Hi just to let you know how excellent this Deli is we go several times a week she works on her own everything home cooked and nothing too much trouble for her I recomend to all my family and friends Warm and friendly and emaculatly clean

Great food,reasonable prices,good company,friends have travelled from Eastbourne to eat here.would strongly recommend this cafe to everyone.

I’ve had lunch and breakfast at the Deli Aldwick, fresh, homemade food , great quality products, all served up with a smile. Honestly, this is a little gem - my go to cafe always.

This is a wonderful place to grab a well cooked breakfast or lunch or this time brunch. I enjoyed a hearty stew which was full of beef and vegetables, very filling and my husband enjoyed a huge breakfast and was very satisfied. There are cakes available which looked incredibly delicious but unfortunately not dairy free this time, on a previous occasion there has been a selection of cakes. There are a selection of good quality teas and coffees and soft drinks. If you fancy a sandwich or baguette the fillings are generous and diverse and made to order. Emily the owner was excellent and was able to cater for my dairy free needs. RB

We bought some sandwiches to take with us to the beach. The sandwiches were delicious. Very tasty bread and generous amounts of fillings were used. We sat in the cafe and had a coffee whilst waiting for our order. Highly recommended.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! Amazing service and staff really friendly, all the food was cooked to perfection would 100000000% recommend to anyone !!

Nice clean premises with extensive homemade food offering, from snacks to main meals. We opted for homemade vegetable soup and a “standard” breakfast. The soup was a generous serving in a good sized bowl served with a fresh white warm crusty roll and a large slice of butter. Excellent. The breakfast consisted of a good quality “butchers” sausage, a nice rasher of bacon, baked beans, a lovely poached egg ( scrambled was an option), mushrooms which were preferred to the listed tomatoes and two thick slices of brown granary toast, well buttered. All excellent, well cooked and presented. Will have no hesitation in visiting this eatery again. Good food and good value. Thank you to all concerned.

Lovely small cafe / deli in West Bognor about 300 m west of the Royal Norfolk Hotel. As good as previous reviews suggested. Aldwick Special breakfast and Eggs Benedict were delicious. Everything cooked to order so be prepared to wait a little while if it's busy.

Stopped here after reading the reviews here on our night away. It did not disappoint. The kid’s sandwiches were huge. The cakes were lovely but we inhaled them so quick so no photos! The place was a never ending stream of people coming in. The lady was very nice and helpful with information about going into Bognor the next day. We will be back on our next visit 😊

Have recently found this place. It has to be the best food establishment for miles around, all fresh produce using good quality ingredients. The staff their are very friendly. When passing by on Saturdays I always have eggs benadict. It has to be the best, don't take my work for it,go see for yourself

Staff are so lovely, we often have a Sunday take away breakfast as a treat and the food is amazing. Great value and the staff are always so friendly. The only small down point is the do not deliver enough (although that could be dangerous as I would order every day lol) I 100% recommend

All Emily's meals are freshly prepared and/or cooked to order, where possible using locally sourced produce.The lunch menu varies daily; our favourite is Thursday which is roast day. A homemade delicious roast, normally with the choice of three different meats, plus a vegetarian option, served with roast potatoes, roast parsnips and selection of fresh vegetables, topped with a Yorkshire pudding. Friday is pie day, again with a choice of fillings, and served with a variety of fresh vegetables.If you've not been here before, please do yourself a favour and give it a try, you won't be disappointed, the food and service is excellent.Sue B

Emily, who runs the Deli, thoroughly deserves her 5-star reviews. Her menu is always extensive and her freshy cooked food is always delicious. No wonder she has so many regulars who know what's good for them! Today I had a scrumptious chicken pie with fresh veg and my wife had a delicious salad, both as yummy as usual. The Aldwick Deli is still the best in the area. Try it and see for yourself!

