The Boat House in Pembrokeshire

Incredible choice of menu for dairy free. I had a pulled pork chicken and my friend had a mega beef burger. Both were delicious and filling. Highly recommended.

We've visited this restaurant quite a few times before, especially for their normally delicious Sunday lunch. Sadly, today, the standard slipped , our 4 Sunday lunches arrived luke warm with only one veg serving dish (on previous occasions, the same size veg serving dish was between 2. ) worse of all though was the 3 beef lunches , the beef was as tough as old boots , we had to ask for steak knives to cut it, let alone chew it ! We immediately mentioned the beef toughness and was told that the kitchen would be informed , we raised the small veg portion too and were told they would go and get some more , but that did not arrive . When a lovely waitress came to clear the table (a different one , we relayed our complaints to her and she said that we should have asked for more veg , we told her we did ,and it didn't arrive . Very disappointing lunch today , especially as we had taken guests after praising and bigging how good the Sunday lunch normally is .

Had an absolutely delicious meal here with the family. We booked on the same day after seeing a post on Facebook of an enticing-looking burger. Exceeded our expectations. Great meals for us adults and the children. Service was prompt and polite. Will be visiting again!

We popped in here a couple of times. Lovely friendly staff - especially the bar staff which explained lots about the local rum available (which is delicious by the way - Barti) I had a small nachos as wanted something to fill a gap. It was lovely and got and delicious. Would recommend but if you want a main meal I would suggest booking first.

Adding this one to my list of go-to restaurants/pubs in Pem. From the outset the staff were absolutely lovely. I didn't travel a booking and it's a Saturday in peak season yet she behaved like it was no problem at all and even let me choose where to sit. Often if you're eating alone you get shoved in a corner somewhere but not here. The food was sensational. The only down side was that the chips were quite oily. But they were actually the best chios I've had for ages, otherwise!

Outstanding! Service was polite and professional from all of the staff that looked after us. Food was superb standard - fresh, very well presented and most importantly delicious.

Amazing restaurant! Gorgeous food and completely Coeliac safe! We eat here several times every holiday and never have any problems with gluten free. They are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food is so yummy, it's a joy to visit and have a truly relaxing meal - for someone with Coeliac disease, its not always relaxing due to worrying about needing 100% gluten free! Can't wait to come again next holiday!

Fantastic meal at The Boat House Had such a fantastic experience and meal at the Boat House. The staff went above and beyond for us as a family with 3 young children who are 5, 3 and 1, nothing was too much trouble. The food was phenomenal, I had a sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly (i am very fussy!) And the specials desert, which was a martini cheesecake, everything was absolutely delicious. I also had a white magnum martini which was out of this world. There were 6 of us dining and no one had a crumb left on their plate! My children wolfed down their food and the staff ensured their meals came out quickly. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very relaxed and friendly. We really had the best experience at this restaurant and would not hesitate to return! Thank you.
