This is the second time I’ve dined with Culto and I would definitely recommend. The food was so fresh and tasty I enjoyed every bite of the Chicken with the enhanced tomatoe sauce. I wouldn’t want a take away why would I when I can enjoy great service from friendly welcoming staff.

We had a lovely time ,restaurant is amazing ...Staff friendly ,food delicious ......well done .We definitely will be back .

Visited Culto for the first time last night. The food and wine choice was excellent. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Would recommend the pizzas - authentic Italian food. You cannot book so either get there early or arrive about 7.30pm. Thank you Culto. We will be back.

Fantastic evening at Cultos, ever since it has opened as a restaurant it has been a favourite, and i will keep coming back.We had the ham and mozzarella arancini and the bbq ribs to start, we shared these and they were delicious.For mains we both had a pizza, my partner had a Capricossa pizza, whilst i had the calzone with salami and ricotta. My calzone was very well filled and beautifully cooked. Our bill came to just over £40, for 2 dishes each and 2 drinks each. Which i think is fantastic value.The staff are wonderfully helpful, the restaurant looks fantastic with its new outside space, and the covid guidelines are respected very well by staff and they are most accommodating to all. I would thoroughly recommend

Really disappointed. Where to start? Hard chairs were uncomfortable and we were cold. I understand the need for a through draught but why weren't the heaters on? We shared a tomato garlic bread....this tasted and looked like tinned chopped tomatoes on a garlic bread base. Awful!!Two of our party had pizzas, which they said were fine( but not authentic). My husband had linguine with prawns nothing special fairly bland .I had Mille Fille, an aubergine and vegetable /cheese dish. A few slices of aubergine on a kind of tomato/ veg sauce topped with cheese . I thought the order was wrong as it was the size of a side dish but yet the price of a main. We didn't stay for dessert. Service was fine so no complaints there hence the score of 1. Sorry we wont be back .

Having visited a few times, the food is consistently tasty, fresh and hot. While a sister restaurant to street food place Poco in Burley, the menu does differ with Culto offering a broader selection including thin base pizzas. Unfortunately the review is mitigated by the poor Covid-19 measures. No QR code to check in, no distance between tables, no wipe down of menus, waiting staff not all wearing masks, guests allowed to wander around while waiting to be seated without masks on. The patio considers itself to be "outside" but has a solid roof and glass panel walls, only some of which were open for ventilation - very much pushing the rules. As Culto are not currently taking bookings we had already waited for a good amount of time to be seated before being able to see that measures were poor. We're trying to concentrate on getting "back to normal" but in hindsight perhaps ignoring the guidance isn't the right approach! It was very chaotic outside with no clear queuing structure for restaurant tables or takeaway and the shop owner next door very politely asked us not to queue in front of their shop, an issue which Culto could have solved with clear signage or another staff member supporting the queue. Culto are obviously trying to make profits with very high demand at the moment, but the atmosphere both inside and out was quite frantic with the focus being on number of covers rather than quality of experience. We had to ask several times for our drinks order, they had sold out of our chosen dessert and being sat under the heater was very uncomfortable to the point where I felt I was starting to burn. I'd still recommend Culto but perhaps in a few months when things settle down and Covid-19 measures of a thing of the past.

Culto is really a wonderful place to eat, not only are the staff pleasant and attentive, the food is delicious! Proper Italian food and wine made fresh to order and very efficient service! Also, the new heated patio area is really special and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We will be back time and time again!

I'm a huge fan of Poco, Culto's sister chain, so eventually adventured across town to Culto. A lot of outside space which is great given the circumstances. It was a bit chilly but wholly worth it for the food. I had truffle arancini and some burrata for starters which were both fantastic and then a mushroom and truffle pizza for mains (with real truffle). Really great place, lovely and quick service, brilliant food.

Absolutely the best pizza in Leeds. Visited with family and sat outdoors in the sunshine. Each and every one of us can’t wait to go back. Delicious food and great service which makes everyone happy and that’s what it’s all about.