I contacted this deli in advance having found it on Facebook, to order a delivery of a savoury afternoon tea. They were extremely helpful & delivered the food on time, to our rental house. The food was excellent - we had chosen the sandwich flavours & they were lovely, we also had quiche, sausage rolls & pork pies. Well, the quiche was quite possible the best I’d ever eaten.It was all as a surprise for my mums birthday, we were making a cake, so didn’t get to taste any of the lovely looking cakes.Thanks.

Fabulous lunch yet again at the aldwick deli. I had the best ever mushroom and spinach lasagne and my mum had the bbq chicken stuffed potato skins. Certainly one of our favourite lunch places

I called and ordered some meals to be delivered. We had the mushroom stroganof which was delicious and with really generous portions which came with a great salad and garlic bread. I also ordered a meatball pasta bake which I kept for another day. Also delicious and a huge amount of meatballs. These meals were excellent value for money and I will definitely use this service again until I can return for lunch

Just had a very tasty TAKE-AWAY from our favourite eating place in the Bognor area. Although you obviously can't eat in Emily is doing take-away and offering free delivery! The vegetarian cottage pie with roasted vegetables was as usual superb, very generous portions. The rocky road is still very yummy!

Last week was about the sixth or seventh time we've been there since moving to the area last year. Got to say the food, service and atmosphere is just perfect. We've had breakfast, coffee, lunch and afternoon tea there and everything has been faultless. The Owner (I assume) is just the perfect person to run such a place.

Nearly 2 hours drive from home, but TA highly recommended the place. How right it was, both had eggs benedict, freshly and perfectly cooked to order. The lady has a real love for what she was doing, obviously knew the regulars who came in and treated everyone with the same outstanding service. How lucky these locals are. Loved the place, the people and the delicious food. A long way to go but worth every minute of the drive.

Just been to the Deli at Aldwick cafe and I had a great cup of coffee (I am very fussy with my coffee and this was perfect as not too strong). My son has a bacon roll which he said was one of the nicest he has ever had (and he can be very fussy too as hates too much fat or if it is under cooked or over cooked etc..) and a rocky road which was tasty but not so sweet it hurt your teeth as some are (it was clearly homemade to perfection). Brilliant service, clean and modern. Highly recommend.

Emily has surpassed herself today with her delicious turkey pie. Mouthwatering turkey, scrumptious pigs in blankets and tasty stuffing all encased in super pastry, served with generous portions of fresh vegetables and gravy. I urge you to try it if you have the chance!

Lovely freshly made soup and french bread plus pasta dish that was to die for. Well done Emily, shall be visiting on a regular basis. 5 stars.

Had a delicious veggie roast at the Deli At Aldwick today and my mum had her favourite, smoked salmon and poached eggs followed by sticky toffee pudding. The food here is freshly cooked everyday with something for everyone. Emily the owner is fabulous and there's nowhere better for breakfast or lunch in the area, or just a coffee and cake.

We are regular visitors to the Aldwick Deli. I'd just like to praise Emily's cooking once again. I'm very fussy when it comes to meat pies but Emily's are the BEST! I've tried her delicious lamb and mint pie and today I sampled her beef and onion pie. Fabulous! No gristle, no fat, just delicious tender beef in yummy gravy! If you've not been to the Aldwick Deli before, give it a try, you won't be disappointed. We've always been well-pleased every time. Every Friday is pie day by the way!

We went to the deli yesterday for my friends birthday lunch. We immediately loved the decor and atmosphere. The staff were super friendly. We sat in the lovely garden which was a great surprise. This is a little jewel. Very welcoming. Clean, With healthy homemade produce on show. The service is warm and accommodating to both take away and eating at this location. I have been a regular visitor here over the last few years. Whether solo, couple or family visit; for breakfast, lunch or just coffee, the food and service is top notch. As well as her standard menu, Emily always has a great variety of tempting and creative specials.

The deli at aldwick is an absolute favourite of ours. It has a warm community feel without it feeling 'cliquey'. The owner often goes out of her way to get to know you and chat to you.

