The Crazy Baker in Swansea

Visited after passing many times. What a delight. Freshly baked cakes to die for and savory goods made fresh on site that made our mouths water. Could not take it all in. Coffee was lovely and very reasonably priced. Will be recommending to friends and are already planning our next visit.

Stunning stuff, bought both bread and cakes from them. Really obliging. Made bespoke sourdough for me. Even ran out to local shop to get extra blue cheese for one of the loaves. Love it.

Not been through Duke Street for quite a while so surprised to find The Crazy Baker there. Had a warm welcome and was mesmerized by the variety and flavours of the amazing freshly baked cakes and doughnuts on the shelves in the glass counter! Decisions!!! Some tasty and healthy savoury meals available too. Will be in Duke Street much more often from now on!

Disgraceful company!!! My friend ordered a box of 6 for my birthday, next day delivery. They didn’t arrive, turned up over 24 hours later, stale and some of the toppings now looking grim. Friend contacted them for a refund and they came back with utter BS that they can be frozen to reinvigorate! What nonsense, you can’t reinvigorate something that is already stale!!! They’d also already gone in the food waste due to being inedible. They offered her a discount for her next purchase and not a full refund!! As if she is going to use them again, particularly after that response! Avoid! I’m disgusted at their response, and have advised her to raise a chargeback if they’re refusing a refund! To make matters worse they’ve had the audacity to berate me for leaving a bad review on Facebook, saying they’d rather resolve this privately but it is THEM that haven’t responded to her emails asking for a refund!!!

Firstly it wasn't a great start ordering from you. I sent two messages and received no reply from either(and still haven't 3days later) Why would you offer messenger as a communication service if you aren't going to respond on there. I needed the doughnuts for the weekend really,having ordered them at dinner time on Friday. I half expected them to arrive on the Saturday. That was maybe my fault...ordering too late but that was also the reason for my message (which wasn't replied to). I would have some sort of time stamp on your website saying "order before 12 for next day delivery" Something like that. So anyway. It's now Tuesday and I've received the doughnuts but again whether it's because of the doughnuts I've chosen but they are nothing short of a mangled mess. Again I would suggest having something more on the packaging perhaps telling those delivering to keep it upright. They are still edible but I certainly wouldn't want to present them to anyone and /or recommend. For £23 I would have expected a little more than what I got.

Ordered lots of doughnuts to be delivered to my nephews student house. I gave the wrong date which could have been a disaster. Contacted The Crazy Baker who managed to get the doughnuts to my nephew with only a days notice! Don’t know how they did it but they did and I’m very grateful. Massive Thankyou xxx

The cappuccino donut is really good. The topping has a warm coffee flavour and the doughnut is a very good texture.

We had next day delivery of 6 different flavoured donuts, the donuts arrived fresh, and tasted wonderful, the lovely different textured fillings to choose from. I would recommend them for a tasty treat or two.

What an amazing bakery.! Waking past, seen the sign, popped in and were not disappointed.! Will be going back when at the city centre next. Simply if you like doughnuts.! Just go there.! Been waiting for a place like this to come along closer to home and did not disappoint.! Hope they do well and good luck
