We went for Sunday lunch it was excellent such generous portions , excellent value for money, best lunch we've had locally for a long time. Staff friendly with such quick service. Highly recommend it, will definitely be back

The only thing we didn’t like was standing about waiting for our table no where to sit to enjoy a drink also felt rushed as people were waiting won’t be going back

Sadly we did not have a great meal on Sunday. Told it was a carvery, so assumed it was like it was previously, but we were presented with an A4 sheet of paper with tick boxes!! No one explained or offered any information, not rocket science I know, but very impersonal and unfriendly!! Swede was not even luke warm… it was cold as was mashed potato! One person in our group had the smallest portion ever, did not compare to the rest of us….. only 4 small carrot batons, asked for more, but told they had ran out, but another 8/10 people were booked in after us?!! We asked for more gravy to warm the food up as we complained about the swede, no apologies, just informed us that she would let the chef know. Such a shame that staff seemed disinterested and no one came o er at any point to ask if everything was ok, these gestures from staff go a long way as front of house are just as important in any business as the chef ! Really disappointed as the premises has been revamped which was lovely and super log burner! We are local and keen to support local businesses, but sadly won’t want to rush back 😔

Brilliant evening out. Hunters chicken and pie of the day was lovely! There was a slight wait on food but staff couldn’t have been more apologetic and attentive. We did hear that they were a chef down! Homemade food and very good portion sizes! Lovely desserts also, cheesecake and profiteroles, just not sure if they were homemade… Only a short 5 minute drive from bluestone resorts so ideal for us! We’d definitely be back if we lived local.

Recently re-visited for Sunday lunch with a group of 8. Service was amazing with the team being extremely accommodating. Food was out of this world - an amazing selection of meats (lamb was beautiful) with all the trimmings. Highly recommended!

Got there at 8pm for a meal and immediately told we had to order quickly, so we were rushed in making a decision. I ordered a steak and peppercorn source, the steak was burnt one one side, was only about 10mm thick and overcooked and the sauce was really not nice at all, even though it cost £4 extra. As we where eating our meal the two staff were talking to each other from across the room whilst getting ready to close the place up. Not great.

Walked in at 7:45. No one came to greeted us and when we asked for a table, the bar lady asked the chef. We could see the chef was not happy that we had walked in and we were told to order quickly (At 7:45 on a Friday night). Asked for the pie of the day which was meant to be steak and ale. When it came it was chicken and leek. The mash was awful and the pie was VERY bland. No one came to check on how the food was and when paying they didn’t ask anything about the food and just took payment. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving customers. Will not be going back and would not recommend.

We've been here every Friday and Saturday night since early March, the food is excellent and if you want to change things you can because it's all cooked fresh when ordered so, if you don't want BBQ sauce on your Hunters Chicken, no problem, they will always do their best to accommodate your needs. The staff are fantastic too, always friendly and courteous. A HUGE thank you to Jess and the team. See you next year.

Brilliant food for great prices. We enjoyed so much we went twice in four days spent near whitland.

Had the option to choose which meats & veg we wanted - great for fussy eaters. Food was lovely, portions are decent. Would visit again.

Booked for an evening meal while visiting Narberth. Not disappointed with our meals. Food came out hot. My pie was very tasty. Cost of our meals, 2 courses, with drinks was very reasonable. Staff were very attentive and polite. Would definitely fo back if and when we cist Narberth again.

havent been to the Bush Inn before but will definitely go back the sunday lunch was brilliant really great food thanks to all staff.

We have driven past this pub so many times in the four years we’ve lived here but it’s never drawn us inside as it’s a bit soulless on the outside. However, we decided to pop in after walking the dog and what a surprise we had. It’s lovely inside and the staff could not have been more welcoming. We ended up staying for lunch having been tempted by their comprehensive and reasonable menu. The food was great and there was a lovely atmosphere in there too. Very dog friendly but limited tables in the bar area, where dogs are allowed, so best to book if going on a premium night and taking the mutt. They are creating a huge space for outdoor dining with plenty of green area for dogs. Will definitely be there again and probably use as our local. We wish them success with their business.

