Usually good this Chinese but has went down hill and I think I will be using some where else from now on I've waited over 2 hours for my dinner and the customer service on the phone is terrible

paid for 2 cans of irn bru and never received

Its the 1st time I have used dragons way and I was well impressed I certainly will be eating out it again

Food took 1.5 hours to arrive and all we ordered was two mains and one chips. Both meals were very bland in taste. Very disappointing.

My order was ready earlier than the stated collection time which suited us better anyway and the food was great as usual., it’s our favourite place for a chicken curry and any time we order and ask for no spring onions in the rice it’s always done for us.

An absolute shambles of a place. Send you two portions of chips for one curry and when you phone to tell them they ask are you sure? Then say wait till I check your order! Obviously I wouldn’t be phoning to if my order was correct. I told the clown on the phone that the food was cold and it took an hour and a half to deliver and he said that was impossible. The guys an absolute rocket!!

Best takeaway in a long time. Egg fried rice is sublime, the addition of spring onions is the clincher!

Ordered two meals, one of which was wrong. (I ordered beef and chicken came) Also requested one of the dishes came with no onions but both of them arrived with no onions. Food was warm, not hot, and both dishes were half eaten and binned as the black bean sauce was totally bland and tasteless. Poor experience.

The food was great, as always! the delivery driver shouting and swearing at my buzzer/door for not working and my three year old hearing it and getting upset, on the other hand... was not.

The service was fantastic but the food unfortunately let it down. The chicken noodle soup however was tasty but beef and chicken curry was very disappointing wasn't nice at all.

Ordered a bottle of juice with my dinner which I never received. After phoning to ask about it I received it one hour after my dinner had been delivered

Onions in the egg fried rice....I had to pick the onions out before eating my food......other than that good was great delivery time is too mom considering the takeaway is just down the road

thought I'd go for a veggie option tonight for a change, I was pleasantly surprised , black bean sauce was great, veggies where fresh and crunchier , would defo reckoned this to friends , defo trying more veggie opptiins with this take away, definitely worth ordering , five stars all the way 👍🏽

He usado este restaurante durante años. Principalmente porque está cerca de el trabajo de mi marido. La comida es buena pero los tiempos de entrega normalmente son largas. Ahora no he pedido de nuevo. En mi último pedido me falta mi pan de gambas. Llamé por teléfono y el miembro del personal mujer dijo que esta nota en el libro y que sin ellos la próxima vez. Yo estaba muy bien con esto. Llamé y me dieron esta noche k el propietario. Le dije esto y él dijo que no había libro. Luego de mi asombro dijo "que era mi hermana y ella no me ha dicho que a usted". Así que soy un mentiroso - todo un 1. 40 bolsa de pan de gambas. No lo creo. No hace falta decir que decidí cancelar mi pedido y ahora ve a otro sitio.

1st time ordering and it was the best Chinese I've had in a long time, it will be the only place I will order now. Deliver was way ahead of time ladie on the phone was lovely sorting out a mistake i made myself I got an extra curry sauce, quality and quantity of food was amazing my 3 year old loved the chicken in his kids box to. Definitely wouldn't order from any other Chinese now.

Lovely food, when ordering food eta was 1 1/2 hours but was here within half an hour. Delivery girl forgot juice but came back with it less than 5 minutes later.

Food not fresh. Ordered several dishes all taste the same just like it was cooked on the same oil..will not order from them again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken, I especially enjoyed the crispy batter on chicken ballsy

Have been using dragons way for years but past few times it's been awful. Chicken chow mien was disgusting most of it went in bin. Curry sauce was watery. Defo won't be wasting my money again

Chips where not nice and chicken was cold

food was dry overcooked hard chips and expensive. would be better if did small portions so could mix stuff. very bland and over half went in bin waste of money. who wants to eat a full plate of same stuff.

chicken fried rice, got rice with chicken and some sort of chicken gravy? was asked if I wanted it dry or wig a sauce , I asked for it dry (is dry even a thing for chicken fried rice?) bit disappointed to receive the opposite of what you payed for! service was speedy though!

Always brilliant food. Won't order from anywhere else. Never had a problem, food is full of flavour and huge portions. Top notch

Delivery time was just over hour and a half, food might have been hot but the quality was bad. Chicken in chicken curry was chewy and didn't taste like chicken. Chicken inside the chicken balls was grey. Ordered chilli spring rolls and safe to say wouldn't even feed them to the dog looked absaloutely vile not to mentioned soaked in grease. Only thing positive to say is there chips were good which is strange as most places give you reheats.

Chilli spring rolls to die for. The king prawn curry sauce was a bit thin but tasty nonetheless and delivered in record time. I will definitely use this takeaway again.

I ordered the bbq pork and chicken chow mein and when it came it was horrible. The meat was very stringy and chewy and there was far too much gravy though it so there was a very greasy texture to it. I won't be ordering from there again

Pedí comida y desde el principio fue muy mala, la dejé colgada en el teléfono mientras la gente tenía un 'blether' y cuando finalmente llegó la comida estaba fría como una piedra y ¡quiero decir que es una piedra fría! De hecho, tuve que hacer la comida justo después del parto porque llamarlos de nuevo y decirles que la comida está fría solo consumiría más de mi precioso tiempo y sin duda también habría algunos "extras" en mi comida. Pagué 18 por comida fría y ellos simplemente perdieron un cliente, la caja de munchie era ridícula, las peores costillas que he visto, chips rancios, pollo seco, básicamente era comida para perros, sinceramente no sé cómo se puede correr un negocio de comida si ni siquiera puedes obtener un pedido simple y entregado en caliente, estoy a menos de media milla de la tienda. . . . no al otro lado de la ciudad!

Always order from here and normally lovely but ordered chicken friend rice, paid an extra pound for breast and it was burnt, chicken was black round the edges and even avoiding it it still tasted burnt! Ended up in the bin

Food is lovely, although i waited 2 and a half hours for my food. Woman on the phone was very uninterested in helping me when i called to see where my food was. When my food arrived part of my order was wrong and he couldn't do anything about that.. will not be ordering here again unless its a collection

Food was nice as usual though I feel it could have been slightly better - less salty and the peppers were bitter. Overall it was nice, generous portions.

This is the second time I've ordered from here and the first time my hubby has had a curry. He says it's the best he's ever tried and I have to say I totally agree with him.

Disgusting. Spend £80 a month here and what I ordered was 3/4 veg and drowned in stinking sauce. No way will we buy from here again.

Used to love this Chinese but the last few times have really dissapointed me. Waited 2 hours on my food to finally be delivered for it to arrive stone cold.. the chips and spring rolls had gone soggy and the chicken curry was thick and gloopy like it had been sitting for hours. Ordered at 8:45 and never got it until 10:40 which at that point i was too hungry and annoyed to even phone back and get it fresh. Won't be back did not enjoy it!

Absolutely shocking portion sizes of salt and chilli chicken, every other shop is at least double the amount which is a shame because the foods good otherwise.

I really like the food from this place however having to wait 1 and a half hours for a small delivery when I only stay 5 mins along the road is pretty bad

Over 20 mins late from what was the scheduled time on the e-mail. Soup was pretty tasteless and the same with the chow mein. This is the worst delivery and food order I have ever had from the Dragon's Way, and I also go into the shop for orders if not delivered.

Food was good but I ordered a chow main and rids when it arrived the chow main had been put on top of the ribs so the ribs where all dented and the chow main was all over the bag not happy with this
