Found this place on internet and thought give it a try for Sunday lunch a smart looking place we both enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch very hot plates beautiful cooked beef Plenty of vegetables service spot on would say book if going as not a big restaurant

We all had a fantastic Sunday lunch. Starters were amazing. Great beef, veg and the gravy was so tasty! We have been coming here for some time now and we have always left highly satisfied.

Attractive pub/restaurant with nice friendly staff but somewhat overpriced for what you get. Average portion size for both adults & children.

A lovely early evening meal here , an appealing set December menu available , good selection of wines and a warm and friendly welcome - highly recommend the spicy lamb and aubergine pie - divine - a very relaxed experience, no rush at all -be mindful there are limited car parking spaces to the rear - would definitely revisit

This is a gem in the Cotswolds which is my go-to place when I’m down. You can eat there quite regularly and taste different dishes each time. Today it was the pig’s cheek following by the ever-excellent fish and chips. Nice pint of beer to wash it all down. The only pity was that I was driving. As always, the service was excellent - friendly and efficient.

We both had the excellent steak and ale pie- very tasty with good selection of veg. Only one desert - choc fondant tasted great. Service was excellent and ambience perfect. If they’ll have us we will definitely return.

This is our go-to restaurant when visiting Cirencester as it is consistently good. This visit did not disappoint either. Husband said it was probably the best sea bass he had ever had.

Three of us regularly meet for lunch in the Cotswolds. We try to choose venues with interesting menus and good reviews. The interior is not elaborate , but the meal we had here was outstanding in both the interesting range of the menu and the great skill of the chef. I have never tasted such perfectly cooked battered haddock - moist, high quality fish with a very thin crispy batter. The scallop and crispy bacon starter was also perfect. Our friend said the brisket was delicious. Pleasant and helpful staff and very reasonably priced wines.

This unassuming pub produces the most delicious meals. The lamb fell off the bone, everything was freshly made, you can see their clean and efficient kitchen.

We had lunch in The Falcon, the food was wonderful and service also first rate. It is a lovely old-fashioned pub, very friendly, clean, with pleasant and attentive staff. My only small gripe was the limited number of vegetarian items on the menu.

We visited at 1800 on a Friday. It was busy and the carpark was full. The carpark is a bit small in relation to the size of the place but the owner gave me a pointer on where I could park which was really helpful....