Ok first of all let's all calm down. The pizza is not authentic neopolitan as the crust needs to be about an inch wide and cooked in a wood fire pizza oven so marks off for that although the pizza was still tasty. The arancini starter was decent, a bit bland but not disappointing as a starter. What was disappointing was ordering the mushroom arancini to be then told 15 minutes later that it wasn't available. Also a bit of organised chaos when it came to the tables outside. The patio heater we had didn't work very well so was still a bit cold. Overall it was OK.i would not say it was any where near an authentic neopolitan pizza or the best pizza in Leeds. Those that think so clearly haven't had an authentic pizza before

Couldn't get through by telephone on a lockdown Saturday night so drove down to order a takeaway. They'd had a major powercut and the restaurant was in near darkness, but they still managed to rustle up our food. Which was delicious and reasonably priced. Look forward to going back soon.

Been a favourite of mine for years,best ever,Torbola,Lake Garda,main square however Culto have thrown a spanner in the works,a little bit more pancetta and you have perfection,molto benne

We ordered some food for our Xmas party lunch and none of the items were labelled so couldn’t decipher whos starter was whos. This was difficult as we have people with different dietary requirements and allergies. We also ordered a vegan pizza which came with cheese on it. It was sorted out straight away as soon as we called them but a member of staff had to leave the lunch to go and collect it. The food itself was really good and tasted amazing.

We ordered a takeaway for four. Food arrived on standard base instead of charcol as ordered - clearly a misunderstading which totally accept will hapoen sometimes. Culto very apologetic and nice and scrapped the bill. You cant get better than that ! Really appreciated such fantastic customer service and it will be rewarded as we will so be back ! Thanks guys !

Lovely local Italian with friendly service. Pizzas are fantastic, thin and crispy with good quality toppings. The capricciosa pizza is my favourite, but the Bianca and the delicata are also very nice. We'd also definitely recommend the mushroom aranchini.

Throughout the first lockdown we had some excellent meals delivered and we have continued to have take aways and will do so through the next lockdown. This place is superb. Quality food, great people, quick delivery service and excellent manners from the friendly staff. Definitely a big thumbs up.

Due to the virus Culto is only open for takeaways and deliveries. Their pizzas are second to none. My favourite being the Black Nero (Charcoal based) which is better for your 'gut'. I together with friends have had other dishes on the menu such as chicken and veal.The tiramisu is brilliant too!The staff are brilliant and always accommodating.

La pizza es increíble, sin duda. Mi esposa y yo hemos comido comida para llevar de Culto al menos 5 veces y cada vez la comida es excelente. Sin embargo, parece que Culto necesita adaptarse a los tiempos modernos. ¿Por qué no puedo hacer un pedido en línea? Traté de hacer un pedido esta noche y durante un período de 45 minutos tuve 38 llamadas fallidas debido a las líneas ocupadas. si no desea conectarse, ¿por qué no introducir 2 líneas telefónicas? Una vez que haya terminado, siempre se le advierte que tomará más de 75 minutos. ¿Por qué? ¿No puede invertir en personal de fisioterapia adicional en las horas punta? más conductores? Cualquier experiencia se juzga en su totalidad y Culto necesita modernizar su forma de trabajar.

Everything you could hope for in such trying times. Good manner on the phone, delivered on time, excellent food. Pizzas with proper medium-thin base and traditional toppings. Antipasto simply prepared in true Italian style and quite delicious. Top-notch tiramisu. Will definitely visit after lockdown.

Pizza is always great from here to eat in or to take away (home delivery). Great service. Great Pizza.

Nos dieron una comida para llevar anoche (un viernes por la noche) y, a pesar de llamar en un horario pico, la comida se entregó muy caliente y en 20 minutos. ¡Excelente velocidad y excelente comida! ¡Podría comer comida de Culto todas las noches de la semana si tuviera la oportunidad! ! ¡Delizioso! ! Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Nos encantan los arancini, pan de ajo con tomate, pizza carmelo, pizza margherita, espaguetis al pomodoro, mousse de chocolate.

Got 2 charcoal pizzas to takeaway. We both agreed it’s the best pizza in Leeds (my husband is Italian and we’ve tried a LOT). Loved the outside collection service - felt safe. Friendly and efficient. Highly recommend. Will be back!

Amazing take out as always. You have to order well in advance as it is always so busy on a weekend. Hot, fresh pizza and arancini are our absolute favourites. We love it! The arancini are the best in Leeds. Lovely staff too when you get to dine in. Ohr favourite pizza restaurant in North Leeds with a pretty good wine selection too

An excellent take away, well prepared to prevent close encounters when collecting your order, but even better food. Generous portions and delicious. When restrictions allow we will be back to eat in, and will certainly use again for a takeaway.

