The Floating Boathouse in Fermanagh

We had an absolutely amazing time at the floating boat house! It was the perfect peaceful escape we were looking for—warm, cozy, and incredibly relaxing. The space is thoughtfully designed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless when we arrived, which made it feel even more inviting. The location is a dream for anyone looking to disconnect from the world. The lack of strong phone signal actually became a blessing, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. Getting to the boat house was easy, and we were thrilled that the host allowed us to bring our dog along, making it a perfect getaway for the whole family. What made our stay truly magical was the snowfall during our visit, which added a fairytale-like charm to the experience. Watching the swans come right up to the boathouse and observing the abundant wildlife around us was such a treat. It felt like being in a storybook! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to recharge and reconnect with nature, this is the place to go. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to returning. Amazing place . Just to take time and relax.

We stayed in the floating boathouse on the June bank holiday. The boathouse was spotless and so comfortable and warm. The views from the boathouse are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we had booked an extra night. Thank you.

Amazing experience to be right on the edge of a beautiful part of Lower Lough Erne. So peaceful watching the swans glide past. Boathouse was warm even on a very cold night. Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. We'll be back soon!

Booked this on air b n b hand to say its a great spot I managed to get this booked months ago for my daughters birthday night away and the views to sit and look at and wake up in the morning is unreal, we really enjoyed our stay and having good weather that we could even sit out next to the firepit and light a fire and chat in the evening was great to. Host was very good with any help needed. 👌😊 hope to get booked again in the future for a lovely chilled evening over the beautiful views again soon

Absolutely perfect. The hosts where friendly and the place was stunning. If I had to say anything bad it would be that it's a little closer to the road than expected.
