The Gloster hungry horse in Rushmoor

Booked a breakfast slot for my daughter to have “Breakfast with the Easter Bunny”. Glad we did, given how busy the pub was, but we expected this having done a similar event at Christmas. Staff and service excellent, and quality of the food superb. It always amazes me just how good the meals are when the pub is really busy. The Easter Bunny visited our table and brought an egg for my daughter, and we managed to grab a quick snap too. All in all, I would highly recommend The Gloster to anyone wanting a meal with massive portions at a good price.

First shout out goes to Andrew. He served the most amazing food. We had burgers but honestly one of the best burgers we’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection and so much food for the value. The bartender Alfie was also so lovely. So friendly and drinks were made so quickly. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family just based on how nice these guys were.

Amazing pub, with brilliant food options and brilliantly cold beer. Gemma & Alex are amazing landlords and run the pub to perfection. I look forward to coming back soon with my wife

Went for the easter bunny breakfast. Was fantastic, great service, good food and the easter bunny was engaging, funny and made all the children laugh for his antics! Would definitely recommend!

I took my mum and our friend for a Mothers Day lunch and despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, the service, staff and food was amazing! From the minute we walked in, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so friendly and polite and the food was fantastic and arrived very quickly after ordering. We will definitely go again.

I really like this pub and cannot think of any major negative things to say. The prices are ridiculously reasonable, the service is excellent and the staff are very good. I have eaten there on a few occasions and the food (normal pub fayre), is also very good and again, very reasonably priced. My girlfriend loves their cocktails.

The staff was outstanding, jake, Jess, Alex, Gemma, are the best, the food was quick and excellently hot, more than I could have asked for

Bar manager threatened to throw a group of 20 of us (mixed) because I paid the scantily clad barmaid a compliment. Nothing saucy, I commented on how pretty she was. Then when we were sitting outside, bar manager again came to complain to us, that we were too loud and disturbing the neighbours. One neighbour is a road, one is a BMW dealer, one is an AIRFIELD, the only residential neighbours are on the other side of the large building. We weren't disturbing anyone. Needless to say, she cost her company the on going business of 20 patrons plus plus.

Popped in for lunch & was greeted by a very busy site. We found a table in the bar area adjacent to the smoking area door & proceeded to order our drinks & meals via the Hungry Horse app. Being busy our wait for food was longer than usual & when it was delivered to our table, we hungrily started on our hot & tasty wares. I had plumped for the Steak & Ruddles Ale Pie with the smooth Mash potato. Very tasty, warming & filling. Despite this after my pie & their fish & chips & a burger, we decided to share a Horseshoe shape donut between the three of us as this had been unavailable on previous visits. Delicious & highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! Jake was managing the very busy bar solo and was happy & friendly.. not looking stressed at all. Nice pub, very family orientated but also love that there is an adults only bar... so if you go with no kids you can chill out. Sadly, my food wasn't served hot... I didn't make a fuss about it! When I went to the bar to get a drink I mentioned how busy they are & my food wasn't hot. Not wishing to make a deal about it... straight away he apologised... refunded food and said they were not expecting it to be so busy (half term). Anyway, what a lovely member of staff!

The food and service in this Farnborough pub/restaurant is always lovely. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly. It has a relaxing feel and a great atmosphere. In particular Jasmine is cheerful and always goes above and beyond. We visit from Basingstoke regularly as it is our favourite Hungry Horse. Would definitely recommend.

Family meal, 6 of us. Great food, great experience, used the app to order food and zero complaints with the standard and speed of arriving food/drink. I come here a lot and as usual, all good.

The staff were friendly enough and the food arrived quickly. We had the cambert cheese sharer and that was pretty good we enjoyed that. But the mains were horrible. I had a lasagne I didn't eat as it was luke warm and the bit I did put in my mouth had no taste. My husband had the quadrille burger. The onion rings were stone cold and so were the chips. He ate most the burger because he was hungry and said it was okay but nothing special and wasn't warm either. There was also a horrible smell coming from the toilets which we could smell at our table

We love The Gloster. The food is always amazing and so much choice. Anyways quick service. The staff are absolutely lovely. Always have a good time here. Really recommend.

