Best venue for private dining. I celebrated my birthday there. The food was great and we had karaoke too! Best bar in Shoreditch!!!!

Anniversary meal. Outstanding, Fantastic service. Called to confirm and was lovely on the phone. When we arrived personal touches to our anniversary. Just loved soaking up the vibe and enjoyed people watching. Everyone who works there was such a positive, professional vibe. Huge establishment to run so hats off to the entire team. Food was soooo lovely. Complimentary fizz when we finished our meal. Will definitely be back! 🎷

Audrey made my friends birthday an incredible night! I booked a table in the dining area not realising on Fridays you can't book tables unless everyone is eating. But the staff were really accommodating, particularly Audrey who made sure that my whole party had a booth to sit at in the bar for the entire night and made everyone feel very welcome. She was incredible!

I recently dined at Blue’s Kitchen and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Adam. From the moment we entered, Adam greeted us warmly and made us feel incredibly welcome. He was attentive throughout our meal, ensuring our orders were taken promptly, and our needs were met with efficiency and care. Adam's friendly demeanour and genuine interest in our dining experience truly enhanced our visit. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction deserve high praise. Had an absolute blast at the Blues Kitchen in Shoreditch! The drinks were super tasty, and I can’t fault the service - smiley, enthusiastic and clearly so happy to be there 🫶🏾 Had the jerk chicken sandwich which was to die for. Will definitely be back!

Went for lunch with workmates and it was great. The food was absolutely delicious, service was great with very friendly staff and the place was nice and quiet. Toilets were super clean (and cool) as well, and they offer really good value for money at lunch.

WOW it's been a while since I've been back but once again loved it! Came Saturday for the Hip Hop Brunch and the band were wicked! We could have stayed all night long if they were on the foods always great and Prosecco flowing can't say no.

A real gem for music lovers. We just walked in randomly and were treated to a really great blues gig - for free! Good cocktails too. Sound is balanced and just loud enough.

I came by yesterday spontaneously with two friends and I was the only one stopped for an id check which made me feel singled out… the security guard on shift should have gone about it in a better way but I understood. However other than that it was a good service

Magnificent experience at blues tonight. It was by far the best time I had since I came in London. The atmosphere as well as the cocktails are banging. We'll be back on weekends for the live music 😍

I had a fantastic experience at Blues Kitchen Old Street, thanks to the exceptional service from Adam in Plymouth. His kindness and accommodation, allowing me to charge my phone, made my visit memorable. Our company had a great time during a previous staff party, and we're looking forward to returning, largely due to Adam's excellent service. Highly recommended!

Very vibey, lots of beautiful people on a Friday night. Staff are friendly and helpful to a degree, cloak room overcharges on every item. But in a great atmosphere and a goos place to enjoy some Jazz.

Extremely rude security guards and bouncers , got kicked out for absolutely no reason but homophobia... I have been to this bar many times in the day and it is a very different vibe. However on a Friday and Saturday night, it is full of security guards, even when I was waiting for my friend by the loos - you can't even have fun. I will be in touch with the company to get a refund as I was not happy with the service and the security guard was very forceful with my and my friend. Disgusting behavior really... I asked for the security guards name and for a manager but he avoided telling me.

Had a great time at the Blues Kitchen. The burger was great, really tasty stuff! The vibes and atmosphere was great, but most importantly the waiter was amazing! Great guy, attentive, aware and polite all the way around!

Came in on Wednesday with my girlfriend for the £6 cocktail promotion and I must say I was impressed. They had a wide range of cocktails to choose from that kept us entertained the whole night. For dinner we shared a portion of the Buffalo wings and the Jerk chicken. Good portions for the right price plus friendly and welcoming staff We will be back soon