So pleased that in these bizarre times, it was an absolute pleasure to get a great pizza, all organised and ordered within safety guidelines and of course cooked as always...delicious

Ordered from Culto not long ago and about to order again this evening.The last time we had the lovely arancini, the lobster ravioli and a pizza. We decided to order a variety of dishes so we could taste the menu. Everything was really good, great quality and fair price. Also had a sicialian cannol and it was really nice.I am Italian and I know when I taste a good quality pizza!!! Highly recommend

Culto pizzas are genuinely the best pizzas we’ve ever tried. So delicious in every way! Our firm favourite is a diavolo each and a margarita as a side..!My only advice is get your order in early as takeaway pizzas are about a 90 min wait currently, but absolutely worth it just plan more time inWe look forward to these every weekend while in lockdown

Despite the lockdown Culto are doing an amazing job of delivering takeaways all to their usual high standards, sometimes it might take them a bit longer as they can get really busy so best to plan in advance but it’s worth it for the best pizzas in Leeds. We had the fungi aranchini (lovely and moist), veg pizza nera and fungi e tartufo pizza (my favourite) and tiramisu- all wonderful. Can’t wait until this is all over and we can visit their friendly restaurant again, meanwhile feel lucky that we can still get their lovely pizza nera!

My husband and I are so lucky to call this our local Italian. The pizzas are incredible (both on the normal base and the charcoal base) and the customer service is always brilliant!

Have tried to visit on a couple of occasions, but was always too busy. So we went early doors on a Monday, seated straight away, on Hard wooden chairs! Look at the menu & order at the counter, Aranchni balls for me, very tasty but 'dry' needs some Mayo or dipping sauce. Tomatoe soup for my hubby, bread felt like it was a couple of days old (very hard) but tastes good, Meat Calzone Pizza for both of us. Filling lovely flavours but mine was raw dough at one end, hard baked base but raw in the middle. When the waitress cleared the table I pointed this out, she tapped the base with her finger & shrugged her shoulders. We were offered lemonchello, & coffee but we were full & ready to leave. I was offered a dessert to take home. This was appreciated but I don't eat desserts so I declined. I'm really not sure if we will go again.... Disappointed after everyone else says it great.

The food was good but the service was poor. They messed up the order for the starters, then the pizza was wrong, I had to get my own cutlery as there was only one fork at the table and nobody was looking our way. The beer is hugely expensive but you don’t notice at first as it’s only served in half pints. The messed up pizza was knocked off the bill but the fun was already gone from our evening. Rather disappointing I’m afraid.

Never had a bad meal here. The food is always delicious and I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for it to arrive. Both the pizzas and pastas are lovely and if you're feeling more adventurous I would definitely recommend the charcoal pizza base... It takes exactly the same but its lighter to eat and looks pretty cool too! Would recommend for a delicious meal in a chilled out environment. The service is always great too.

The pizzas from Culto's are great and I can't fault them at all. The customer service, however, leaves a lot to be wanted. When ordering over the phone, it's almost impossible to get through to place an order on a weekend. The line is almost constantly engaged or taken off the hook. Most times, we never manage to get through and are left trawling the supermarket at 9pm looking for something to eat...!

Visited Culto after almost a years absence. With a lot of places the memory is usually rose tinted and the next visit usually disappoints but not here. The place was as busy as ever but the staff were great and pleasant. After a reasonable wait (it was a Saturday night and you cant book a table in advance) we were seated and our order arrived and once again it was superb, the ribs were to die for (Id recommend sharing, one plate is enough for two people) and the black dough pizza just fantastic with the added bonus that the bill was much smaller than expected makes this place a great place to eat. The ext visit will be a lot sooner!

The food here is always absolutely amazing! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten with lovely French fries too. We’ve always managed to get seated fairly quickly but if you have to wait it’s worth the wait (you can’t pre book here.) Service friendly and fast!

Lovely bistro. Italian restaurants can be disappointing because as a decent cook, it seems easier to do a decent approximation at home than more exotic cuisines like Chinese.

I came on a date here, rather good hoping that there was a table available. Lucky for us there was, amazing food and great atmosphere!

Fantastic food. The menu has a range of Italian options but I rarely stray away from the fantastic pizzas (Diavola with a Nero base being my favourite). Such a high standard to eat in but also can be delivered to eat in the comfort of your own house without the quality diminishing.