We had a fab meal at the Gloster. We had superb service from Susan, he was very helpful and speedy with our service would recommend. He offered us some colouring and crayons to keep us all thoroughly entertained. Was great until mother struggled with the word search.

I love this place just wish the condiments and cutlery were not so close to the toilet, there are a lot of people who grab their cutlery on the way back from the toilet !

We went to the Gloster for a the Festive (pre-Christmas) lunch as a party of 9 (wide age range). It was superb in every way. There was a great menu choice, and the pre-ordering system meant we all got our food in a very timely manner. Quality was excellent, and we were very well looked after. Came here for our Xmas party of 19 and couldn't reccomend enough food was lovely staff were amazing alfie, jasmine, andrew and jake especially made our night they were fab and really attentive will defiantly be back next year thanks again gloster pub

Spent the evening here for my husband’s birthday, there was 19 of us. The area was reserved for us, the service was impeccable considering it was a busy night because of the football and then they had our party to deal with as well as other customers. Food came out quickly and was delicious. All staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you to the whole team. The venue itself was clean, nicely decorated and in good condition. Highly recommend. Definitely one of the nicest Hungry Horse venues out there.

We booked here for our annual Christmas meal out, There were 46 of us that went today. We recieved the most incredible service from Alfie and his team of staff. The food was super delicious and everything served was piping hot. As it was such a big group we had pre ordered our Christmas menu, this made the whole meal go so smoothly. Before we arrived the team had set up 46 seperate tabs with each persons choices, meal adaptations due to preference or allergies. This made paying so easy and stress free. The staff were super chatty, they kept checking in on us, nothing was too much trouble for them. They even took the time out of their busy service to have photos with our young adults. I can not reccomend this restaurant enough. Thinking of creating an excuse to come back as soon as possible. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. We have 46 very happy customers.

Perfectly cooked, full English breakfast. Service was very polite and cheerful at the till, from Alfie Turner. Food arrived quickly and was hot. Cup of tea in a mug - fantastic

Food was nice but had to send some back as it was cold. Also costumer service from some staff need to be sorted as they have none. Pudding looked as it was eaten and staff said it was cut like that.

This is a cheap place to eat and they say you get what you pay for however i draw the line when i could get better quality microwave meals from the local supermarket. The pub itself is ok, nice warm welcoming, but if you are going for food you better have very low expectations. Out of a table of 6 it all looked and tasted like it had come out of a packet and the microwave. As is said it is cheap, but the quality is just way beyond cheap.

We had a group of 16 for a birthday celebration, staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, lovely food at a very good value for money. Will definitely be returning to this very welcoming pub

Not had a Sunday dinner here before so had the roast beef, absolutely spot on and asked for extra horseradish which was served. Very good value for money and very nice staff. Recommended 100%

Would just like to say how amazing everyone with our large party of 16. The food came out so quickly and everything came out together. They had plenty of chose and we loved the food.

I come to the Gloster at least twice every week with my mum, we always get a warm welcome, the staff are lovely and make you feel at home. We have the full English when we come, its always beautifully cooked, the bacon is lovely and they make a very nice cup of tea to go with it. There are loads of choices on the menu so I would recommend a visit to anyone that hasn't been.

