The Harbour - Table Table in Gwynedd

I had food at the harbour table table restaurant I was greeted by a lovely gemma very polite quick service I had mixed grill which was cooked spot on Stephen on the bar was also polite will definitely return with my family

We were staying at the Premier Inn for 2 nights and breakfast was taken at the Harbour Table Table. Breakfast was breads/pastries, cereal & fruit and a varietyof cooked options - sausage, bacon etc. However scrambled egg was the only egg option. This was explained when we came in by a lovely lady, Nicola. Nicola and the other staff were incredibly cheerful which set us up for a lovely day, even in the rain! Thank you Nicola and the morning staff.

The place needs a good clean, no excuse not to clean floors, chairs and tables. Service was okay but not very good, though there did seem to be only one person serving. No eggs to go on the smothered dishes ...good grief how difficult is it to purchase eggs.... Starters ok, prawn cocktails and various wings between us, but the price for these was high for the quality. Other dishes were fish and chips/smothered chicken etc/mixed grill. All just ok and not really worth the price tag. The children's garlic flatbread starter was actually a small slice of cheap garlic bread, the spaghetti bolognese was over microwaved, the dessert tiny but ok. All in all nothing terrible but for the price the place needs to be clean and service needs improving. We wont go to this chain again.

I was staying at the Premiere Inn on a business trip. On the first night I ordered haddock and chips. The chips were dry and burnt and had obviously been hanging around for a long time, the haddock appeared the same. I didn’t eat here on the second night, but on the third night I ordered the Vegan Burger. When it arrived the burger was tiny and the chips were black and burned. When I sent the meal back asking for fresh chips to be presented, the waitress informed me that the “Chef” had said to her that if they cooked fresh chips they would look the same. I therefore asked for my money back which they did by refunding my card. My experience of the evening cooking on two nights has been very poor. !!!! I must say however, that the breakfast at this venue was excellent every morning, clearly a different Chef is working in the mornings.!!!!!

Went for breakfast on 20.2.24, as staying at the premier inn next door. Welcomed by Nicola and Beth. We were offered freshly made porridge which we accepted and it was lovely, we added fresh fruit from the buffet area. Staff were so helpful and friendly . Nicola and Beth were professional but also bright and bubbly!! We engaged in a conversation about being kind and smiling, they agreed that it costs nothing to be kind and friendly and that life is hard enough as it is. As a retired nurse, I have met health care professionals with less compassionate (unfortunately!) We felt like family. Very efficient clearing of tables, food was well cooked and plentiful. Hot and cold buffet, plenty of drinks and pastries. The best eatery and premier inn I have stayed at. Well done guys xxxx

Do not waste your money here! It was a disaster from start to finish! They need more staff, it needs a good clean, the tables need fixing.

Stayed at the Premier Inn for two nights and had breakfast and dinner here. I had a starter and side salad on both evenings. The starters were overcooked on both nights and the starter I wanted on the second night was not available. No salad dressing on the second night and was given a peculiar vinegary pink mix when I requested it. My husband's meal was overcooked on the first night and the chips were cold on the second night. Breakfasts were average, but the bacon was very overcooked and there was no choice of eggs other than scrambled. We stay at Premier Inns often and this does not compare favourably to the other restaurant chains that they are linked to. I wouldn't choose to eat there again.

Absolutely terrible! Stopped for lunch at 1:pm, ordered drinks, starters and mains quite quickly, starters arrived not too long after, now this is where it all changed, we sat for a good 40 mins with our plates still on the table, not a peep from the staff. One did go to empty tables to clear them, but failed to clear ours. After being there for a good hour we decided enough was enough, paid for what we’d had (as little as it was) and left! Management need to seriously up their game and get more staff in! We saw max 3 people working the bar, taking orders and serving! This is unacceptable and unfair on the staff!!! I foresee there will be more complaints following todays shambolic event!

After arriving in Caernarfon for weekend away we decided to eat here. After being seated after a short wait, the sevide was ok with food and drinks coming in acceptable times. The food was ok, though I don’t think some of it is freshly cooked. For the cost it was acceptable. We would eat here again.

Beth and Nicola are truly one of a kind. The witty sense of humour, intelligence and quite simply a warm sensation to be around. Truly credits to whomever their boss is. Take note, this is how to treat someone.

Had an amazing breakfast with Nicola serving us, shes a beautiful woman inside and out. Food was good. And, also Gemma on the evening was really good and very funny.

The nice lady that is coordinating the breakfast (Nicola) makes the experience so much better. She's always so happy to meet your needs and ever so helpful. I'm visiting once a month for a few days for business reasons and I can say that she makes my day better. The food is really good too. You got plenty of choices.

Stayed at The Premier Inn for 4 nights and ate breakfast at Table Table. Each morning I was greeted with a warm and friendly manner. Extremely cheerful and excellent at her job. Although the food was nice when it arrived, it took a long time from being seated to ordering, (we had to ask the server to take our order) then we had to ask them to take our dessert order after sitting with empty plates for a good 15 minutes, would not return. It was not busy at all so we were surprised to be made to wait.

We were staying at the Premier Inn next door and came for both dinner and breakfast the following day. We stay at the Premier Inn regularly which is accross we get the meal deal. But we won't be eating here again. This is the third time in 2 months where service is not good 1hour 20mins for two courses. Everytime I give them the benefit of the doubt but no more shame the food is ok but for some reason service let's it down. I have to prompt next course the short of it.