We went for a light bite and was very impressed I had cheesy mushrooms on toast with a poached egg my partner had eggs Florentine both with tea we sat in the rear garden and enjoyed the sun this place is a hidden treasure in the aldwick parade the staff are very friendly and helpful with suggestions and they make all the food in house and the cakes are homemade to will definitely visit again real soon

Came to the Aldwick Deli again today. Previously enjoyed a delicious roast (served every Tuesday and Thursday), a super breakfast just before Christmas and today a very tasty macaroni cheese, my wife had a great quiche. Despite being quite small there was a great selection of lunches on offer. Also we took home their famous rocky road - fantastic!

We both had the full English breakfast which was very tasty and nice and hot.Quite a lot of choices of other items, cakes looked nice. The service was friendly and would use again. You can`t use the Dineclub card here even though it says you can on the Dineclub website, not the Aldwick Deli owners fault.

My wife and I have just visited the Deli at Aldwick for the first time but it won't be the last! We both had a delicious roast chicken dinner, generous portion of chicken with plenty of vegetable beautifully cooked. Great coffee too! We've been struggling to find a decent reasonably priced café in the Bognor area ever since our w favourite in Lennox Street closed down (Simply Delicious). At last we've found one, the Deli at Aldwick which thoroughly deserves it's five stars and it's top ten place in the Observer newspaper!

We had heard such good things about the Aldwick Deli and decided to have coffee here. It was not very relaxing as they were obviously rushed and short staffed. We felt awkward as we only had coffee and cake and felt we were taking up space. Not sure we would revisit. One plus - the toilets were spotless!

This was a real little find, Everything home baked (cakes to die for!). I rang in advance to see if they could provide cake for a vegan and a gluten free person. And how’s this for service? The owner (?) made some amazing brownies specially. Thank you

A very friendly atmosphere at The Deli At Aldwick. Emily prepares excellent roast dinners, a choice of meat and lots of fresh vegetables. The best roast potatoes crispy outside and fluffy inside. The rocky road is always amazing, dark chocolate orange, white chocolate and mint the list goes on. Excellent service and a great price too!

The Eggs Benedict was becoming an addiction so we had a Brie and cranberry sandwich, and a chicken and avocado sandwich.... both delicious and equally as addictive!

Due to work, this is my weekly breakfast/lunch catch up with my friends. Always amazing food, from a normal breakfast (nothing fried) to homemade Cakes and Rocky Roads, Emily creates yummy food! And all for a great price!

We came here for lunch. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We sat in the rear court yard which was a lovely little sun trap. I had veggie curry with jacket potato and salad. It was delicious! My husband had a chicken and avocado baguette, which he really enjoyed and the baguette was nice and crispy. A great little find and we are not far away so we shall be back. This is a great place for lunch. The wrap I had had loads of filling of chicken,bacon & avocado & the salad served with it was different from the usual limp leaves & tomato. Instead there was broad beans,beetroot, onion,cucumber,tomato,red cabbage,leaves etc. My partner had a lovely risotto which he said was very good. The service is excellent & the deli is spotlessly clean. We were very impressed & will certainly return.This is just the place to stop at after a walk along the seafront

Visited here whilst on a weekend break at Butlins and it’s the best vegan breakfast I’ve ever had! Very friendly and helpful, knew exactly about vegan diets! My husband enjoyed the full English too! Wish we lived closer! Thank you very much for such tasty food.

I live locally to the Deli and I absolutely love it. Such a variety of freshly cooked foods (nothing fried either) from breakfast, Jacket potato, pies, curry, roast. Emily and Nick always make myself and my two children welcome. My son really loves it there as there is an area for him to play with toys whilst waiting for his lunch.

I regularly visit The Deli as it is just down the road from where i work. Never have I been disappointed. Popular and busy venue with good service. The macaroni cheese was delicious and was served with a fresh salad.

Lovely lunch at the Deli, great food and service. They were very accommodating to us and two babies at lunch, finding space for the pushchairs and providing high chairs. Will definitely go back again