I came for a meal with my son after work and on this occasion was served by Alfie. I visit the Gloster on a regular basis and very rarely have cause to complain and if I have it has always been rectified dealt with promptly and professionally. (Hence why I keep returning) The staff are always friendly and the pub is warm and welcoming. (Especially with the Christmas decorations and the attention to detail). On this occasion I ordered the steak as it was steak Monday and it was cooked to perfection. My son ordered the sizzler which literally came out sizzling. Food was hot and very good value. Alfie was very attentive and food was very prompt. Will definitely be visiting again very soon. Keep up the great work. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I often come here because it’s so affordable but the hot chocolate! Oh my word! It’s the best I’ve ever tasted and I have found out that Rich is the best at doing them. I highly recommend having one! And the food is very good too! ☕️

We just had the Festive lunch. The table setting was laid very festive with Tablecloth, serviettes, crackers all in festive red and green. The food was good and good potion Size. Lovely food, attentive staff, would definitely visit again. Couldn’t fault the service. Thank you Sylvia.

Came for dinner with my two children and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience!The food was lovely! Children can be extremely fussy and they enjoyed all.Even though it was very busy, service was very quick and the staff were always smiling and happy to help us throughout our visit.Would definitely go again.

Ordered a bogof Friday special burger. 1st we had to send the food back as the fries were horribly tasteless and cold. Returned for fresh, came back with same tasteless fries just retried. Then upon inspection, found the Bacon Cheese burger ordered has a half rash of streaky bacon only. Upon questioning the Manager about this, was told “this is how they come and everyone else accepts it like that”Saying it was unacceptable and to take it back for a refund. Was told “no problem it’s your free burger anyway”. This necessitating me to stop my wife from eating her burger (which other that the poor fries) was perfectly fine. This I had to take to the Manager myself and ask for my refund. Refund promptly brought to me but no apology offered as if the belief is I’m in the wrong for not accepting substandard food or service. Later when others at our table mentioned to the manager about this behaviour being unacceptable, we were promptly told we weren’t paying much for our food anyway and if we don’t like it we know were the door is. Note, we are regular visitors, at least once a week for quiz evening.Was told by the Manager, “perhaps my standards and expectations are to high, higher than other regular customers”Just unacceptable

Went there last night for a social group's Christmas do, was fantastic, lovely setup, simple to sort payments, etc, our main waitress (I'm sorry, didn't recall the name!) was absolutely fantastic! helped keep the night nice and low stress allowing us to enjoy :)

Only word I can say is SHOCKING. Food was like rubber, colder than ice and horrible, if I can help it I will never again and will try and stop others I know coming.

The staff here were great, short wait times to be served and for food to arrive as well as attentive table service. Food was sooo tasty too! Food came out cold, children's meal burnt and the starters were soggy and cold wouldn’t ever go back absolutely disgusting.

Good restaurant in the heart of Faranbrough but the best experience was the waiter, we took him a photo to remember our best experience in this town.

I visited on a busy Saturday so it was quite noisy but once seated at our table it was ok so you order at the bar, we ordered three main meals which came to just over £30our meals arrived at the same time no more than 15 minutes after ordering and we were pleasantly suprised having heard some bad things about Hungry Horse pubs the portions were massive ( 2 of our meals came on two plates!) the food was hot, cooked well and of decent quality the staff at the bar and at the table were cheerful and helpful. We didn't have deserts simply because we were all too full!All in all a good meal out (My first in a long while)

We have come to eat here on quite a few occasions and love it. Food is good value for money and the portions are generally good. Staff are always smiling and helpful. The pub has different sections and is well spaced out so never feel cramped.

Second visit to The Gloster and just as happy as the last time. Four of us on this visit and all the food was excellent quality. Very happy customers, definitely recommended.