This used to be one of my favourite places. Now this place is just about making money. The food is still amazing. But the drinks are ridiculous, they charge £40 for a bottle of prosecco & bring it to the table warm, without an ice bucket. We asked for it to be changed, the same thing happened. We then just asked for some ice a made do. I asked the manager to knock some money off due to this. Wow, she was so rude & told us we should have done something about it instead of drinking it. I advised that I had & we were supplied another warm bottle, apparently it was our fault for asking the wrong person!! She then wanted to know who we'd spoken to, I showed her & she proceeded to tell him off in front of us. The whole thing was just horrible. Get rid of this appalling manager who couldn't care less about customers or staff! She's really happy to treat customers badly, rip them off, serve rubbish at ridiculous prices, treat staff terribly & completely unprofessionally, this place used to have everything spot on, at a reasonable price. Definitely not the case anymore.I won't come back again, such a shame, it used to be such a lovely place!

This is one of my top places to eat in London. Food, service and atmosphere are incredible. We came in before the live music but had very quick service and the food came out so quick. The food itself was incredible and I did not want it to end. The bacon gravy is to die for and I wish I could take some home with me. The Oreo doughnuts are some of the best I've had. Will definitely be returning ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great bar that we discovered accidentally. They have a live band brunch occasionally. £12 per cocktail but they were made well. This place does need booking for food but drinks you could drop in outside peak times

The food in here is INCREDIBLE! A group of 6 of us went on a Wednesday over Christmas in December, we discovered cocktails were £6 every Wednesday - this was a pleasant surprise! Live music was very good & the service was spot on. Starter of cheese burger spring rolls were heavenly, crunchy filo pastry with a melting cheesy burger filling. Unreal! I had the st Louis pork rib for mains, again absolutely delicious - the meat was so tender and flavoursome. It easily and pleasantly pulled apart with my fork - and lots of it too! I was left very full up and hugely satisfied! The coleslaw was beautifully crunchy, the fries were crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - just sooo good! The passion fruit zombie was my favourite cocktail, sweet and fruity! Went down a treat! I really recommend going here. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

Such a vibe at this place. Live music on a Tuesday, they let us bring in a cake for our friends birthday, the service was really prompt as well.. cannot complain! And the prices aren't too bad. Pints are well priced compared to most pubs these days.

I had a lovely experience at the hip hop brunch. It was my first time trying the restaurant and I was not disappointed. The live music was amazing and provided a nice and entertaining atmosphere. I was served by Mariam and she was very attentive and made sure we were having a good time.

Went there with some friends and the food was fantastic, it was very delicious, everything was good, the music, the vibes , and there’s waitresses , Mariam, she was so kind and gave us an amazing service, so professional, absolutely loved it!!

We also thought it will be a great place for Last evening in London. It started well. Food is ok. But then we realised the floor manager gets nervous as we did not continue to order (we were there just 70Min). When the waiter asked if we want deserved we answered nicely “no” but asked for another alcoholic drink. He brought the drink and said that they will bring us the bill. We were surprised but ofcourse agreed. When we paid but not finished yet the drink (not even half way) they said they need to table. Never in my life I had such a rude behaviour. This is a Zero service for me. We left! Never again.

Sia the host was lovely, Stephanie was a lady who tried to get a chair for my aunt(who is 70yrs old). Then a, gentleman that worked there was very adamant that she couldn’t have the seat. It was only for the restaurant. Later Joanna was SO sweet to make sure we could get a table. Then Zack & Joanna took care of for the most of the night. They both went above and beyond! Great bourbon options including willet, and pappy. Did not suck! Live music to boot. 👍🏻

I don’t know what you’re paying Aaliyah but it’s not enough. Best bartender I’ve ever had and best amaretto sour I’ve ever had, and that’s after a year of perfecting my own recipe.

Steve has been very nice throughout the night. He gave us the table even if it was reserved earlier, light up the candle and kept servicing drinks throughout the night. Live music, service and vibes were amazing ☺️ This was my first time and definetely not the last!

Went on Sunday for the unlimited buffalo wings, was 33 wings in and the flavour was as consistent and amazing as ever. Really nice place and atmosphere. Mac and cheese was the best I’ve ever had as well Ina while.

