Lovely cute pub with good atmosphere, great outdoor space too with plenty of patio heaters and blankets to keep you cosy. Friendly staff, good choice of drinks and fantastic nachos.

Vegan burger was amazing, nice beers, our server was the best, he was very friendly. We also shared a camembert baked in sourdough, I highly recommend it

The party I was with thoroughly enjoyed their meals and justifiably so,I am however gluten intolerant and having,in anticipation,perused the menu I was as usual preparing myself for the inevitable portion of chips,which is advertised on the free from menu,in fact a variety is available that is until they require cooking,which, I was informed was in the same fryer as the “normal”( my choice of words)food thus making them no longer gluten free,so now no longer an option. I did enjoy the goats cheese,minus the bread,the staff were helpful, efficient the food came quickly , but I left both disappointed and extremely hungry whilst suffering the pain of watching my companions eating extremely large delicious looking food Thankyou for your prompt response, My review was not in anyway critical of your staff or “normal”food it was regarding the gluten free food,which is despite being advertised is nonexistent.I anticipated joining with my family for a meal and having read your menu prior to visiting I was optimistic but none were on offer Being in catering myself I understand the confines of a kitchen but it is not difficult to use one fryer solely for chips therefore making this available to an increasingly growing audience I suggest that you have a critical look at your menu and put yourself in the position of a person with allergies just to understand how limited the menu becomes and then take said limitations and cook them in the “contaminated “ oils,I only ask to be able to eat out and not be reduced to eating salad ,and if you read the review it stated that everyone else was served amazing food ,but I was not commenting on theirs I was commenting on mine,if I eat out I prefer not to leave hungry having watched everyone else eating

What a great pub, location and menu! Visited with friends after getting the river boat to Greenwich and had a lovely table with views and heaters in the garden. Food and drink selection was fabulous and service absolutely matched! Will definitely be going again!

Visited over Easter weekend with friends. Lovely to be able to drink in the glorious sunshine in the fantastic garden available and then we moved in side for some food and more drinks later in the evening. Good service from our host, Bruno. We’ll definitely visit again!

Lovely pub overlooking the Gipsy moth in Greenwich London

Came for lunch on Saturday 23rd with my girlfriend and sat in the garden. Lovely energy and great service given by Ayman across many orders. Pizzas were outstanding and delicious. Will come back again!

Popped in for a couple of drinks while on a walk around Greenwich. Great little pub in the centre of Greenwich opposite the Cutty Sark. Staff friendly. Clean. Fair prices. I’ll be back ❤️

Lovely pub, great location and friendly staff! I popped in for a drink while going for a walk around Greenwich park. The pub is in a lovely location overseen by the Cutty Sark and is round the corner from Greenwich Park and Greenwich Market! The staff were friendly and was served promptly considering it a Saturday and busy. I didn’t try the food but I looked on in envy when the bar staff were brining it out! Fair prices considering the location and lots to do in the area. Overall a lovely finish to the day out, will definitely pop in whenever I am in the area again.

Our waiter was very friendly and efficient (unfortunately I didn't get his name) and the fish and chips were the best I've had for a very long time. The apple and blackberry crumble was also delicious. Nice atmosphere and overall a great visit.

They accepted us , 6 persons party, last minute and were very accommodating. The food was good and we had our pause during our walk around greenwich.

The food was nice but not all menu was available.

My visit ended with an argument initiated by the waiter after what had been a good experience. At the point of ordering food, I said that I do not eat spicy hot food and the waiter kindly reassured me that, by removing one of the ingredients, the dish would not be spicy. The food arrived and, after the first two bites, I returned it. At the end, I found the dish fully charged on the bill. Before I could ask why, the waiter pointed out that, according to him and all his team members, it was not spicy and "there was nothing wrong with the food". I said that I was going to pay anyway and that I did not appreciate being told what my taste should or should not be. The waiter stated the same point two more times and I had to ask him to stop because I was getting irritated and I was going to pay, even if I disagreed. After paying, I walked away disturbed by the fact that some people had been discussing whether my sensitivity to spicy food was OK or not. It's not easy to go out and having to reveal my food problems, then to be reminded that the majority of people have a different taste to mine. I know that already! Thank you. Instead, you could have told me that you were going to charge me and I could have asked to bring the food home or someone else at my table could have eaten it.