Firstly, nightmare to get to, sat nav takes you all through the business park which has no access to the road you need. Place looks new on the outside, lovely, inside is a bit rough round the edges, tired, worn. Booking was easy and needed as place was full of people eating which looked promising. Lots out of stock, probably easier to say what they did have to be fair, its likely this is down to supplier disruption with HGV’s I would guess. Spent £45 on 3 adult and 2 children meals, chicken & waffle meal was a unusual mixture of both burn and stone cold, nachos are not nachos they’re tortillas cut up and 90% paprika, the cheese is also not cheese but a kind of sauce squeezed out of a tube just to warn you.we had a kids dinner that was forgotten, we were promised it would be right out after the waitress had informed the kitchen it was needed and it was, a single Chicago town microwave pizza that had indeed been microwaved. Other parts were preferences, the wings had too much sauce but some may like that etc. We were asked by the waitress to stack the plates for her which was unusual as the table was very open and some seats not in use, not sure if it was due to covid? Although if that’s the issue perhaps ask us to all wear masks then? Puddings again most out of stock and after what we’d experience with dinner, no chance, went to creams in camberley instead and it was great!Not surprised as the one round the corner from us e isn’t bothered about effort just slap dash microwave food for cheap, but just sad that it’s not just that one but others in the franchise too, shame as half our party were from out of town.I guess what I’m saying is go but only if you’re drinking or want to eat cheap food and have low expectations .. or you’re drunk and can’t taste it.

I have to say this place always makes me feel welcomed and valued. I’ve spoken and dealt with the mangers a few times here and always found them to be helpful providing a great service. I moved to Farnborough and didn’t really know anywhere and then Covid hit. My phone also died and when the first lockdown eased, I walked in. My phone was dead. I didn’t have an appointment for a table. They booked me in on an iPad for the NHS tracking app and allowed me to place an order verbally at my table. I couldn’t order drinks on the app as my phone was dead. They continue to serve me respecting Covid. I would say at a difficult time (Covid lockdown easing one) this place bent over backwards to help me and it would have been far easier at the time for them to turn me away. I then found myself watching the football and they allowed me to stay longer at my table and order verbally from my table. I felt valued and welcomed in my new town. The manager (Richard) was simply fantastic in a difficult time. He also ensured his staff cleaned down tables and keep people distanced all with a nice balance. It showed they cared about their customers and they were serious in dealing with Covid to provide reassurance to their customers. As such I’ve been back a few times. I’ve found the level of service to be nothing but consistent. I feel valued and welcomed as a customer. Today I was served by Gemma who was lovely and polite. Her timings to my table regarding the food I ordered I was spot onI suppose my underlying theme here is, fantastic service where you feel valued. I understand this place can get busy but they remain consistent where they can. I’ll keep coming back and will happily bring my family and friends here. The food is what it is for this type of establishment and I’ve not had a bad meal here. Lovely friendly place. Come and visit !

The service here is always really friendly and helpful, never had an issue at all on any visit.There is a variety of gluten free menu options which are always cooked well, and the portion sizes are huge despite being really reasonable priced.

Never has a pub got the combination of crispy skin while juicy meat on the none and not overcooked! Lovely staff here, fast, friendly service and with a smile every time! I didn’t get a chance to send a ‘before’ photo so the least I could do was send the ‘after’ one to show how much they were appreciated. I shall def be back for more ASAP!!!

Great Value and Great Staff:I have lived by the pub for over three years and previously had a terrible meal and service! So planned never to return….But now having been their twice in two weeks following an accident that has restricted my mobility I wanted a little walk out I was pleasantly surprised… It’s been refurbished during Covid, seems to have a whole new team of helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff, Richard suggested a great “Orange” Gin and my Grandchildren enjoyed not only their main mail but the deserts.I have to say, it would not have been my first choice bring a HH but I was surprised on all fronts!Well done to the new team and manager! You really have had a positive impact.

Right let’s start with the manager or whatever he is, poor service, he was rude and denied me a nice cold pint of Carlsberg, food was great and Jasmin was a delight and very professional. Yeah I should of bought ID but I’ve been coming here for about 7 years and never had a problem getting a beer but the new ownership is a bunch of jobsworth morons and didn’t let me let alone I was smoking outside and came from the village which didn’t ID me, challenge 25 I am bloody 25.

