The Bridge House in Belfast

Had food here, really small portions, but with prices including pint , it s as int so bad. Kind of regret not going to Nando’s across the street, but the price of beers and ciders here is pretty good, and a reasonably good selection of each. Even compared to trendy bars in Belfast, they’ve a much bigger selection of beers and ciders. They’ve upgraded the toilets since my last visit a couple of years ago, the service is ok, in fairness I don’t think tips are very generous here. Not a place to go to meet people etc, but can be a good spot before a gig or if you just want to fill an hour or two.

Desperate poor service, ordered panini and chips , panini landed out on a big plate , no garnish no chips, asked for chips and they never came , we walked out, burger my husband got was miserable to say the least, a child would eat more again on a big plate and few dried up chips

We called in after a day trip out. The place was full and we were lucky to find a table but just as we were about to leave some people left. I think the place could do with some updating but at least there was a atmosphere even if it was loud. We ordered food and drinks at the bar with a friendly staff member as he had trouble hearing me. The deals were good especially the ones with the alcoholic drink. I wish someone could have cleaned the table before the food arrived but that didn't happen but I suppose that they took the empty glasses away from the previous people was a bonus. When the food arrived it was good and what I expected. This is a Wetherspoons and they are all roughly the same. The food is very reasonable priced, especially with the deals so I didn't expect anymore, so don't go with great expectations and you won't be late down. At the end of the day this is a pun.

We visited the Bridge House on both nights when we recently visited Belfast on both nights it was very busy with a pretty good atmosphere but it was very warm until they put the air conditioning on.For food we tried the Lasagne,Fish&chips,Alll day brunch and pizza all very tasty and well presented.Will come back if we visit Belfast in the future.

We must have been to 50 Wetherspoons pubs over the years and this is without doubt the worst of the worst. Upon entering, the place was absolutely disgusting filthy with food all over the floors, there were plates piled everywhere and there were hudreds of glasses piled up on any available surface. Service at the bar was surreal. For a long time, there was 1 poor girl serving whilst 4 other members of staff stood there just laughing and joking between themselves whilst the queue snaked around the pub. We watched someone start to clear glasses and she appeared to be in an absolute trance picking up 2 or 3 plates at a time and taking them to the kitchen. The food was coming out at such a rate that tables were filling faster than she was clearing them. Guy who I believe was Manager was equally inept and not giving any direction to staff. Poor poor poor!

Came here for lunch and breakfast during our stay in Belfast. As in most Wetherspoon pubs food was basic but nice and great value. Staff were lovely and the place was busy. Breakfast set us up for the day. Worth a visit.

Average quality food, typical wetherspoon plates, menu a bit shorter then other wetherspoons. Average price, big place, not far from the city centre. Good to eat there at any hour.

The pub was very quiet when I popped in for breakfast with friends first weekend in July. We ordered our food at the bar and it was very quickly brought out to our table. Standard Wetherspoons fayre, tasty and very reasonably priced especially for a central city location - and we found Belfast to be otherwise rather pricey. I bought the irish breakfast which comes with lots and lots of bread! 2 slices of toast, potato bread and soda bread! with a bit of meat on the side! :-P Wetherspoons is our go to when we go to any new place if we are wanting cheap and cheerful food and drinks, and it rarely disappoints.

We visited here for food and a drink and were very disappointed, the food wasn't very nice at all, I had the lasagne and chips. The lasagne was rotten and was definitely cooked from frozen the chips I couldn't eat they were disgusting. We were supposed to get an alcoholic beverage for an extra 1.10 but I ended up paying full whack for them all. I'd never eat here again. Avoid like the plague for food, you want cheap drink well you can fill your boots.

I decided on the BBQ chicken and bacon panini and added chips as a side. I paid £1.34 for what can only be described as a smallest handful of chips. Tables were quite dirty and lots of plates and glasses needed clearing

Place is absolutely disgusting, tables are always dirty and there is always plates and glasses lying on empty tables, takes forever to get a drink and don’t get me started on the toilets, vile

We have never used Wetherspoons,we just popped in for a drink at lunchtime, while waiting for our bus, don't know about the food but we did know that the drinks were going to be a reasonable price, which they were, but I don't want to talk about that. The lady who was serving me was friendly, the barman who wasn't serving was friendly. Went for one more round and a different lady was friendly. So you're thinking so what, let me tell you there's loads of bars around Belfast you won't get that.Now time to go, went to the loo, gobsmacked, the biggest and cleanest toilets for a bar in Belfast. There are quite a few so called traditional bars which seem to mean that the toilets should have a 1930s flavor neither clean or hygienic.

We had the steak & drink deal. It was really gross..never again..the so called steak was condensed spiced mince? in a poor effort to shape it as a steak!!! Soft drinks - tasted like I don't know what...then a fight broke out - outside with a chair flying everywhere...really dreadful. I pity the staff. Needlessly to say I won't be back. I can eat anything until I tasted this food. Gave one star for the staff

Usually just use this spoons as a pit stop. Quiet noon Saturday yet the service was super slow, app ordering was not working. Staff behind bar not too interested. This bar is usually good for a few cheap drinks prior to moving on. It would be nice if the gents loos were deep cleaned because they are vile. I’ve been to some awesome spoons and this is bottom of the list.

Congratulations Belfast! This is by far the cleanest Wetherspoons we have ever been in. People were clearing & wiping down tables. Which rarely happens in other places! It was our pleasure to visit and share a bottle of the fabulous Barossa Ink. I so wish the "Spoons" closer to home were even half as good as yours. Well done 👍
