Visited twoce during our holiday and both times were superb. Excellent food and very friendly staff.Dog friendly. Thank you.

We called in a couple of times for lunch and breakfast whilst on holiday nearby and both were excellent. They actually did fried bread(a favourite of mine) with the breakfast, not seen that on a menu for years so big thumbs up for that! The place was spotless and the staff were very friendly. We'll definitely be going back next time we're in the area.

We stayed in a hotel nearby and came here for breakfast 2 mornings. Food was excellent and the staff were attentive. Great atmosphere and easy enough to get parked outside the restaurant.

Lovely place for a bite to eat. Lots of bikers use this place nice to see so many different bikes. If you're ever in Keswick and in need of food, this is a must food for most ages.

Visited for the first time today with our two dogs for breakfast.Ordered the pancake breakfast stack and bacon roll with a few sides ..pancakes were amazing ,good size portions and quality produce..friendly staff and nice atmosphere..we will definitely return.

Superb, they accommodated our large group and compared to another certain Wetherspoons in town, we were respected and treated as valued customers. If you want good food and great service, this is your place.

Incredible atmosphere, super nice and hardworking staff. Can’t fault this cafe or staff members in any way. The food is incredible, the prices are very reasonable and the quality is worth every penny. It is definitely worth the short drive out of Keswick town centre to come and enjoy a 10/10 meal with 12/10 staff

Fan-tabby-doosy. Big group of us came in and sorted us right out. Any missing sausages were quickly filled like our now fully satisfied bellies. The Filling Station certainly filled us with love.

Food was great, no complaints there. Given 3 stars as 1 member of staff (Grace) was really rude and ignorant, also sat playing on her phone at the counter whilst there was tables to be cleared.

Visited the Filling station on Wednesday, the staff were very accommodating with our 2 dogs and they made us feel really welcome. Food was amazing as ever, especially the pancakes 😋🥞

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Filling Station, a restaurant with an American truck stop vibe. I ordered the veggie burger, and the staff were very careful to check if I was vegan or vegetarian before making it. I really appreciate this extra attention to detail, as it shows that they care about their customers and want to make sure that everyone has a great experience. The veggie burger itself was delicious. It was juicy and flavorful, and the bun was perfectly toasted. The fries that came with it were also very good. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I also had the opportunity to meet two of the staff members, Zarah and Brad. They were both very friendly and attentive. They made sure that I had everything I needed and that I was enjoying my meal. Overall, I had a great experience at The Filling Station. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was fun. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good American-style meal.

Very nice brunch. Varied breakfast to cater for gf. Appreciated. Very popular with motor bikers when we arrived. Good value for money. Especially the pancake stack only for the very hungry

We stopped at The filling station after a night hike and wild camping. We were greeted with a smile.even though we were soaking wet and leaving quite a puddle. We ordered 2 breakfasts and 2 cups of tea. The food was hot and delicious and served very promptly. The Cumberland curl was the highlight of the meal (they are my favourite) It was the perfect rest stop after a long, wet hike. Loved the biker theme to the cafe. I would and will recommend this to everyone. Keep up the good work.

Nice bikers cafe, seating inside and out. The road is a little noisy (traffic) if you're sitting outside.

Fantastic little café. The food was great but the service was what made this place stand out. Had an absolute laugh with the lady serving who came and had a chat with us and even brought some sausage out for the dog. We liked it that much we came back the next day with new friends we'd made in the pub! Highly recommend.

Not as good as it used to be. Menu isn't as fun.. burgers aren't as good. I feel sad saying this because it used to be our favourite place but it's not the same. My burger meal was double the price of my son's kids burger meal, the only difference was I had coleslaw and he didn't.. The music is still good.

Spent the weekend touring the lakes and found this place after a Google search. Great Breakfast just on the edge of Keswick town. Bike night on Friday evenings too 👌

Called here while away and seeing it on tiktok dog friendly good food we had a hotdog and a burger both were banging followed by one of the best milkshakes to Finnish. Not a massive place and gets busy but we got a table straight away

Stopped in for breakfast today on our way home after a weekend in the Lakes. Excellent service and the food was exactly what 3 tired hungry bikers needed. Set us up for the rest of the trip home. Waypoint added, will be back again.

Awesome cafe on the edge of Keswick near Fitz park and walking routes to Skiddaw. Fantastic choice of all day breakfasts, pancakes, waffles and toasties etc. Milkshakes are worth a try too, just delicious. Reasonable price and easy to get a table including big outside area. Great bike themed and 1950s diner style decor. Recommend!

Good atmosphere, we got 2 double cheeseburgers. Very greasy not much taste at all. Couldn't finish them. Drinks where nice and cold though. We'll be back to try the pancakes next time

Came for coffee and cake mid-afternoon. Really enjoyed the cake but the coffee (latte and flat white) were lack luster and tasteless.

Staff were really friendly, helpful and funny. Food was good value and delicious. The only tiny snag was the parking but was more than made for by the aforementioned revues comments.

Called and Booked a table for my sons 30th B’day. Didn’t ask for any special treatment but my son had his partner arrived to a table decorated with balloons and received a wonderful welcome. Great service 🙏

Clean cafe,plenty tables chairs inside/outside,meals to snacks ,spaces for motorbikes,on street car parking opposite.

Breakfasts are lovely and we were able to sit outside.

The Filling Station has a diner style vibe, with a varied menu catering for all tastes. Big portions, and great coffee (really great coffee!) Would recommend a visit is you're in the area.

Amazing breakfast, all our food came out from the kitchen at the perfect temperature. All our food was delicious, the two ladies working front of house were very welcoming and kind. I would definitely recommend to everyone in or around Keswick. 10 out of 10, good food good vibes!!

Driving round Keswick to find a cafe I know there are loads but parking and accessible access for elderly mother gave up on the way out of town found this little gem well worth a visit

First time visit, but definitely not the last. Called in for breakfast on a Tuesday 9am. We were the first ones in, everywhere was very clean and the staff were lovely and friendly. We ordered full English breakfasts and coffees. Food arrived promptly, looked very appetizing and tasted great. They obviously use quality produce which made all the difference.

We stopped here on our way into Thornthwaite from Newcastle and it was a great little place! I got the pancakes and hot chocolate and they were delicious!

We sat down and waited for the staff to take our order for good 10/12 minutes, they were looking at us from behind the bar, we made eye contact and obviously been ready to order. In the end I got up to ask if we can order to be told that we were supposed to order on the bar, but no signs or been informed to do so when we are ready to come on the bar. Seats were dirty from previous customers with bread crumbs all over. Mind the place only had 2 tables with customers. Food was good.

Found this place by chance and what a good find . 2 lovely lady's serving nipped in for a coffee n cake my daughter got a ham & cheese toastie what's not on the menu but they still made it for her. We had coffees scones cakes and it was all very nice and if I'm back in the area again I will certainly return.

A fantastic cafe. We turned up just before the ride home. The breakfast stack was one of the nicest breakfasts I've ever had! 🥞😍 I'll definitely be back the next time I visit Keswick.