A massive thank you to Martina who was an absolute gem of a hostess! Food/service/atmosphere/ deco were beyond amazing. And the band was just awesome. Thanks for a fab night! Oh, and they have a photobooth! Only downside, we came on purpose to see Dj Yoda, bought tickets and only been informed at 18:00 that the dude was playing at 1am! Some other customers came from Birmingham on purpose for that so there is room for improvement on communication when selling tickets

It is an amazing place, great service, excellent food, super cool live music, and an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant offers multiple options for seating incl dining inside a caravan. The staff at this place is super friendly and offers good explanations in case you have any questions. Def. worth a visit :)

Terrible abuse of power here. At the NYE Event, they had a ticket for after 1am admission, however would not allow anyone to enter after 1:45. This was never stated in their ticket’s terms and conditions and seems like a money grab from people as the ticket stated it was anytime entry after 1am. Not only this, but the bouncers were extremely rude and wouldnt let me contact my friends who were inside when I was a single girl by myself outside. They kept on physically moving me to the side and even though I wasn’t talking to them they continued to pester me with power trip phrases like ‘there’s no point in calling your friends you aren’t going inside’ even though I was only trying to call them so they can meet up with me.

Our Waiter was Steve. We had an excellent experience and he went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs. He was extremely polite and this elevated our dinner experience. All over a lovely place to eat and great waiters too.

Great place for a live music gigs. Went on a Friday night so it was super packed. The band was lovely and the cocktails were quite good. Did not like the plastic glasses at all for the cocktails but can understand the rationale behind serving drinks in them. The place is divided into sections so you can either be at the bar, be seated in booths or dance to tunes near the live band. The decor is pleasant and the washrooms were clean as well given how crowded the place was.

Came here last week for a joint birthday meal with my friends atmosphere was good, staff was welcoming and friendly and food was spot on we had a great time, the only issue I had was the cocktail I had felt it was abit over priced it was £12 and was very small took 3 mouthfuls and was finished but apart from that everything else was great

Came for a weekend brunch with a large group of people including kids. One of the only places suitable in size and bookable in the area. Lots of space, really friendly staff and good food.

Wow. No other word. Epic venue, epic drinks, epic food, EPIC service. Quality is top level and I wanted to literally order everything. Been here twice now and will be coming back!! The burger was the game changer for me along with the wings!

Charming venue with a beautiful bar, the restaurant on one side of it and the live music and dance floor on the other. Burgers are very good, live music and vibe as well (although sometimes a bit too crowded, especially in the smoking area).

The venue for our office party was dull and boring, lacking sufficient lighting to the extent that it was almost completely dark, making it difficult to see the faces of team members. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed with the limited options, as the only vegetarian choice was a veg burger. Additionally, a considerable amount of food went to waste, as the restaurant brought all the items at once without considering the number of guests in our party, resulting in cold, melted, and soggy food.

Atmosphere is amazing! Food ok, with good cocktails! Depending on tbe day, it is good to make reservations.

It's a staple to any night out in Shoreditch. Everything is top notch, including the live music. It's quintessentially NOLA but without the pretentiousness of Shoreditch or the cheese of a theme place.

Love this place. Been many times but tonight was looked after by Stephanie, who was lovely. Food was excellent.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service - in particular a big thank you to the friendly Javier! One thing I would critique is the deep fried Oreo dessert - too much batter and the batter needed more salt. I won’t order these again, but I will come back for the rest of the food.

Reservation is definitely recommended. The restaurant is beautiful, and the food was amazing. The staff were nice. Although the restaurant wasn't full, they seated us at the bar because we didn't have a reservation, which I wasn't sure about. Overall, the experience was good.

Had our Xmas lunch here and it had a great atmosphere. The staff were helpful and a wide choice of food and drinks. They usually have live music which is also a bonus. We also did karaoke and they let us go beyond our time which was kind of them. Fab experience all round

Had a great experience at The Blues Kitchen Shoreditch. The food was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend trying out the Cajun popcorn squid, the shrimp/prawn sandwich with fries, and the Mac 'n' cheese - they were my favourites! Also the staff there were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Plus, with such a great atmosphere, you're sure to have a fantastic time!