We visited Gloster for the first time and will be coming back. The pub is welcoming and family friendly. Stylish interior and buzzing atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, efficient, happy to help and solve misunderstanding in a professional manner. The portions were very generous and arrived quickly. We would definitely recommend for a family meal out as the menu is broad and I believe everyone could find their favourite dish in it.

Reasonably priced food. Was mostly hot, chips a bit lukewarm. Some staff very cheerful, some very grumpy. It was ok.

First time out as a family since lockdown last year and the glouster did not dissapoint. Even though it was busy they still managed to got me and my partner and 2 young boys in. Food was on the table in less than 15 mins after ordering and it was lovely. Would recommend the sizzler dish with the Caribbean sauce. It was cooked lovely. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Been here quite a few times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

We visited here on Monday, the restrictions had all been lifted. We found that we still felt safe as the bar still had a screen and some staff was still wearing a mask. Fantastic idea for Greene king to be mask friendly.Food was delicious, hot, bursting with flavour and brilliant selection of gins.We had a few games of pool which is great to see back in use

A great pub/restaurant with friendly helpful staff and a varied menu of good value meals and drinks. We visit weekly for the pub quiz on Tuesday evenings, we are always greeted with smiles by the staff. Gemm D has been welcoming us for several years now and she is always ready with a cheeky grin and a happy manner. The food is delicious, fresh, hot and amazing value and the whole place is always spotlessly clean and tidy.

Often visit the Gloster for quiz food is always great and staff always really friendly. Special shout out for Gemma who is always extremely helpful and attentive she really is a credit to the team and her customer service is outstanding!!!

Visited here with our grandchildren for lunch,been several times over a few years,always great,the food is good,service is good,the restaurant and toilets are clean.Cant fault this place at all.Richard and the rest of the staff are so friendly,they really make the whole dining experience so good,thank you so much everyone for all you do, especially Gemma"30 Seconds"D.We look forward to visiting here again soon.

Always enjoy coming here with the family for dinner , food is excellent value and delicious food on the huge menu they offer, so much choices to keep everyone happy. love that you are able to make changes too my 9yr old son always has steak but he dont like peas so staff happily change peas for beans.. makes my son happy and always eats everything on his plate, brilliant garden facilities and the children's plsy area is kept clean and tidy. really friendly staff, the 2 ladies called Gemma thay work there are lovely and always really chatty and helpful. I definitely recommend yhd gloster for a meal out or even just for drinks its excellent value for money.

Richard... always goes above and beyond to custom our needs. He is amazing and friendly, he is a credit to the Gloster. Proud of his work and very good at what he does. Even if there isn’t availability he always manages to help us and squeeze us in. We are never an inconvenience to him. He gives that family welcoming vibe. Jazzy and Jemma running food like Usain Bolt on acid. Without those two, the place would crumble and probably burn. Shoutout to the old geezer on the door who told us the app was more convenient, I can confirm it totally was. Would give this place 6 stars if I could, will definitely be returning.

Had a fabulous meal. All food arrived hot, and the steaks were cooked to perfection. Excellent portion sizes. Alfie seated us, quickly, even though we’d arrived slightly early, cheerful as always.

I met up with a friend today. From start to finish it was a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Staff wore masks,etc... i had a Sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection. The whole meal was the best i’ve had in years (getting a good portion of chips not just a few). Waitresses were Nikki and Sylvia.It’s nice to get out but to have such a lovely meal was even better so thank you

Had an excellent evening meal at The Gloster on their first night of reopening May 2021. All staff were really friendly and nothing was too much bother. We had a great meal, excellent service and great atmosphere. Pub was very clean and tidy and social distancing rules in place. Thank you for such a lovely experience after months of not being inside a pub. 5 STARS ! will definately return very soon.

Wow! What a kick start of a reopening!!! The servers were fantastic and the food was delicious!!! We completely forgot to take a picture or the mains it looked to good haha!! The stars of the night were Gemma, Alex, Richard, Caroline, Jazmin, Jasmine, Alfie and compliments to the chefs!!!

