I go to the hatch quite often, the staff are very polite, helpful and always got a smile, just had a Sunday lunch delivered it was hot and delicious,thank you all

Our bubble of 5 had a roast dinner delivered easter sunday.The food was amazing and the staff were helpful.The hatch has helped me and many people get through the last year.Always welcomed with a smile by happy member of staff.Thankyou

I was refused some hot water to make my babies bottle. When questioned, the staff were miserable, they were shrugging when asked why they refused a 5 month old water. I was then told "when I take my baby out I fill their bottle before I leave" followed by a very patronising look and her back being turned to me. I explained that this was the 2nd bottle since being out, I'd already pre made her first bottle but again received blank stares.when I asked why an earth they can't just fill the bottle to 210ml, they responded that it was a manager thing, and that it's a rule they have because of how they get spoken to. I asked very nicely. Perhaps better customer service would result in more friendly customers.We carried on walking down the strip, came across Caffe tutto who were amazing and gave us hot water without any issues so they received more money as we purchased our drinks and snacks through them.

Ordered a prawn salad pot. Was kept waiting over 10 minutes when a member of staff returned with a bag of frozen prawns from Lidl's when i challenged the staff if they were using frozen prawns for my meal i was told yes! When I stated firmly but not rudely that I should have been advised that they were out of stock and not kept waiting. I was told they don't have to be spoken to like that! When i asked for my money back i was called a c**t. Never come across such rude staff. No way to run a business,

Come every day lovely chockolet very friendly keep going Frienly service looking forword to being able to sit outside

Great little place where you can only sit outside. It is a one woman operation, so if it is busy you may have a slight wait. Food and coffee excellent with great cheap prices.

Ordered 5 bacon & sausage baguettes. Waited 30 minutes for them. When I politely mentioned the wait I was told they cannot cope with an order of that size and if I wanted to make a similar order in the future then I was not to come back to them! Great customer service - not. As if I would go back there anyway. Food was not nice either. So if you want to make an order for your family don't go there

Have had a few things from here and always been nice bacon egg bap. Sunday dinner yorkshire pudding was lush too especialy love the coffees caramel lattes are nice, staff are alway friendly

I ordered a ham and cheese panini and a over toasted baggett was served, when I complaned I was told that is our Panini. It was holible, have food but do not order a Panini.

Popped in at the Hatch, had a very nice chicken baguette with a home made sauce that was divine, I ordered a mocha to go witb it. The service was excellent and very polite

Came here on Sunday especially to try the roast baps as I’d heard they are good... they were the nicest roast beef bap/ baguette I’ve ever had!!! Good size bap with tons of roast beef I added extra roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese for only £1 ! Friendly staff. Only a few seats outside the Hatch but luckily we got one. I can’t recommend this food highly enough! 5*

Stopped by here once, found the coffee really nice. However we ordered 2 bacon baguettes, and a bacon roll, they were swimming in grease. Not very nice at all unfortunately. We decided not to return again.

Lovely little place tucked away but easy to find, my son uses this place a lot especially with his early starts, hot tea/coffee breakfasts all lovely cooked just one little niggle a little to long wait sometimes for things which shouldn't take that long,

Panini swimming in greasy fried bacon put me off. Sausage and egg roll the same. Went cause of reviews but we will be unlikely to return.

Decided to give it a good and thank god we did. The week before my wife got a jacket potato from another outlet and we paid £6.90 for it. When we went to The Hatch we had 4 meals and it came to a total of £14.00. The food was so fresh and tasty. Can not wait to eat there again
