As a key worker on a night shift I popped in for a late night snack, the staff were so friendly a burger became burger and fries at no extra cost 👏👏👏

A hidden quirky little gem of a place. 5* for the warm welcome alone. They couldn’t do enough for us. Came for lunch with my mother who enjoyed all the old crockery & tea sets. The menu is again homely - burgers, toasties, sandwiches, soup. Like a warm hug on a cold winter’s day. Would definitely come back! Thank you 🙏

50 James StreetIt's great to see The Granary reopened. My beautiful young bride and I had breakfast together today. I had smashed avacado on sourdough toast with poached eggs and my wife had French toast with the most fabulous back bacon I have ever seen (lean, thick & large cut. Both dishes were perfect as was the service.
