Fantastic bar great music in 3 different areas, great service from the bar staff in uniform white shirt and tie also a couple of mature bar men you don't often see that, door staff very friendly even though it was very cold. Toilets and tables spotless. Will strongly recommend

Best bar in Derry city to get a decent but if food. Food is 10/10 always beautiful and you get a lot for what you pay. Plenty of room inside and the pints are amazing, great selection of other drinks available

Place can get a little busy but that is clearly a sign of its popularity. Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, good pub food - what's not to like?

Had lunch here food was lovely staff very friendly hidden gem would definitely go back.

The food was pretty average. Ordered the homemade chicken goujons but found that they were quite chewy, mostly due to the batter. The food was far from bad, but very average in my opinion. On the other hand, the service was very good and the decor inside the bar is very tasteful and intriguing!

Sunday Lunch was flawless in every aspect.

My wife and I (mid 40s couple) visiting from USA. were Denied access on Sunday August 6th to this pub by a sad little bouncer who seem to be on a power trip and wanted to act the big man in front of younger staff members. We informed him that we were due to meet family members here after attending the funeral of our grandfather. He refused us entry and accused us of stumbling in the street. I informed him that he was mistaken and our evening was just starting. I asked him repeatedly for his name but he refused to identify himself. As we were leaving to go somewhere else he then radioed into other bouncers and we got refused entry into all the pubs on that street... Be careful visiting the Dungloe Bar.

Brilliant bar love it. Went there on my free bus on my sixth birthday thought it looked nice and you can get a great pint of Guinness plus the food is excellent I can highly recommend it. Forgot the name and nearly two years later I'm back there. A great watering hole

Great athmosphere on a very busy Saturday night

Visited here with a friend and his young child recently and the food and service were excellent. Gorgeous Derry food and quality Derry service. The Mexican burger in particular was lovely. Will definitely be back in the future.

Our favorite stop during our Pub Crawl in Derry. Great smiles and service from Emma and her colleagues. They hustled to accommodate our party of 12 - unannounced! Best on Waterloo! Menu options were appropriate for any palate. Cold pints for any thirst. Enjoyed our visit...

This bar can be hit and miss; the Guinness tonight is awful, bitter as ####! Other nights it’s pure milk. It’s worth stopping by, just be prepared to move on!

Was there on a Monday night and the atmosphere was so much fun even on a night when you would expect it to be a bit boring/quiet. Great live music, clean toilets and very affordable drink prices.

A great wee pub, sparkling clean. A welcome irish coffee was served with a chat and smiles. This oasis was a godsend to two weary tourists who had just left a different pub where a irish coffee could not be made because they had no means of making it. The only good thing this unnamed put did right was to direct us to the Dungloe bar . Recommended.

Had to leave a review. Best food I've had out in years! Never does mash potatoe come out perfectly buttered and salted, saved me the effort. The tabacco onions where the best I've had. The chicken was lovely and the gravy was unreal, whatever you guys are putting into it! The waitresses were so friendly and so funny. Very relaxed they weren't coming up asking you every 5 mins asking was everything ok. Nice chilled vibes on them too. First time here and we will definitely be back !!

Great pint and staff, definitely will visit Wednesdays are quite in Belfast and most bars had stopped serving food at 5!

Super place for meeting some one it's very central in the town. Always a good place for food and drink and a bit of criac, and their is always music at the weekends. The staff are very friendly and helpful to find you a good seat.

Food was incredible, a bit more than just pub grub. Full of flavour using quality ingredients. The price was very reasonable and a pleasant surprise from the norms of Belfast. Draft pints had a limited selection but there was certainly an option for everyone's taste. Sevice was fast, welcoming and professional. Lovely traditional pub, with ambient lighting and wood panelled walls and ceillings. Plenty of screens for those wanting to watch sport, but I was still cosy enough to have a meal and chat with friends.
