Fantastic food, great service and brilliant beer, topped off with a surprise in the garden! Great pub!

One of the best Sunday Roasts I've had in the recent times. The place is quite cosy and service was really nice. It is a small restaurant, so definitely call to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

My friends and I were served a really good lunch with excellent service. Could do with serving more vegetables with the main course.

Beehive hosted our annual company get together and were fantastic. We hired the curling lanes for the afternoon and had the whole outside to ourselves to setup other game stations. The decorations and the table layout were perfect, thank you Chloe for making it look amazing. The team were so accommodating before the event and on the day. The food was incredible, we had the cheese fondue grazing board and the apple crumble sharing board. would highly recommend The Beehive for corporate events!

What a brilliant pub! Exceptional service, delicious food and a great set up- the Curling lanes are a great bonus too! We celebrated my Mum's 60th birthday here and cannot recommend them enough, Jess and the team went above and beyond to make the night such a huge success!

Food very average my burger red and tasteless 6 of us went wont go back.expensive for basic food.

Fabulous atmosphere, drinks, service. But food was quite disappointing, sadly. Chicken was greasy and pink, lacking flavour. Dessert was chocolate, but too gelatinous. Choc crumb was nice, though.

The staff were so very friendly and they were so happy to have our dog Gladys visit too. They brought her water and one of the locals brought her biscuits too. The lunch was absolutely delicious ( fish and chips and gnocchi with mushrooms and truffle oil ) Yum Yum !! Thank you to all the staff for making us all feel so welcome. Have tried to come before but was always fully booked, food was superb as where the staff and the service. Although we didn't know they allow dogs so for us great food and we can bring the dog it's excellent.

This was my first time at The Beehive. We were a party of four adults for a late Saturday lunch. We loved the ambience and all commented that it felt intimate and cosy, as if we were having lunch in someone's home. That was one of my favourite things about the venue. We all had three courses and drinks (I was driving so was on the 0% alcohol beer). Everyone was really happy with the food, which ranged from scallops, beetroot-cured salmon, burrata and prawn cocktail starters, through mains of flat iron steak, wild mushroom gnocchi and the excellent rotisserie chicken to chocolate mousse and sticky toffee pudding desserts. The chips that came with three of the four mains were some of the best I've ever had. Service was really friendly and attentive and we had a treat and water provided for our dog. I love finding gems like this and The Beehive is now on my shortlist for a return.

15 friends & family met up to celebrate my birthday. This close to Christmas, getting a booking is difficult. Jess and her team did an amazing job in accommodating us, the atmosphere was festive, food excellent and service amazing. We all enjoyed the evening very much. Thank you.

Went for a firm Christmas Dinner, so was expecting the usual bland mass produced food, but it was delicious, perfectly cooked and served by friendly, patient staff. Excellent.

Fabulous pub with great food at reasonable prices

We had a fantastic afternoon once again at The Beehive for a pre Christmas get together & also to celebrate my wife's up & coming birthday. We held the function in the tented area outside with a saxophone artist, the food was excellent & the staff provided excellent service, I would certainly recommend The Beehive for social events. The Curling was also an added bonus.

Went for lunch with a friend. Really good drink selection. Food was brillant had the beef bon bons and the beef and oxtail burger. Both were amazing . Highly recommend this place.

Pre ordered the lamb for two. What a treat. Probably the best roast dinner I’ve ever eaten. The lamb is slow cooked over many hours (10 I believe) and just falls off the bone. The veg was also perfect;y cooked. Will definitely be returning.

My wife and I turned up this afternoon on spec, with my eldest daughter and our five grandchildren, including our Mini Dachshund Lulu! The staff put tables together to accommodate us all, the atmosphere was cosy and all the meals (mains x 8) came out together, quickly and were delicious! The children were offered some games to play at the table and we felt very welcome and comfortable. Credit where credit is due... this place is lovely, on all fronts.

