The Banc in Haringey

This is a great place for any good feel food. I had the seabass and I was so impressed with it. It was the best seafood I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back here for the food. The friend of the house her name was Tennessee. She was welcoming and made me and my friends will comfortable. Our waiter Vish he was absolutely amazing. He was attentive and very good with the service. His an asset to the business and his doing a great job.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. The customer service we received was absolutely awful! It was my mum’s birthday and they honestly ruined the whole day. The food was not nice at all and I will definitely not recommend this place.

I Visited the main resturant on a Sunday evening, as I saw amazing reviews on Tiktoc, the service was impeccable especially from our waiter Josh, he was so polite and attentive honestly haven’t had such amazing service from anyone before, so I would like to say a big thank you to him. The Food was also really nice, the steak was cooked perfectly. From starters to mains to deserts everything was perfect

The service was great, food was loveley. Mac&cheese was disappointing. When we communicated that with the ober, he removed it from the receipt. We appreciated that very much!

The food was so tasty! I ordered the fusion grill that had a mix of lamb chops and chicken. The meat was so tender with lots of flavour. For starters we ordered the dynamite prawns and bao buns which were full of flavour! For sides, the baby potatoes were so tasty and I would recommend it a lot. Along with coleslaw and mash. I ordered a berry rude mojito which was so refreshing but just a bit pricey for a drink! The desert was too pricey also for such a small piece and it was too rich. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great restaurant.

Decent good experience, thought the steak could’ve been better. But Josh our waiter, brilliant customer service, made me enjoy my stay here.

Used to go there every once in a while. After today I can see they’ve just given up on good food and service. We’re crossing Banc of the list.

Anthea was/is boombastic! Lovely friendly lady with feng sui energy so I knew the food wouldn't run my belly as it was served with LOVE! My 1st time here and it won't be the last. Well done Anthea... The Banc banging!

Very poor service, be patient and ready to wave at the staff so you can get their attention. No attention to details beside offering to put the napkins on your laps 😅😂 Drinks took long to be delivered. Wine arrived before cocktails, starters and mains arrived all at the same time. Mediocre food, inconsistent and flat boa bun, green beans straight out the tin, steak over cooked, seabass way too salty. Bougie setting but very low standards Was my 2nd experience I do not recommend !!!

I went to this place with such a good mood & high expectations on a Friday night, but I’ve never been to a place where as soon as I walk in, the first point of contact just ruined me & my family’s mood. starting with the ppl at the front all the way to end, the host was so rude and full of attitude, the waiters didn’t have a clue and was rude aswell, management was no help at all! The place needs much better customer service. I complained about this and just got more attitude all throughout the night. I will never be coming back and highly don’t recommend coming here.
