Great food, Jade was very attentive and lovely. She made sure my dietary requirements were met and had great knowledge on the selection of steaks. She was very pro active at going round to every table regularly and a very genuine girl! Thank you!

Food was fab, couldn’t fault it. Four of us had different dishes and each was great. Brooke our server could not have been better and made the whole experience brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. She’s a real asset and would want to sit at her table again. Thank you

Me and my boyfriend went to miller and carter in Harlow on Friday night , despite it being super busy our waitress Katie was amazing she was clearly super busy but still made time to guide us through the menu and the keep checking everything was okay with our food. The food was amazing and the service thanks to Katie was even more amazing. We will definitely be returning

Me and my partner have a monthly dinner at this Miller and Carter restaurant. We've been doing this for 2 years. Every single time the experience gets worse and worse. Yesterday, I was so upset about the host Irene (Greek woman) because I explicitly asked her 3 times to please get the 4 gentlemen on the table next to us that are shouting at the top of their lungs, swearing and spilling their drinks everywhere. She then proceeded to ignore them as they got worse and worse... I was so annoyed at the fact that the staff was allowing this type of behaviour and the restaurant was complete chaos. I'm so disappointed in the host she was by far the most terrible, inexperienced staff I've seen at a restaurant. I will never return to this Miller and Carter!

Our server Stacey was such an amazing and attentive lady. She aways made sure everything was okay throughout the meal. She was so polite and generous. The food was amazing… only issue was due to a busy evening - the tables were cramped together a bit but the food and service was great.

Stopped here on the way home after taking our father to Duxford for the day. Very good atmosphere and a well appointed restaurant, great menu and great tasting food, had scallops to start, excellent, Stacey, our waitress added to our enjoyment.

Come out for a pre valentines meal, the experience to say was something else, as a couple we was put next to a table with kids asked to be moved, ordered our food I asked for some butter to go with the dry toast, it came when I had finished the starters about 20 minutes later, when the steak came we had to ask for our sides, when they came the chips tasted reheated, I sent them back we had asked that the heating could be turned on, the First Lady turned some back object which looks like the top of a mouse trap ?? And wondered why the heating had not come on, eventually after sitting here freezing with coats on they put the heating on, the manger came over she listened then basically walked off and said nothing ok apology nothing find the whole thing disgusting I will not be returning !!! Fuming to say the least, I go to a different Restaurant most nights and this has to be the worst experience so far !!!!

we came for dinner not too long ago and decided we would give Harlow Miller and carter another go ! Fair to say we made the right choice ! Last time we came we was served by Abbie.S, and we were lucky enough to be served by her again, she even remembered us by name ! if the service wast already great, the food was amazing, we can never fault eating here, its always quick service with a smile ! I recommend the Surf & Turf for a weekend treat, paired with a good wine !

The food was amazing as well as the customer service. The special shoutout to Ahmet, a professional who made us feel special with his great jokes and excepting service.

I come here a lot but this visit was really disappointing! I ordered a medium rare fillet which came out still winking at me. My daughter had a steak too which was fine but when I got home I realised that our server Dan charged us for the 3 course meal deal on the children’s menu when my daughter only had a main?! Abit disappointed that he didn’t remind us that desert etc was included as-well as we would have obviously had that! Extremely poor on this occasion! Annoyed that we tipped now to be honest!

Although I haven't always been able to say good things about this place, I was pleased with everything on this occasion. The food was good and our server Wendy did a good job and was very pleasant.

Impeccable service and great food offering at this Miller & Carter. For a business lunch it was a unanimous vote all round to return here again.

This is a great steak experience. Our server Mandy was very knowledgeable and was very helpful especially with regards to my partner's allergies. She looked after us despite it being quite busy and always had a smile on her face.

Excellent steak with good choice of sides. Kat was helpful and kindly I had a lovely evening with my friends. I would recommend this place.

Smelly toilets. Smelt of urine. Tried two toilets due to smell in first. There is no excuse for this. Such a shame because the food was very good. Not sure if I will return.