An extremely tasty Sunday lunch at the Beehive in Egham. Scotch egg starters were thoroughly enjoyed by all, perfectly cooked and wolfed down by everyone at the table. Main course was roast beef dinner for everyone. The beef was succulent, juicy and a real treat. Roast potatoes were cooked to perfection and exactly to my taste by being extra crispy with a light fluffy inner. The only disappointment was that there was no room on the plate for an additional yorkshire pudding... seriously these babies barely lasted a minute on my plate.. again cooked to absolute perfection.. simply not enough of it for my greedy disposition 😉 Cauliflower cheese was lovely with al dente florets, as were the runner beens. I'm not keen on parsnips or carrots but my partner soon hoovered those up. The gravy was plentiful, tasty and a great accompanyment to a truly brilliant Sunday Roast. Dessert was a mixture a brioche doughnuts and rum n' raisin ice cream. Completely full now and definitely in need of a good long walk. Well done everyone.

Dropped into the Beehive for a spot of lunch. We both decided on the fish and chips with mushy peas and tartar sauce. We received a perfectly fried fish in crispy batter just perfect.

The best Sunday roast in the area great service and a very rare experience, it was just like having a home cooked Sunday roast, very personal.

I’m giving it all 5 stars eventhough it could be better because nothing is perfect right? Example the service could be better because the girl looked shell shocked when we arrived and said I’ve booked a table for 3. Even our son noticed it and kept asking us why was she surprised as he could see our names in the book. But after that a lady of age was super nice. Top notch customer service. Atmosphere should just be 4.5 because it’s a bit shabby chic inside and out. However, perhaps that’s the charm. It’s cosy. It’s ok. Food - this is where they excelled. I went there because of the reviews. It’s very very good. We had 2 starters, tea for 2, 3 mains and 1 dessert. With tip, just under £96. So not bad. I’d definitely recommend the beetroot salad with goats cheese. It has hazelnuts in it. The burger came medium rare so ask if you’d like it cooked more. We weren’t asked but we also forgot to ask. Everything - delicioso!!

Amazing roast lamb as always. Great atmosphere and look forward to visiting again soon. Chocolate mousse was delicious.

It took them 20 minutes to take our order…I red so many reviews about Sunday roast in here that I went to try and it was disappointing. Nothing was fresh!

We have just had the most amazing Sunday roast. The lamb was so tender and fell off the bone. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tasty Sunday dinner and a friendly, comfortable setting

Must have been an off night as friend said it was much nicer last time. Waited hour and a half for our meal. There was a mobile kitchen in the car park so possibly working under difficult circumstances. Crab on toast starter was nice but pricey. Half lobster main was overcooked and a little dry. Was quite small and not a lot else with it. Dry new potatoes which I didn't eat and a bit of garnish. Worked out expensive for not a great meal. Won't bother again

We love this pub so much, I can't believe I have never left a review for it 🤦🏼‍♂️ Michelle, Chloe and the rest of the team could not make you feel more welcome if they tried! The food is incredible and the service is second to none! We used the amazing garden to stage my daughter's 21st last year and another Daughter's 16th tonight.. The team couldn't have done more to make both events perfect for us, literally minimal contact and they just got everything right from set up to the incredible food they served up!! Blown away again guys, thank you so much!! Can't wait for the next one.

Booked a table for a friends birthday and wasnt happy. Food took 40 mins to arrive and tasted bland to the point that most meals were not eaten. Not going back again and don't recommend.

Pretty much the only customers on a Friday lunchtime but very impressed by everything. Good atmosphere all great. Only slight thing was music in garden was far too loud.

After a stroll around Virginia Water, we went to the Beehive for lunch with high expectations having read about it on TripAdvisor. My expectations were exceeded, all the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. Lovely looking pub with great service. Impressed!

Second year of popping in here the night before Ascot. Very pleased to say just as good as last year, no idea why I didn't review then ! Anyway, warm welcome, nice wine list & our food was tasty, hot, well presented and I must recommend the ice cream sundae - delish with loads of fruit ! Plenty more I'd like to try off the menu, so we'll be back, maybe tomorrow night after the races lol ! Sat outside for a pint and we were chatting to the owner. Apparently the pub does a very good Sunday roast and is always booked up. There's not many tables inside but on a sunny day you can sit outside as there's plenty of room there.

I arranged a business dinner at the Beehive for 20 people. They created a special menu for us which was fantastic. The service was great and a really lovely little venue. I would highly recommend this place.

I finally managed to get to this lovely family run pub to try their new menu and it didn’t disappoint. It was flavour packed, warming and full of textures and contrast from the first bite to the last. Michelle, Jess and Sally were brilliant and I’ll definitely be back.. and they’re dog friendly!