I came here for a family celebration and was overwhelmed by how friendly and accommodating the staff are. There is a good variety of food on the menu and when it arrived it was hot and very tasty Again I cannot praise the staff enough making our trip so enjoyable. Will definitely be returning soon 😀

Cozy older venue with a wonderful garden to spend time with friends at! The inside is clearly sea inspired, taking from the name of the boat they’re named after. Toilets were a pleasant surprise as well, very clean and bright. The garden was heated and we were provided blankets! It was super nice

The staff were brilliant. special thanks to Ile and Amy who were amazing and went above and beyond to recommend Le Bijou wine and Ile who suggested the sharing nachos and the seafood linguini and to the chefs Dan and Izzy (I had to tip then in person), the food was amazing and fresh. I am going to recommend to family and friends and I will definitely be coming back again. One of the best experiences I have had since arriving in London from South Africa. love love love

A lovely place to enjoy with friends on a day out drinking. The beer garden was nice and Linn made the experience far more lovely than it already is. She made exceptional drinks and was friendly to me and my friends as well. I’d definitely be coming back for a pint or two in the near future!

I had booked a table for 6 for sat lunch. I was seated at a dirty table with no menus or cutlery. I asked to speak tonthe manager, he was rude and unhelpful and the music was really loud. Eventually a fantastic waiter Bruno was assigned to us and he was fabulous! The food was just ok and the bill was overpriced and not good value. Rude staff except for Bruno. Never again!

After having a great time in the Gipsy Moth earlier in December we decided to book for Xmas day! The atmosphere was super friendly and jolly from all of the team. The food was amazing!! I had never done Xmas day in a pub but I doubt this will be the last time. Huge thanks to the chefs and bar team for making our Xmas day extremely enjoyable.

Great decor inside the pub, wonderfully done. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice selection of draught beers. Didn't eat here but food did look tasty. Literally opposite the Cutty Sark. Recommend

Such a lovely spot, near the Cutty Sark, not far from the river, and Greenwich is such a beautiful place. The food was lovely, my husband had a very nice ale on tap, Can't remember the name, but we'll definitely be back.

This is the local I'm willing to walk 30 minutes to. Food has never disappointed (pub classics), staff is always great to interact with, place is super large, comfortable and cosy. And they have Bruno. Bruno is everyone's mental health support solution. He's lovely. As if the Gypsy Moth wasn't pretty great already, then you go around and find out they have a Bruno. 🫶🏻👌🏻

Food and service were both excellent

Hideously price drinks profiteering at its worst £14.50 for two pints wont be returning or recommending such a shame takes the fun out off enjoying such a nice area.Went to the oyster catcher not far up the river £11.45 for two pints of very similar beers. Pete

Great pub. Always a go to when in Greenwich, we have found table availability to be a problem but given its situation it is hardly surprising. The staff are very attentive and helped by giving us a table near the baby change since we had our toddler in tow. The food was good and the child portions were very generous. I recommend the outside seating area which is lovely spot on a warm day. Gypsy Moth have a brilliant array of cocktails so definitely worth a visit for a bit of a treat. Thank you Gypsy moth for a great experience.

We came around new years and we had one of the most amazing times. Yes they were busy but one of the bartenders- I believe her name was Linn. She was beyond helpful. Asking us how are day was and asking if we were happy...

Didn't have food, so can't mark that, buy plenty of people we're eating. Good range of beers, etc. London prices are scary. >£7 for a pint of ale? And we wonder why so many pubs are closing. Not many can afford to drink in them. Rant over.

A nice and big bar. I visited to rest and eat while traveling, and I was very pleased. They have friendly and helpful employees. Toilets were clean. Güzel ve büyük bir bar. Gezerken dinlenmek ve yemek yemek için ziyaret etmiştim, gayet memnun kaldım. Güler yüzlü ve yardımsever çalışanları var. Tuvaletleri temizdi.

Very busy would advise to book table in advance. Service excellent food good had sunday roast . didn't see any parking. Steps down to garden.not a lot of space between tables for wheelchairs toilets upstairs did not see disabled toilets need to ask when booking if available

We came here for the Sunday Roast and food was quick to come was very good, very homey food. Waiter made us feel very unwelcome however. We booked a table from 14:15 until 16:15 (it was written on the reservation board on the table) but the waiter cleaned our plates and brought us the bill at 15:00 although we were still having a drink. On the reservation board it showed that there were no reservations after us. The waiter kept coming to ask us how we wanted to pay although we told him we were still drinking our drinks and to give us some time. Very bad service. Wouldn't recommend.

We came in for a late lunch. The pub was very busy but luckily we'd booked. The service was wonderful and quite fast considering it was fairly busy. The food wasn't anything particularly special but was nice enough.
