Fantasic village pub in the heart of our village. Great atmosphere and love the open fire. Sunday roast is the nuts. Good choice of non-alcolic beverages. Guiness 0 etc

Only one star because I can't give zero... to avoid, seriously.

Menu is on one sheet of A4, but what they offer is very good quality. Good value for money.

Lovely food, great beer, cozy environment, friendly staff. The roast dinners are lovely as is the rest of the menu. Highly recommend.

Nice local pub with friendly staff

Nice good old pub in the heart of Harefield. When we arrived we tried to order some food but it was very busy and the kitchen was in a panic mood but even considering that they managed to make some chips which was quite nice of them. The pub was honestly full but the staff came and asked if it was all good to check on us, they've been very friendly! That's how you should manage a pub! Well done guys Kudos to the staff!

Friendly, traditional little pub in the heart of Harefield. Have visited twice, receiving a warm welcome and good service on both occasions. The menu is limited, but the food is tasty and the portions generous. As it is cooked to order, you may need to wait a little longer for your food on busy days, but it is well worth it. The scampi and chips are yummy! I'm looking forward to my next visit.

What a nice pub, beer is excellent( being real ale)the guys who run it are really nice, only giving 4 ⭐ because I haven't tried the food. If they didn't do food, 5⭐will definitely go back and try the food and up grade 😊

Remember pubs like they used to be, welcoming, reasonable priced and fab landlords. And food (not had this time) , well this one. Great little pub, COVID precautions all in place and it felt like home from home. Highly recommend and if your Gluten Free like me there are a couple of options without all the faff. Looking forward my next visit .

Old style , nice pub. Great people , had bingo.. quiz night, hopefully they still do it. Covered smoking area, always had a smile from whatever bar tender and polite, friendly atmosphere. More elderly patrons than young, which is no problem.

I met a friend who was on his way to this pub and he invited me for a drink there.A lovely warm welcome from Martin the landlord and his staff on arrival.Beers on draught were Doombar and Robinsons "Dizzy Blonde",a light refreshing golden ale.Food is served lunchtime & evenings and my companion told me that it is very good, with tasty home made pies and other pub favourites and a Chinese food evening from time to time.An added bonus on a cold January night was the real wood fire.Several locals came in with their dogs,and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in this cosy village pub.There is a small beer garden at the front and parking spaces for a few cars.The pub is next to a bus stop for buses 331 and U9 to and from Uxbridge and Ruislip.The Harefield is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and want a good pint and home made food.I look forward to my next visit !

Pub is really lovely, just DJ will need to improve his music list in order to create a better atmosphere.

It's definitely a local pub, but very friendly.. even though one of our group made a mistake in the order it was quickly corrected.. all food cooked to order.. was excellent.. will be back again. Just had dinner there tonight. It was just how I like it. Service was fast. No problem with my order. And I finished the lot. We had Greek salad, thai curry, ploughmans and chips. Lovely.

Excellent vibes, great beer selection and the food ....for a pub ...you wouldn't believe it, pork dumplings I have yet to taste so fresh and a spaghetti cobonaro to die for... As someone who has travelled and knows fine cuisine this is a surprise and a beauty ❤️ A must in the local area 💚

Quiet pub with a tricky car park. Food was alright, decent enough Full English Breakfast. Roasts on Sunday are by booking only so can't comment. Good enough for a quiet drink.

Lunch time visit. Proper local pub with decent pub food and real ales. Ham eggs and chips were well cooked. Good local ham. Not many people at lunchtime. Not a wide menu but sufficient choice.

A great local British pub that offers authentic beers, liquors, and wines. Plus the food is absolutely stunning with excellent quality. I recently had some BBQ and fish stew in there, and they were absolutely delightful. Don't forget to try some shots, they have such an exciting variety of liquors to choose from. The staff members are very friendly and good at doing their jobs. Nothing but good times in there. Five stars!!!

One of few0 pubs left in the village. Has had several names over the years. 1 bar pub with exposed wooden floor boards. 4 cask ales on under £4 and Dire Straits album Brothers in Arms playing. All good so far. Good range of continental biers. Didnt see anyone dining but foid was advertised on a blackboard. Downside being the loud abusive language from a group at the bar.No tv and a nice outside drinking area. Buses stop right outside and are very frequent Generally a good pub with exceptional quality ales.