We came for breakfast on Saturday 12th December. We were the first to arrive at 9am and were warmly welcomed and sat at a nice table by the window. Everything was immaculate and the Christmas decorations were fabulous. I had scrambled egg on toast which was absolutely perfect and my fiancé had a big breakfast which looked amazing. I had changed some Tesco points for Hungry Horse vouchers, and this presented no problem at all, when it was time to settle the bill. First class breakfast. Thank you very much ☺️

I visited the Gloster on the 18th of December for a meal of their festive menu with my mum and my partner. The minute we walked in we was given a really warm welcome from Alex who showed us to our table. Which was all nicely laid out and the presentation was amazing. We were giving a few moments to settle in before we ordered our drinks which were brought out very promptly by Gemma who confirmed we were ready for our starters and then a young man named Alfie brought our starters just as requested. He was very attentive throughout (without being over the top if that makes sense) The food was amazing. Highly recommended trying there battered sprouts. I know they sound weird but would highly recommend and their pigs in blankets never disappoint. We had to do our pudding to take away as we were all stuffed. Which again was no trouble. The place was really Christmassy and the food and service was 100% I could not have asked for more. Really great value for money and a 5star service all around. I can't thank you guy's enough. Can't wait to visit again in the new year.

We visited Last week we was served by Alfie. He was great he helped us all the way through. You see we are a little bit old, he helped us from beginning to end. He was so suggestive on meals so good that we chose the festive turkey sizzler. The food was fantastic. We was checked on multiple times that night by Alfie. Overall I’d recommend this pub 100%.The pub looked so festive and magical as you can see by the photo.

Popped down with our 3 children for breakfast, prices were reasonable compared to other pubs. The place was clean, cosy and family friendly.Will revisit next time we are in Farnborough.

Lovely family meal. Gemma D was so helpful and thoughtful in our service. The whole restaurant was set up so safe, in fact the only place we have been going to since moving to the area for that very reason.

Staff were welcoming,polite and prompt, food was lovely. Had everything in place for covid. When I asked for the pudding, they said it wasnt on the system. When I said I done the half term deal I realised I didnt order the pudding along with the meals, the staff were very accommodating and went off and adjusted my order on their system which ended up with me getting a tiny refund for the deal when it was applied properly. Then a few minutes later the pudding arrived and the kids were happy.

Staff were very polite+professional. Food was delicious, couldn’t fault the whole experience! Covid restrictions were adhered to and clear to us and made the whole experience stress free!

Hi we don't normally write reviews but thought we simply had to , We went to the Gloster not expecting too much, but once we had got over the fact their app wasn't working on my phone, not their fault .wesat down to a lovely meal i had gammon and chips and wife and mother in law Sunday roast and it was really nice , the gammon was three pieces of tender gammon , three drinks and it came to £18 amazing well worth it and very covid friendly. We went back a couple of days later at 9 am for breakfast mega breakfast and English breakfast huge cup of capucine and a black coffee total cost £11 best breakfast buy far and I've had a few .thanks ill be back

The meal was wonderful, it was hot and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Best Hungry Horse experience in a long time

Very good safety measures in place to make you feel confident and safe. Staff were friendly and efficient. Tasty fish and chips (the smaller one! Was still big) and the hunters chicken looked good too. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic visit today, was greeted at the door by Richard (Assistant manager) who spoke au through all the new pub safe key safety points they have in place. We was then passed on to Chloe who took us to our table who talked us through the app. As a family we found the app very easy and efficient to use. I would like to make a special thanks to all the team for a great visit. We will be coming back 100%

Visited here for a late breakfast and chose the full English from the breakfast menu. Service was friendly but the food was terrible. 2 small sausages that didn’t taste like sausage. The bacon was over cooked as were the eggs. I also found a black hair in between my hash browns. We didn’t complain or make a fuss as we were visiting for a quick bite to eat and it didn’t seem worth it for the £6 it cost. To be fair they may have corrected things had we raised it but they can’t have improved the quality of food. Won’t be eating here again.