Awesome food and a good night had by all. My girlfriend has issues with greasy food making her ill but had absolutely no issue here as the cheeseburger loaded fries (which seemed like a high risk option) was absolutely stunning and caused no problems fir her. My steak with new potatoes was also great though I did need to prompt the young waitress to ask how I wanted it cooked (though doubtless they would have come back to ask had I not felt the need to tell her while ordering). The real ale was good too. All in all a good little pub slightly off the beaten track in the Tenby area.

Called here for lunch on the way to Dicky Parry's Robeston Wathen (cheapest fuel in the area). Welcoming, polite and efficient staff. Excellent food, well priced. Will return.

Went and ordered a takeaway Sunday lunch as was not feeling a 100% to dine in . The staff who took my order were extremely helpful and polite and explained all the meat and vegetable selection I could have . The food was piping hot reasonable priced and totally plentiful and absolutely delicious. I can see why on Sundays you need to book to dine here . Will certainly be back again Thank you for a really delicious lunch

I booked a takeaway roast dinner due to feeling under the weather to dine out . The staff were extremely helpful and attentive . Such a great choice of meats and 7 different vegetables must admit swede and parsnips are my favourite and was chuffed to see them on my lunch with was plentiful , delicious and served piping hot 🔥 will certainly be back thank you xx

Went for Sunday lunch on a busy bank holiday weekend and have got to say the food and the service was amazing.we were a party of 10 and everyone of us had beautiful meal.I would definitely recommend going there. The staff in the kitchens were so good plating up our food and was served very quickly.

We visited for a family meal on our recent break to Bluestone. We have previously dined here in prior years. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious. We had a large group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I really recommend the Bush Inn especially if you are looking for a local place to eat around Bluestone. Thanks again for an enjoyable meal!

We had lunch of fish and chips the waitress said they would be happy to supply a smaller portion for us as the meal portion was too large for us. This is something that not many restaurants are prepared to do for smaller appetites. The meal was first class and we will be back for more.

A special day out spoiled.....We have been here twice, both visits on a Wednesday, some months apart, and the food was let down on both occasions.. Plates were stone cold....food was to say the least lukewarm., gravy was warm for a few minutes. ?...enough to taste the dried up roast potatoes and cardboard yorkshire puddings, carrots...rubbery. at £20..00, odd a total waste of money......oh the icecream was fine but then it would be....its meant to be cold. (Told staff about it)...."oh sorry about that" and walked off. Will we be back........no chance., UPDATE.. NOW CLOSED. 👍

We came here in bank holiday Friday after being turned away from other places. Not only did the accommodate us when they were busy, they so so friendly and the food was superb. Great atmosphere, kids playing. Definitely be back.

Great Sunday Carvery, friendly welcome and good table service. The form booking system means you get to choose what your Carvery is made up of and it arrives quickly. Also ideal if your kids are a little fussy.

Booked the table for mid day and on arrival we were seated and menu was shown on a A4 sheet which you filled out showing what meats and veg you would like, which i thought was a good idea, no waste.After a few minutes the waitress comes along takes your order for drinks and the A4 is given to the kitchen, which then prepares your plate for you.Very little time goes by and your drinks arrive and soon after your meal, brilliant service and the meal was also very good.

I recommend this pub to any 1 who's visiting southeast Wales at Narbarth... Superb Sunday Roast and lovely staff and reasonable price as well

Tremendous sunday lunch! 12 of is went for the lunch today and we couldn't recommend this place more! Excellent idea having the forms to fill out with everyone then able to choose what meats and vegtables the individual wanted, made it easy and covid friendly! Very fast service of all FRESHLY cooked HOME MADE roast.. 10 out of 10.. will definitely return! X

Visited once whilst on holiday in the area as we hadn't been in for at least 10 years. Friendly welcome to a rather empty pub and we were shown 2 the table and given a menu. We went at lunch time and the menu was very limited so we both ended up with loaded fries. They were nice but nothing over exciting and I wouldn't rush back not 4 lunch anyway. Maybe there is more choice in the evening or it could be limited due to Covid.

Definitely not the same as with previous owners ,beef was tough and no taste in the roasties . I was a bit disappointed