Made a booking for 10 for sunday lunch (our last get together before our wedding day) For all the years this pub has been run by these hands, we've never actually eaten in their and figured we would try it out. We made a good choice. The food was fabulous, the service was spot on (even if reg did accidentally drop my spoon in my dessert) ha ha. I'm not sure what the whole selection is for Sunday lunch as we did decide early on that we would keep it sweet and book the dinners in advance and chose chicken and beef, this made it not just easier for us, it made it a much more pleasant afternoon of no fussing over menus and being able to chill. We had a lovely relaxed lunch, good food, great staff, couldn't ask for anything more myself, my partner on the hand has asked me to make a request to the chef and that is to not forget to make stuffing next time please. lol Very recommended. Will be popping in again very soon. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

A quaint small English pub in a small historical English village just 20 miles for London. Best described as very pleasant. Walls covered in history. Chicken pie, mash, gravy, peas and fresh bread was a great large pub meal made even more enjoyable by the service of Sally the bar maid. Sally provided the whole history of the pub, the village and its people. The pub setting is really like being in movie location - nothing has changed for 100 years! Great selection of beers! So if you are looking for the real English experience make the effort to visit the Harefield Pub. If you do not have a car then it is not easy to get to because there is no train or tube connection but buses are regular. In fact few tourists ever go there - so that is why it is special! By the way I was their only customer until a local named George dropped in with his dog Lady. George had a pint. Complained about the traffic and Lady fell asleep under the table. Came here for a bite to eat after work, it's mostly for locals not family orientated. Ordered burger and chips, which took a while too arrive even though the pub was empty.. never had a burger on a cut baguette before which was difficult to get your chops around, chips where nice though.. but the meat on the burger was nothing special in fact tasted like a supermarket burger!!

El menú no es enorme, pero eso no es una mala cosa, ya que lo que hay es bueno y abundante. Tened cuidado con qué menú que usted elija o puede ser decepcionado; almuerzo y noche menús idénticos, y son a menudo mezcladas en el mismo titular. Me hubiera gustado que nos trae el curry verde, el curry rojo no es lo mismo!

Este pub es local a mi padres ancianos y queríamos celebrar nuestro aniversario de diamantes. los padres. Información general estamos muy acogedor y servicial. Teníamos un grupo de alrededor de 30 personas y el día en que una zona aparte para nosotros. Estábamos tan encantados, la comida era increíble y el servicio era genial. El personal y la gente (sí, es un pub 'locales') nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Sin duda volveremos y no dudaría en recomendar.

The menu was small but adequate, the food was good, the service very friendly. It didn't rate as a 'great' meal, but it was very good food and great value.

We had lunch, while the menu is very limited the club sandwich was very good and the Greek salad was ok too though my wife ordered veggie burger but the lady was very apologetic as they ran out of it and instead served the salad plus a generous bowl of chips. I have not had such crisp and golden crisps before!!

Visited with a party of 10, very accommodating staff to our party size and our special requests for the children. Food was superb, really good quality and taste. I had the Sunday roast which was delicious! Will def be back....especially with the 3 great ales on tap available.

This little boozer is without doubt the best pub in the village whether dining out with friends on that special occasion or if you just want to get quietly pissed. There's always something going on, darts nights, quiz nights and themed food evenings. Good looking barmaids too!

The pub is just right, nicely done out but not ostentatious. Various cosy corners, books etc. The beer was in perfect condition and the staff/landlady was extremely friendly. This could be our new local!

Lovely food in a nice atmosphere. There was a Quiz on (a Thursday) which was fun, too. Not a huge amount of choice that night, but have seen specials on board other nights.Didn't matter, what we had was great and served quickly. Friendly staff, too, even delivered wine to the table. Log fire as well.

Real nice crispy fish batter! .. had to wait for a table as the restaurant is rather small. But worth the trip 45 minute trip from Sheffield. would recommend!

Good food and beer. The only thing I have marked it down for is its limited menu. I would use the pub more if it had a larger menu.

The menu is limited but good value. Two courses and we were replete. For a quiet lunchtime service could have been more attentive. It was slow too but it was an enjoyable meal.

Martyn and staff provided a wide range of excellent party food for our leaving do, with prompt and cheerful service at the bar. Live band not bad at all either! A memorable evening- many thanks to all involved.

Visited once and was satisfied with the cheerful service and decent pub grub. Had fish and chips and a salad. The portions were large for me, and the food was good. I asked for a smaller portion of a caesar salad to try and they gladly tweaked it for me!

A nice evening in a clean, polite, old-fashioned public house. Simple food cooked professionally, tasty and presented well. Pleasant staff who take pride in their pub and food.Would recommend this pub.
