The Golden Fish in Greenwich

It was a wet Friday evening in September and I ordered a Chinese takeaway to be delivered. It said it would be 45 mins and when I’d waited over an hour I called the restaurant and was told that as it was wet the driver didn’t want to come out and deliver my order! Can you believe it! I’ve never heard anything like it. Avoid this restaurant at all costs and give your business to a restaurant with morals and who deserve your custom

If you are looking for a classic fish and chips this spot is one of the best in the area, fast service great flavours

Good size fish but bit too greasy fish and the chips should be more crispy may be if used better potato then cheapest potatoes

Been searching the best fish and chips in Greenwich for many years. Never disappoints. A bit off the tourist train but worth finding it...

This was the highest-ranked restaurant on TripAdvisor for a bit so I thought I would check it out, as I live nearby. It was decent enough fish and chips but by no means the best I have ever had.

Fui por verlo en una guía como top5 en fish and chips. No decepciona. Es tipo comida rápida con mesas al fondo. Muy bien situado a 10 metros de oxford street. Pedí bacalao y una rica cerveza. Genial el punto y la fritura esta crujiente y no grasienta. Buen servicio y buen precio. Ración enorme

Loud chef with character! outstanding food! one of the best I've tried in years, I highly recommend you try the Cod, the price is very good aswell compare to many other fish and chips I've ever tried, you wont get cheaper price then this, one of the best in south east london!