Came here for a meal and was incorrectly charged via the app was told by the duty manager not to worry as he would email the relivant party and CC me into it.. Three days later and still no email it took me to contact Green King myself to get this sorted. Eventually contacted by the manager who told me her staff knew the process and then said he shouldn't of told me that and she would deal with it. Was then offered a £10 voucher and when I declined and said I will not be returning and leaving this review said that's a little "harsh" green king get your staff trained on your processes

Friendly and positive attitude from staff in tough times , extremely clean and quick service. We had breakfast today and best breakfast wrap I’ve had in a long time and good prices. We have booked up for Halloween and other evenings due to how comfortable and welcome we feel here

This place never lets me down dinner and drinks with friends the staff could not be more helpful in this current COVID situation the place was clean and the rules were all in place food was excellent as usual I would recommend this place for a visit

been here a few times over the past few weeks. The covid rules are clearly visible around the venue. Greeted on arrival and taken to table. we ordered 3 gin and tonics for £10 so very reasonable prices compared to some places. Very nice staff who work hard a good atmosphere always busy. Food is good and they have very good offers ever day of the week. It was a Friday evening at 8pm and busy as expected. We ordered drinks via the app and was with us extremely quick. Good little place and well run. Will be back xx Ps loads of safe parking and lots of room outside and in the pub too

Came in this morning was greeted at the door by a gentleman called Alex and did my track and trace!  The atmosphere was lovely and calm! I felt very safe in the pub! The Lady at the bar Gemma said good morning was very polite and warming too! I ordered a cup of tea and big plate breakfast got it buy one get one free with my mother's breakfast who ordered a diet coke and a scrambled egg on toast! Alex served us our drinks and once again was really polite and talkative. Everyone was wearing masks and followed the 5 key promises written on the posters around the pub! the toilets were clean and we're being checked on twice in my visit! The food came out perfectly cooked and presented Beautifully and perfect temperature, I was asked what condiments I wanted and had a check back to see if everything was okay and if I was happy! When I left I was told to have a good day and Thankyou for coming! I'm very  impressed will definitely be coming again!

Went in here for lunch today with my wife and a friend.having pre-booked. We have never been here before and was told about it from a friend. We had a little bit of a problem finding it as we live in Woking. We didn’t expect it to be on the old airfield! But what a pleasant suprise, Very new, decor and furnishings lovely and the Copid19 rules are explained and we felt safe whilst there. The servic was excellent, as was the food, and at such an affordable price. We had paid almost three times the price for lunch yesterday down in Fareham! This was a truly brilliant little find, So well run. We shall definitely go again.I had a small mixed grill ( see photo). Delicious, and cooked to perfection!

Went to the gloster with my mum and we were both very nervous as we had not been to a restaurant since covid started. We booked a table well in advance and when we got there we were extremely pleased to see that all the tables were socially distanced, with a health and safety man cleaning tables and placing signs to notify people what tables had been cleaned. We were given paper menus to throw away after our visit and we ordered via the app. We took advantage of the £10 off they were offering at the time too, so the food was great value. The food came out very fast and boiling hot. The peri chicken wings were fantastic and both of us were pleased with our mains too- we even had to take some home! hahahaha. We will definitely be returning here and it is great to see that they are sticking to covid guidelines. All staff were wearing masks and there were screens placed by the bar to ensure social distancing.

I came to the gloster last night with my partner.. I am also a chef at another hungry horse, i love your restaurant!! The team all smiley & helpful, I see Mark is a chef there I met him before so thankyou the food was spot on, manager was greeting at the door he looked professional, approachable and very helpful, keeping the loud (drunk) customers quiet, always communicating with staff, restaurant was one of the cleanest I've ever seen, I will definitely be recommending your restaurant to others! THANKYOU