Watered down beer, agressive staff and far too many people. Avoid unless you like being ripped off and insulted. It’s got about as much to do with blues as I have a premier league footballer

Came here to meet up with some mates just before Christmas and that evening was busy we got our reserved table on time. Staff were presentable and very friendly, food was also very good...cooked and seasoned well! Atmosphere, music a bit loud but can't complain as it was a live band on the other side of the bar. But definitely recommend if you want somewhere to eat good food, live music and a little dance all in one place. 👌

We booked for dinner & drinks a party of 4. We had such a lovely time the food was great, the cocktails were even better and served by a hunky guy not sure if that added to the theme but 10/10 from us! Each member of staff were so smiley and happy! Even at such stressful time for hospitality staff! The band were great, we had a mix of starters, dinner & 2 cocktails each and paid around £45 each which was great and so reasonable for the quality! Will defo be back

First of all I rated food 3stars becoz for me the portion is little for what they're calling big boss burger and feels really overpriced..and their fries is salty that while you eat becoz its overspiced probably that they have put lots of herbs, and while you eat it. It doesn't taste good in the end., my friend didn't also finish the burger she order,she ses very saucy,..the burger from sizzley is so much better and the price of Mcdonald, you can eat it non stop. But ambiance is great, and service is great.

The atmosphere was nice, it was really crowded on friday. We had reservation for the tabels, otherwise I dont think it would be possible to eat. The hamburger was tasty. There is also another bar downstairs that serves amazing cocktails. I think the band started playing towards 11.

They were very accommodating when I requested a different seat due to issues with my knee. Food was good. Live music. Drinks were unusual but tasty.

Came here for my birthday yesterday ! Everything was fine had a lovely evening with my family. Later on in the evening I was at the bar with my friend. A guy approached me, kept pestering about buying us a drink. Then introduced us to his ‘uncle’ he was so annoying and I felt uncomfortable. He told my friend he would get the drinks, to be honest didn’t want anything from him. The bartender had opened the drink, he disappeared outside and proceeded to chat up another girl. When it was time to pay he got nasty! The manager was called and we explained what happened. The guy then said aggressively he would wait for my friend outside. The manager was very unhelpful and rude! Theses guys were clearly walking around harassing women! They should’ve been escorted out! Will never visit that location again!

We went primarily for the live music and it didn't disappoint. However the bar seats are now reserved for serving food, which I find ridiculous. Moreover they scold you if you order from 'the wrong side of the bar'.

Food is not bad mainly the vibe and the service that are great.

Great bar in Shoreditch! Been here a couple times now and the vibes are always amazing! Live performers are incredible, 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely shambolic service. Servers told us we wouldn’t be waiting long for a table. Cut to over two and a half hours of sitting at the bar being told constantly our table would be next. I believe they had no intention of seating us, and just waisted our time wanting only our money at the bar. We had no time left to eat before a local concert. Would not recommend.

Front of house is ran by a share of fraudsters. 30 minute wait time turned to 2.5 hours. 4 or 5 promises of a quick table everytime that never substantiated. Happy to take our money at the bar whilst we waited for a table. Everytime we asked for an update, we were promised it’d only be a moment…. Still waiting

We got a table for 6, at 18:00 as we wanted to eat and enjoy the live music show. We've been asked to leave the table 2 hours later, and not many options were given, either to stand at the bar, looking for tables in the bar areas (on a Saturday evening), or downstairs. It was already really packed, we checked everywhere but there was no space. When we finally got a table by the bar, we were asked to move 10 minutes later as they were going to clear the area. Logistically is a nightmare, and i feel sorry for the staff as well. The service for dinner was good tho, as it was the food (Martina was really friendly and polite).

Absolutely fantastic! Food was ridiculously delicious! St. Louis ribs were phenomenal! Soft, tender, juicy! Cheesecake was the best ever as well as the cocktails - Lychee Martini, Strawberry and basil bramble! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Good place to chill during the week