Yes we visited twice this week! Our first ever visit proved to be so fabulous that we had to come back...just 3 days later! We felt like we were back on our honeymoon in sorrento.

Cannot recommend Culto highly enough. Amazing little restaurant and takeaway. We order regularly and whilst we tend to get the same pizza (Carmelo), everything we have ever had has been delicious!! The chocolate mousse is a must too!! Extremely authentic Italian food with great service, what’s not to love??!!

Black pizza- who knew?! My favourite is the amusingly named “black white pizza”; delicious. We nearly always sit in. Great atmosphere, friendly Italian staff and the “normal” pizzas are great too, according to hubby, who is working his way through the entire menu. Highly recommend.

Visited for first time today, as the place comes recommended. So pretty outside and in, quirky, cute, easy. Very welcoming staff, simple menu of Italian staples, nice service. Food came quickly, no fuss, just delicious well made fresh pizzas, just what we needed after Xmas!

Amazing authentic food. Pizzas are very tasty if eating in or taking out. The ambiance is chilled even when the place is packed, which is most evenings! The staff are very friendly and remember your face, we always feel welcome even if we are just picking up take out. The drink selection is good especially the italian gin they have. Would definitely recommend for eating in and take out, order with plenty of time for take out as it is a very popular place.

I discovered culto upon learning they offer decent gluten free options, as my partner is gluten free.

We visited for a late lunch today with 4 adults and 3 children. Lovely, friendly staff welcomed us. The pizzas are amazing, loved the charcoal base! We are quite the pizza expert (we have eaten a fair few ) and these rank on par with the best. The pasta with seafood was overflowing with prawns, and was very tasty. The chocolate mouse was devoured in seconds by the children (us parents managed to grab a small mouthful each and it was yummy!) Everything was reasonably priced and we left full to bursting. A new favourite for us all ❤️

Had such a lovely meal at Culto this evening. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable and the vibe was eclectic. In particular we would recommend the Black charcoal pizza fungi with truffle. The Maitre'd was so professional, I think his name was Benji.

We ordered a takeaway, absolutely amazing! Easy and contactless payment at the door makes it super simple. We’ve had two so far and both times the pizzas were incredible. Need to go to the restaurant soon.

Culto has a great bustling atmosphere, you wait a short time to be seated but it’s not a problem and then when you’re at your table, there’s plenty of choice and Birra Moretti is on point. Highly recommended.

Came here after our yearly trip to Italy to combat the blues. Love the quaint, laid back feel of the place - true to Italian form. The staff are lovely and child-friendly and the pizzas are definitely some of the best in Leeds. Lucky for me living in a Meanwood!

The only gripe I can have about this Italian is how busy it gets (obviously the sign of a great eatery). I waited an hour and a quarter for my lasagne and garlic bread but boy was it worth it. Delicious, every bite.

I came by for lunchtime food and drinks, absolutely delicious. Will be returning for dinner at some point in the near future :)

Visited with a friend a couple of weeks ago. The pizza is amazing! My friend is vegan and they made her a delicious pizza. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Lovely laid back atmosphere in the restaurant. And I love that you can get the pizzas to take away! Will definitely be returning :)

We often get a Culto pizza as a takeaway and they are always excellent. Really fresh tasting and staff are always very friendly when we go to collect them.

Culto is the only place we’d ever chose for pizza, whether it’s takeaway or eat in. Friendly staff but most of all quality food every time.

Such an amazing atmosphere and excellent service every time I visit, I love the authenticity, quality and flavour of the food, and even when I need a Culto fix I can order my favourite food and have it delivered to my door, Culto is just round the corner from me #bonus

I love going to Culto- the pizza is delicious and it's a laid back restaurant, great for casual date nights and catch-ups with friends. Wholeheartedly recommend the Diavola pizza on the nero base with a glass of house red- heavenly! Thank you Culto :)

Decent mid range eats in accessible location with relaxed atmosphere and some authentic food. Good staff too. Not earth shattering quwlity, but fair for the price. I'd go back for sure.

This restaurant is currently a case of so nearly great, but yet it sadly falters on pizza toppings. I do respect what have done here, which is to try and make something very authentic at a popular price. The atmosphere is very nice. The pizza as a basic item has a very good base, very well prepared with a good sauce. However they are in denial about the quality of the toppings. I have raised this with the owners on numerous occasions and frankly they kill it because for example the olives are the cheapest blandest pitted olives you could find, the anchovies are the nastiest over salted ones available. I would much rather be given the option to pay more and have some decent toppings, even the pepperoni and chilli sausage are incredibly salty.

