewy as if it had been reheated. Not a great experience .

❌ APPALLING❌ First order - last order. Missing items, called the restaurant for the female member of staff who refused to give her name to accuse us of lying. Vile, aggressive, rude, cheeky woman. Disgusting customer service. Do not use this place, you will be so disappointed. So we’ve paid for items that haven’t been received and the items we did receive were barely edible with 2 meals being binned. Avoid this place at all costs. Also, this member of staff needs sacked.

Food lovely, warm and del right on time

Chicken was tough and dry as a bone, the food wasn’t good value for money and the portion size was poor. Small portions of rice and korma, hardly any sauce. Poppadoms looked burnt too. It was too expensive for the size and quality of the food. Don’t think I will be ordering from them again.

Disappointing meal tonight. The chicken in both curries was very dry and the naan bread was too thin and very oily. Pakora was nice though.

Food was cold poor portion size very disappointing

From ordering the food to receiving the food was 2 hours. The restaurant has fabulous good but delivery is absolutely abysmal. 2 hours to deliver less than 15 minutes away is completely unacceptable. Also the food was freezing when it arrived

The chicken was well cooked. Not enough for the price. It was also too salty. I had to finish after a couple of bites which is a shame.

Disappointed - food was cold on delivery, and not the quality I expect, based on past orders. Last order was disappointing to in terms of the food quality, makes me wonder if there has been a change of chef.

Food wasn't great. Naan hardly cooked. Third time, each time ordered different curry but each ones tasted same. Won't order again.

Food arrived about the time it was suggested. Only took 1.5 hours from ordering. Surprise to have received everything stone cold. meat was tough, naan was cold and bland. Disappointed after hearing such good reviews.

Food was ordered at 19.22 on 2/1/23. Called at 20.30 and was told food wasn’t prepared yet. Asked to collect and went to shop at 20.50 and order still hadn’t been prepared. Asked to cancel and they said I needed to contact Just Eat for a refund.