Lunedì, girovagando per il quartiere di Meanwood, quartiere di Leeds, dove vive mio fratello, incuriosito dalla location del locale sono entrato, mi sono imbattuto nel pizzaiolo persone simpaticissima, dopo mezz'ora di spiegazione del suo fantastico impasto, ho deciso di provare la sua pizza ( premetto che non maggio mai la pizza all'estero), ho scelto la pizza alla Diavola, a dir poco meravigliosa meglio della pizzeria sotto casa mia, ingredienti di ottima qualità , lievitazione perfetta che dire, prima di andar via ripasserò sicuramente.

Di passaggio a Leeds per una breve vacanza, abbiamo scovato questo posticino piccolo ma con tante scelte culinarie! Pizza ottima condita con ingredienti eccellenti! Ottimo Staff! Mi raccomando continuate a lavorare così!

Once again this place is the best around for good quality Italian food. Went for birthday meal and chose the nero pizzas (the black ones) and they are just superb especially the calzone. one person had the lasagne and said its the best they have had there. Quality of the food is second to none and it's no wonder the place gets full early evening with customers happy to wait for a table. Always an enjoyable experience.

I came to CULTO with a group of friends on a week day as I know it’s very busy on a weekend .

Spare ribs from Aldi, pizza uncooked in the middle, carbonara swiming in oil, Obnoxious owner, It used to be nice, but never go again, we noted the steady increase in prices also over the months we used to visit.

Have only ever ordered takeaways for collection. Food is high quality, service excellent and prices very reasonable.

Excellent service, food and ambiance. Go early limited tables. Only thing I don't like is having to go to the till to order your food. Cater for gluten free customers.

This is a busy place , don’t except Michelin star stuff ,but good authentic food service and atmosphere,met friends for catch up Lunch - relaxed and authentic is how I’d describe it !. Really pleasant and quality food . No rush ! Not pretentious!

Spent a great evening here. Very tasty pizza. We had a little wait as there were 9 of us, but not a problem. Moretti on tap. Calzones, pizza nera and carbonara all delicious. Courteous staff and prompt service. Will return.

We didn’t know this existed until very recently and it came highly recommended. We loved it - the whole experience. Delicious food, lovely staff and we felt we were in some back street of Rome. It’s been a while since we had a decent prawn cocktail and the lasagna was perfect - washed down with a bottle of house red. We will return - and will try the black dough pizza.

It’s in a secondary, suburban location, but what a great little restaurant this is. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is fresh, well presented and very tasty. Prices are fair and busy takeout and delivery keep this place buzzing. The only negative was the waitress who spoke almost no English and had to be rescued by a colleague, from a customer asking a simple question. When we left there was a queue waiting for tables. Always a good sign.

Stumbled across this great place when looking for Sunday lunch. Genuinely Italian, service was great and the food tasty and inexpensive.

Normalmente no soy de los que escriben críticas, sin embargo, después de haber visitado anoche (18 de octubre) con mi hijo de 11 años, me gustaría decir que es un restaurante absolutamente fantástico. Todo el personal era extremadamente amable, servicial y no podía hacer más por nosotros. Tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio y tiene un ambiente encantador. Ambos tuvimos pizzas con la base de pizza negra que fue la primera vez para los dos. Las pizzas estaban deliciosas, como el siciliano Cannoli para el desierto. Vivimos casi media hora pero definitivamente valió la pena el viaje y sin duda volveremos a visitarlo muy pronto. Gracias a todo el personal.

Un descubrimiento encantador. Un excelente italiano con precios razonables y asequibles. La comida que pedí era fresca y deliciosa, porciones generosas también! Me encanta la exclusiva base de Pizza Nero, infundida con carbón vegetal saludable. También se llevan y entregas, ¡incluida la bebida!

No sabía que este restaurante sirve muy buenas comidas hasta que usé el baño antes de decidir dónde comer para el desayuno. El ambiente del restaurante es ordenado y agradable. Sus precios de los alimentos son razonablemente asequibles. Además, lo que realmente destaca es el excelente servicio de su personal. La camarera Magdalena merece ser muy felicitada por mostrar su profesionalismo.
